    So worth the listen
I’ve heard every episode but your conversation with Trent and Allie was amazing. I love watching your pods on you tube - somehow it lessens the loss of your vlog. Bec, I just tried the cauliflower request with my dad and it worked! You’ve inspired me to reignite my spirituality. Eamon, I’m 61 but my first tattoo will say “Love More” Thank you for creating content that’s real and inspiring!

    Not the Revamp We Expected
I used to love ReRoot when it was casual (2018), but these episodes are getting worse with the disinformation and toxic environment between Bec and all the other guests (Eamon included). These podcasts are so long, 2 hours is crazy, I initially expected to see a podcast that was 30 minutes to 1 hour. The amount of times I’ve seen Bec dominate the conversation and doesn’t let other people speak isn’t good and she shuts them down. Eamon clearly isn’t enjoying the podcasts and is just there because Bec wants him to be. They aren’t listening to their commenters/reviewers for the past month and desperately need to spend an episode addressing them. Also, some of their guests are very controversial too. What got me though to unsubscribe is that their stance on using spiritual wellness which they have shoved onto their guests. As a scientist, I can’t support that stance, I was okay with promoting mental health resources, but they are now promoting a cult lifestyle which isn’t healthy. My suggestion, get rid of the podcast and focus on something else like DIY or cooking videos if you can’t do vlogging anymore.

Breaking the Habit of Predictable Pods
Like many early reviewers here, I’ve followed Eamon & Bec’s journey on their YouTube channel for many years. They are authentic, genuine, radiant humans who shine brightly in all they do. As a fan of podcasts, I was excited to venture into Reroot territory and I’m so glad I did. It’s a delight to expand into conscious conversation with the guests who share more than just the typical highlights to their stories. I crave the depth, the expansion and the connection that are found in these convos - and Eamon & Bec lead each interview in a natural, organic way. I look forward to their inevitable growth and smashing success. Reroot, rewire, and allow yourself the delicious “Habit” of giving this one a listen. You won’t regret it.

    Glad I waited to review
When E&B asked for reviews when first starting the podcast, I almost wrote one b/c I’ve always enjoyed watching them. But I wanted to wait so I could actually give an honest review after listening for a while, and I’m glad I waited. Overall I’ve enjoyed the podcast and I like the deep conversations they get into, positivity, humor. I’m also a daily meditator so it’s nice to hear about Becs experience with meditation and how it’s had a positive impact for her. However, I have been becoming more and more bothered about the health misinformation they are spreading. Regular listeners of the pod would not be surprised to read that I’m referring to the claim that meditation can cure or stop the growth of cancer. Even though there is research on the benefits of meditation (which is why I meditate daily), there is no evidence that it has any impact on cancer and implying such is very concerning (and insulting to people who have lost someone from cancer). I also was very put off by Eamon’s comment that they’ll, “probably go against doctors advice” when planning for a second child. You’re entitled to your own choices but having that viewpoint from the start is scary. Also, he seemed to be stating that Bec’s ovary removal was a mistake when in reality it was probably a major reason why the cancer stopped growing. But instead, much of the cancer recovery success is being attributed to meditation. How they talk about meditation to me is also very reminiscent of Christian cults or other cult type things where people claim to find the “magic cure” or to be “saved” by something. All this has lessened their credibility in my eyes and made me see them differently.

Extremely disrespectful to people with cancer
Extremely disrespectful to anyone battling cancer to say that cancer doesn’t grow in an aligned body. Immediate unsubscribe. Very cult-like statements and a lot of medical misinformation.

    Amazing podcast!
Loving this podcast! Very inspiring and comforting to see people connecting and sharing stories that make an impact. I’m on my own health and mindset journey so Bec speaking about her experiences with how powerful meditation and mindfulness is has been such a gift!

    Dangerous
After this past weeks episode it is clear that they have lost touch with reality. They can make there own choices and believe what they want but they should know that they have a large audience and it is extremely reckless for them to peddle there thoughtless ideas to there large audience like Eamon saying that ovaries can be regrown and that if you are one with your body cancer cannot grow in it. Do better.
  • Jokoyoga
    Toxic Positivity
If you did not have toxic positivity, you would not have gotten pregnant last year. I haven’t had cancer but even I know that If you have breasts cancer, you shouldn’t get pregnant. There’s a difference of being positive and allowing denial to make bad decisions.

    The goodness the world needs
This podcast has come at the right time for me. There so much wrong in our world. So much injustice and hate. This podcast reminds me of the power of manifesting goodness inside of yourself, as the impetus to changing the world. It’s amazing to me how many beautiful things life has offered me since beginning this podcast. It’s like I wasn’t ready or open for them until I was shown a different way. Thank you. I promise to do the work and to light the way for others. Also, yes! Fine! I’ll be a guest on your show!

