autie912Yay! So glad you are backI know you took a much needed break but glad you guys are back. This podcast always offers up great conversations, insightful perspective and I learn so much. I always have a lot to think about after listening to an episode. Its important to keep an open mind as my take away from Paul Selig, no matter where you are in your own belief system. A perfect reminder as we continue to navigate this ever changing and very confusing world and this podcast is a must in helping us gain some understanding as to the why of everything. Excited for the upcoming episodes.

Meep1234567890A must listen podcastI love the brick and mortar Den locations and the podcast doesn’t disappoint either. The interviews and conversations are so great. I’m often rewinding to hear the gems over and over again. Plus I love that at the end there’s usually a meditation or other piece of wisdom. (And Tal’s voice is so relaxing!)
-
Squiddles0992Love the topicsI love this podcast and the variety of guests and topics they cover. But PLEASE can you come up with another response to guests besides “that’s so interesting” I swear I heard it 30 times in the Gahl episode 😳 and every other episode before that.

ultra seekerEverything is open to discussI have been enjoying Den Talks for about 5 months now. Tal is a fantastic interviewer. She engages all the guests on their level. The conversations go in all directions while being relevant and interesting. I love hearing something different each podcast. Biohacker, Kabbalahist, energy medicine, crystals, leaders from all beliefs, faiths and practices. I enjoy every one. I actually listen during my runs and before I know it I’m looking for the next episode. Thank you Tal. Just wish The Den was in Florida so I could be a part of it all. Continued success for all of you.

Conscious0CreativeTransformative and Deeply MovingIn my first exposure to DENtalks, I must have listened to Episode 33 [A Conscious Convo on Love] with Katherine Woodward Thomas at least three times in a row. So grateful to access this podcast series as resource for mindfulness and conscious living.

Meepasaurus Rex 730Really insightful and helpfulI listened to the podcast less stress more ziva and it’s honestly the first podcast I have ever listened to. I really enjoyed it and loved the breathwork exercise at the end! I am a big fan of breathwork and it was nice to be able to add this to my practice. 😊

JHR321Love this podcastFabulous podcast! When I first started meditating I believed there was a singular, lineal type of meditation and that all the meditators are the same. I love listening to this podcasts because it expanded my horizons to the different types of people from all backgrounds, who find quality in sitting in stillness.

ABoo3Angelique Cabral’s “From Rejection to Magic Manifestor”I absolutely loved Angelique’s discussion of the law of attraction, intention setting, and manifestation. Angelique exudes a joy that is palpable just by listening to her voice. She’s also full of pithy, aphoristic wisdom. My favorite gem of hers—“Keep up and you will be kept up.” She recommended one visualization exercise in particular that I’ve been finding helpful: Narrate to yourself the story of your life as you wish it were. Write down all the specific details. What are you creating? With whom are you working? How are you feeling? Just as a basket-weaver first imagines a basket before weaving it, so too must we imagine the lives we want to make for ourselves. The exercise has made me interrogate what I actually want and the ways in which my patterns of thinking and behaving align—or contrast—with my desires. I left this podcast episode feeling a sense of urgency and promise, a desire to take actionable steps to manifest my intentions. Literally, I called my bosses right away and requested that I switch to working remotely to make more time for myself. Thank you, Tal and Angelique!!! -Aisha Bhoori

SarafantasticThese Amazing PodcastsI’ve been a member of the Den since 2017 and it came into my life when I really needed it. I have been a long time meditator and didn’t think I needed a class or studio setting to deepen my practice. Boy, was I wrong. The Den is amazing and the community they provide us a vital service that feeds my spirit. So many different teachers and methods and approaches. Now with these podcasts it’s like having all of that in my pocket. Thank you for this. It has made a huge shift on my life and i am so grateful.
