    Encouragement for all moms
Jessica speaks with encouragement and experience! This is a great podcast for any mother, and especially homeschooling moms (but there is so much goodness for moms who send their kids to school) I always finish an episode feeling uplifted and inspired. Thank you, Jessica!

Need an app for the planner and journal
I think Jessica has life figured out and I’m so grateful she is sharing it with the rest of us. I think her planner has the potential to be life changing for me, but having a hard copy doesn’t work with my lifestyle. I hope she develops an app for her planner and her journal (so we can print it at the end of the year!) Thanks for all you do Jessica!

    Excellent Podcast for Moms
I was in search of a podcast to encourage me as a Mom and help me manage my life. This was just what I needed! I already started sharing it with my Mom friends. You have to listen to this if you want to thrive in motherhood!

    Inspiring with actionable guidance
I’m so grateful I found Jessica. She is calm, she is real, and she makes me feel like I can do this. I’m in a season right now where I feel very overwhelmed and I’m trying to enjoy these moments and not wish them away. Jessica empowers me to thrive and work within my capacity.

    I am not alone!
Having recently become a mother, I absolutely love listening to Thriving in Motherhood. It is so neat to hear other moms' stories of obstacles overcome and what motherhood looks like for them. This podcast is interesting and engaging, and also comforting. I hear other mothers talk about the same struggles that I'm having and how they got through it, which makes me feel that I'm not alone, and gives me hope that I can get through it. I have also incorporated several ideas from other moms on this podcast into my own home. Different goals, attitudes, or ways of thinking that have made me a better mother, and a better person! This is one of my favorite podcasts.

Rare podcast uplifting a mothers role
Love her content. So nice to hear a mom that loves being a SAHM. And notices all the great parts of it and sees the potential in the role, and inspires everyone else in that role to see it in that same light. Such a better perspective than the rest of society. Thanks Jessica

My favorite podcast to listen to!
Jessica has such a gift for bringing new insights into topics ranging from home organization to creating habits. I always leave feeling more capable and ready to jump into life! I also love her planner and have found it a great place to really get introspective and figure out what vision I want for my family and life!

    Life Changer
I've shared this podcast with my sisters, my mom, and other friends. I stumbled upon this podcast a couple years ago. The intro hooked me - saying no to burnout, exhausted super mom, etc. I created a vision for 2022 and again for 2023. I am so utterly grateful for this podcast and the messages shared. I appreciate the undertones of faith and homeschooling. I really appreciate all the content Jessica makes free so you can still change your life with her methods without buying her specific planner. I use Google calendar and I write in my journal every night and didn't need redundancy. I love how commited Jessica is to sharing her vision with other moms. She succeeded with me. She's changed my life.

Learning to Bloom Where You Are Planted
Sometimes you just stumble across a new podcast and you finally find that peace and hug from one mom to another. This is how I felt when I first discovered Jessica and each of her weekly episodes are inspirational and practical ways to help in each season in motherhood. If you feel like you are floundering or a hot mess all the time, mama take a time out and listen to other moms who know how you feel and how they survived and/or got out of the burnout. In the treading water stage? Then maybe you need a little nudge to dig deeper to create a vision and some doable small steps so that you can begin to bloom and flourish. Feeling fantastic? Well you definitely will still leave each episode with a smile and have ideas to keep your bucket of joy staying filled. I cannot recommend this podcast enough! With a world filled with so much noise and confusion, you need Jessica and other uplifting mom stories and advice to buoy you up. You can feel less like a transplant in a random stage or spot of life, but instead grow and bloom into the Mom your heart knows you truly to be.

    Soothing, Inspiring, and Grounding
I have listened to this podcast for almost 3 years now and am so grateful for Jessica’s consistent example of choosing the good. The podcast is soothing, inspiring, and grounding. I also use her planner and journal which are irreplaceable tools in helping me intentionally create a life I love. Thank you Jessica for being a friend to all. We are all rooting you on.

I share this podcast with ALL of my mommy friends
If someone was to ask me how much Thriving in Motherhood has helped my life as a mama, I wouldn’t even know where to start. Truly, most times while I am listening to the show - Jessica feels like a best friend I’ve know for years. I’ve laughed while her and the women she interviews discuss the chaos that is mommy life. And I’ve cried super ugly tears through episodes while I am trying to navigate the hard times. The consistent advice to appreciate all the moments and tips on how to do exactly that always help me so much. This show, Jessica, and the amazing women she continuously interviews has helped me thrive through the beautiful landscape that is motherhood.

    A gift from God.
I was struggling through motherhood for so long and feeling like I was all alone. As an answer to my prayers, God led me to Jessica’s podcast and planner and they have changed my life. Every episode feels like a phone call with your best friend. Like the Bible says in Ecclesiastes 1:9-10, “There is no new thing under the sun...” As mothers, the struggles we’re going through, the negative thoughts we’re thinking, the exhaustion we’re feeling... Other moms have felt them before, other moms are feeling them right now, and more moms will feel them in the future. And Jessica (by being obedient to God) has blessed us all with this podcast to help us see that we’re not alone and we CAN make it through the “survival mode” times. Thank you, Jessica! And I thank God for leading me to you!

    Uplifting and practical
When I’m struggling and need inspiration for being the best mother and person possible, I listen to this podcast. Jessica has so many practical ideas for real moms, and she’s always uplifting. The episode with Anna Crab was exceptional and exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you, Jessica, for sharing!

    Kind, Constructive Feedback
I absolutely love the content of this podcast. The host is insightful and has a calming voice. However, the amount of mouth noise happening throughout is extremely distracting. There are ways to mitigate mouth noises in podcasts (No podcaster is without these noises; many just learn how to remove the sound or lessen its presence), and I truly hope the host looks into figuring this out, because this show is an absolute must-listen for moms. I hope this constructive feedback is received well by the host, because this beautiful podcast she made deserves to succeed!

