lilysdjmotivationbefore every lift session or boxing match i have i listen to this podcast, im a teen girl who used to listen to what everyone would say about me, itunes them out & now they come to me and want my attention, ive learned to not chase for others approval but to approve of myself. life is like a 1v1 is you vs you. quitting isn’t an option and if you think it is your taking the easy way out. i’ve become a savage and i’ll keep staying that way.

Best mode and highest experience is when I am solo, sitting on the floor with eyes closed, listening and visualising me. I feel that rush of energy in every cell of my body and reminds myself to stay focused on the goals, vision and dreams and that nothing will stand in my way to achieve desired outcomes. Marcus xoxAmazing podcastLook, I am a 89 year old boy who has had the bad mind set for all me life when i know i have all the potential in the world and this podcast has really made me realize that I still got it in m to get bigger stronger faster so I can be in the best position shape and Ive the best mindset that i can have now for the past 2 weeks, I go walk in the morning and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do chair yoga and then on Tuesday and Thursday I have water arobics, and on top of that i have my wheaties every day, But for the past 2 weeks I've gone home and weight lift for 2 and a half hours every day this podcast has lit a fire under my butt to get of my bed while playing games instead now I go mall walking in my free time. This has totally change my mindset and my physical appearance tremendously. I love this podcast!!!!

Anorok863I feel proud of myself when I listen to this.I’m a 13 year old boy who has done a lot of terrible mistakes. Everyday before I go to bed I workout and used to listen to music, but now I listen to this and every time I do push-ups I fell like I can do 5 or 10 more. I’ve been told by my peers and classmates that I can’t do anything and will amount to nothing in life. I used to listen to them as take what they said to heart. I had terrible self esteem and crippling depression. I was over weight and every time I was challenged with something I would start bawling. But now I am in incredible shape, my peers have started to show respect for me, and I am strong. “No wind comes to the sails of those that don’t know what port they are headed to.” -Old sailers saying. You must have a goal and work towards it or you will go nowhere. You will either be at the top or at the bottom. You’re choice.

This podcast changed my life forever I always found myself either blowing off a workout or just not finishing because it was to hard or I just really didn’t care I wanted the perfect ideal body but was not willing to work for it this podcast made me realize that working out and not even just working out that just thinking in a positive mindset will frankly just improve life quality and this podcast was just absolutely amazing I listen to all of them every time I workout or need a little push if you are going to listen to any podcast make it be this one.
