    Love everything about everything human
This show teaches me so much! SAPIENS.org is a brilliant magazine all about our human world through the latest in anthropology, and the podcast even somehow steps up the game. I always learn about human history, culture, our evolutionary biology, and much more—all through amazing storytelling. Can’t recommend this show enough to anyone interested in what makes us human and curious about the people who study the science of us.

Helps me better question and further understand…everything that makes us human
In so many words: I love this show. It has taught me how to hold up a mirror and examine everything I am, everything I come from, and everything around me. And also extend a magnifying glass before me into big questions, like why do humans grieve or feel empathy, and “small” questions like why don’t MORE humans eat bugs. Or give gifts? Or the journey of a small grain of quinoa. The breadth of topics and guests is enormous, from Khipu knots to homes to burials to patriotism to country music to colors to dreams to football! I am so looking forward to the next season and everything this show has to offer.

    Really wanted to like it
I was really excited to listen to this podcast after discovering it on a Facebook post . The information is good and there’s some great guests. The whole presentation of the topics come across rather childish . I was hoping for a more adult , professional and better constructed listening experience. It seems their target audience is junior high kids . Overall disappointed because I believe there is actual potential for something great with the topics and subject matter.

    Great show tacking big issues!
Just two episodes in, I’m already impressed by the big issues the hosts of Sapiens are taking on. I’ve shared shows with family members that have sparked amazing, thoughtful conversations. It shows the wide-ranging work that today’s anthropologists are taking on while maintaining appeal for a variety of audiences. Can’t wait to see where the show takes us!

Can't Wait for the Next Episode!
I had the opportunity to listen to the first episode yesterday, and was riveted by the discussion. Inspired by the podcast, my colleagues and I discussed DNA, identity, and the connections people make between the two during our lunch break. The podcast framed this conversation, and helped us think more critically about our own lived experiences and our collective work at an anthropology museum.

A Blend of Science and Culture
Connecting the science and cultural impact of genome sequencing and DNA testing is something I previously never thought of. However, by examining this relationship people can create a more anthropological approach to this subject - namely why people do it or how it effects those who’s cultural identity is not rooted in a colonial-based ancestry. I am eager to see what connections can be made, and primarily hope to see an episode focusing on archaeology in some sense soon!

    Auspicious Start
The regular blog posts are consistently well written, and live up to anthropology's great promises, to make the world safe for cultural differences, and to make the familiar strange and the strange familiar. First in the podcast series is quite promising!

    Big questions and big ideas.
Love the idea for this show already. Big questions that still puzzle us as well as bigger ones we have to face as we evolve alongside machines. This should be a fascinating podcast. Really looking forward to listening and sharing it with friends.

Finally - a podcast on all my burning questions about humans!!!!
I've always been fascinated on why humans are they way they are - and I am thrilled there will be a podcast dedicated to everything human. Everything House of Pod produces is high-quality and informative and I listen to everything they produce. I have no doubt this will be absolutely mind-blowing for all the future episodes.

    Can't Wait For More!
I can’t wait for this podcast to start putting out more episodes! These are very thought provoking conversations about the human race and provide food for thought about what it is like to be human.