    Breath of Fresh Air!
Thank you! So many simple ideas and thoughts that have made an impact on how I view motherhood. I love that I always have an ah-ha moment with each episode. Deciding that my day to day with young children should be about thriving and enjoying instead of just surviving is huge. Keep up the great work!

    Thank you Jessica
3 weeks ago you changed my life. I wish I could meet you on the playground. You motivated me to homeschool, which I never considered. I am now going to church (which I listened to every week, before I started going) and homeschooling. I am so motivated, I found you on accident and it was the best accident I ever made.

    For real life moms!
I love Jessica’s real life tips, tricks and reminders. They are things you can implement easily and in real life with real kids! Motherhood has so many seasons and Jessica is really great at acknowledging all of them and pointing you to live in your season!

    Right on time
Episode 179 arrived in my playlist EXACTLY the same day I had a breakdown and finally asked for help. I was struggling in silence because I couldn’t imagine how to get a break. I asked my sister for help and then this episode popped up in my feed. I am not ashamed to say I cried just reading the title. Thank you Jessica. I am so grateful to have found this podcast last year. It has always been right on time for me.

    For Real-Life Moms
I look forward every week to listening to this podcast. Jessica is a real-life, down-to-earth mom who shares practical tips for helping moms. This isn’t a how-to-get-your-kids-to-behave podcast. This is all focused on moms- which is really the only person in the household that we actually have actual over! I love the tips for what moms can do to make hard things go smoother and how to make the best of it when things inevitably get rough. This contains no guilt and no pressure. It’s all about the little steps we can be taking every day to feel like we’re in a good place with our motherhood! I enjoy the guest interviews, but I think I love Jessica’s solo episodes the most because they are always so quick, realistic (while still being hope-filled), and practical. Thanks for all the hard work Jessica!!!

    Needed this so much!!
Needed to find this so much in the current season I’m in. It definitely helped me get out of my funk and get back into the swing of enjoying motherhood instead of surviving it. 🙂

    Jessica is in your corner!
I love the way Jessica is flipping the script on society's expectation for moms to sacrifice themselves entirely in motherhood. Kids are growing, but moms need a space to learn and grow too and this podcast offers ways to explore that.

    The BEST
Jessica is the best at teaching how to run a busy household full of kids and still pursue your own dreams! I am loving the book club series and how she applies business concepts to motherhood. She gives practical, actionable advice and permission to do things on your own timeline, whatever that looks like for your own family. Thank you Jessica for your service to busy moms, even when that means recording with a sweet baby in your arms!

Great content not so great audio
I love the content on this podcast. But with headphones in I can hear her inhale and exhale which is so distracting and bothersome. It makes it very hard to listen to.

If your a mom you need this in your busy life
I’m not a huge podcast listener frankly because I don’t find myself in a stage of life that I have much time to. This one is soo good. I love that the length of the podcast are usually the length of the nightly house straighten or the drive amount for an errand. If you feel overwhelmed this podcast welcomes you, then gives you a big hug, and gives you tips to finding joy in your life.
  • CHakeber

    Great podcast for moms!
I like this podcast because it helps you see what stage you are in and how best to thrive in each stage. Jessica teaches accepting and appreciating where you are in each stage as well as encourages and equips you to be and do your best with what you have in each stage.

    Priceless
This amazing podcast helped pull me out of a motherhood funk I was in. It gave me the confidence and guidance I needed to make simple changes that have made my mothering experiences much more pleasant and enjoyable. I always relate to something each mom shares and I find comfort in knowing moms everywhere have similar struggles. Jessica’s planner is a breath of fresh air in my busy homeschooling life.

    Real to Life
I really appreciate that Jessica has real advice and shares her struggles along with her success. She doesn’t pretend to have a perfect life or to be a perfect mom. She is not one of those who act like if you would only take their advice and implement it to a tee then your life should be perfect at all times or your just not doing it right. Thank you, Jessica, for being open and honest and real!

Long-time listener, calendar and journal owner! I still walk around aimlessly but for the first time ever I am getting a grasp on what to do during my minutes of free time. Excited for next years journal and calendar!

Love the Surviving to Thriving Framework
Learning about the surviving to thriving framework changed my relationship with motherhood and honestly this whole adult thing I am trying to do. I loved it so much I bought the planner, which supports the philosophy beautifully. I’ve used the planner for a year and and it been a huge blessing in my life.

    Just what I needed
I was a full time working mom but now due to the pandemic I find myself at home everyday with my 3 kids ages 4 and under. This podcast has been a life saver! Jessica is so relatable and realistic. When I first found myself in this new position I had no idea where to begin. I have now purchased the planner and journal and they are part of my every day. This podcast is applicable for working moms as well as stay at home moms. I also am not particularly religious but the spirituality and faith woven into the podcast/journal has been accepting, open and helpful. Thank you thank you Jessica. Your podcast came into my life right when I needed it and all of your resources and wisdom have helped me be a better version of myself, have a healthier mindset and show up for my family in a way that I feel good about. Thank you!

    My new favorite podcast! ❤️
I cannot say enough good things about the Thriving in Motherhood podcast! As a mom of a 3 year old who is preparing to welcome another little life into our family, this podcast has helped me immensely. When my first was born I was completely overwhelmed and it took years for me to get back to “thriving”. I know adding another child to our family will bring more challenges and listening to Jessica’s and her guests’ wisdom has given me so much peace and confidence that I will get back to thriving again after our new baby arrives. A great podcast for any stage of motherhood! I’m so grateful for the encouragement!