    Love reroot!
I’ve been listening to reroot since you put out the very first podcast years ago, I’d listen to each episode as I drove to work in the morning. I’m so happy to have it back! And I loved the episode with Kara and Nate my 4 fav travel bloggers/people 💙 currently downloading episodes for the plane ride to England tomorrow to catch up while I fly. Love you guys! And love reroot!!!
  • Cosmogurl90
    Misinformation
This couple has gone down a path of denial and are surely lost. Believing cancer can be healed by meditation, saying adhd isn’t real and you can rewire your brain. Promoting Joe Dispenza. Pitiful. They should not have a platform. They are preying on others that don’t fact check.
  • Bunny-Bee
    Scary
I’ve loved them for years. The blatant mis-information and deleting of any comment that calls them out is disgraceful, disturbing and disappointing.
  • Julieisprobablyalreadytaken
    Pretty weird
Podcast took a really weird turn. Claims human ovaries “grow back” and meditation cures cancer. Are the hosts getting sucked into a cult?

    Pseudoscience & Misinformation
So much misinformation in their podcast, especially regarding cancer. It’s dangerous and hurtful to those impacted by cancer.
  • Travsessed
    Absolutely Love These Two:)
I love their honesty and authenticity & the space & respect and kindness they give one another to share from their hearts and just be themselves with our judgment or control. They are such an inspiring & love filled couple and I look forward to new episodes every single week :)
  • IPODGirly
    Disconnected
I have followed these two for a while well before the pandemic. However, I am extremely disappointed. You can’t “realign” your body to get rid of cancer or prevent it. I have lost several family members to cancer and this was extremely hurtful to say. Sure positivity is great but you can’t outthink cancer. I will be tuning this out
  • waltonette
    A Word of Caution
Do not listen to this brainwash podcast full of delusion and misinformation. Bec is a narcissist and Eamon is anti-science, they both think they know better than doctors and scientists. They are not people you want to take advice from. Bec went through chemo for stage 3 ER positive breast cancer, went against standard treatment and didn’t take tamoxifen because she wanted to get pregnant. Then, they were so shocked her cancer came back as stage 4 metastatic breast cancer during her pregnancy. They claim their oncologist said they were good to try to get pregnant, but don’t believe them. It’s very clear that only hear what they want to hear and that they think they are exceptions to the rule.. Bec is talking about getting pregnant a second time, believing she’s healed and cancer can’t come back because she’s got a positive mindset and her body is aligned. It’s pure delusion. I am sympathetic to their situation, as I can’t imagine coming to terms with a terminal diagnosis, but they are now endangering others. Eamon & Bec are entering cult status, believing Bec’s terminal cancer is being cured with positivity and meditation (Bec seems to be receiving treatment at hospital, but isn’t disclosing it, instead is touting meditation as this miracle). They are following Dr. Joe Dispenza, who is a complete narcissist that preys on desperate people. They are spreading these delusions, encouraging others to forgo treatment and meditate instead.

    Great, honest, endearing podcast
I’ve been following Eamon and Bec since 2016…as a fellow ADHD Scorpio with a brown hair brown eyed babe by his side…I relate so much to eamon and his zest for life. Bec is such a kind hearted organic person and their balance really shows. You guys have inspired me more than you’ll ever know. Keep being you!

    Never left!
I discovered Eamon and Bec right around the time when they finished doing podcasts, so I had listened to their past episodes and kept up with them on all of their social media platforms over the years. When their podcast *paused* I never unfollowed because I was pretty sure it would be back at some point ⭐️ and here we are :)! I never left! Love you two!

    Mind blown!!
This episode is fire! Listening to Eamon and Bec talk about their experiences with breath work and healing had my heart glowing and just longing to be that connected with life. It’s sending me on a search to find my path to get there! Can’t recommend this episode specifically, but also their show enough!

    Grateful
I started listening because I needed to get out of my own head and Bec’s epi was just sitting there in my YouTube feed. I did not know what I was in for- tears, laughter, joy! This inspirational young woman taught me more than a thing or two and it was EXACTLY what I needed to hear! I’m going to have to go back and listen to, or watch, them all. I love you guys.

Asking New Questions With Every Episode
I love this podcast! Eamon & Bec are never afraid to tackle any topic (or at least they don’t let fear stop them from tackling any topic!). Their authenticity is refreshing and their wide range of topics keeps us ruminating & talking all day long after listening!
  • MadAxxxx_
    Soul satisfying, oh yeah
Eamon and Bec are fantastic. I agree with so many others that this pod is a breath of fresh air and is truly life changing. I feel motivated each week to be open and honest with myself and those around me because of the wonderful examples from these amazing humans. Nothing but love here, baby 💕

    A breath of fresh air!
The Reroot Podcast is a breath of fresh air in a world full of noise. Eamon and Bec bring a peaceful, thoughtful tone to their conversations, making each episode a grounding experience. Their discussions are insightful yet non-provocative, offering perspectives that inspire self-reflection without overwhelming the listener. What truly stands out is their genuine curiosity and openness. They navigate topics with care and kindness, fostering a sense of connection and understanding. Listening to them makes me want to be a better human—more compassionate, mindful, and present. If you’re looking for a podcast that soothes the soul while sparking meaningful self-improvement, this one is a must-listen.
  • amdkvpuqbq
    Toxic positivity.
I wish bec the best of luck with her journey but i can’t listen to the delusions and forcing people to be positive 24/7. That’s not how life works. Also, they delete any comment on their YouTube that points out you can’t cure cancer with your mind. If you can’t handle criticism or realize the platform you have and the impact your words have, then maybe podcasting isn’t for you… share your thoughts by all means, but don’t claim placebo affects as facts.
