-
Jerry.DCExcellent for all levels of leadership.I have been listening off and on for probably 2 years or longer now. I’m a mid level manager and the insights and information I’ve listened to and applied have helped me both personally and professionally. Thank you Marty!

tlm980sThe Best! There are a lot of leadership podcasts out there, but this is the one I genuinely find the most value in! Thanks, Marty, for keeping it real!

Chris Tiedemannmy favorite leadership podcast on the webStraight and to the point without a lot ofchit-chat like other leadership podcasts (I don't have time to listen to a 3hr podcast). His advice and teachings are superb. I have learned so much from Martin. Highly recommended podcast. 10/10

danielszabo1981Guided me thru 3 promotions in 24 months.I’d lead a very successful engineering career but topped out & decided to raise the ceiling via management track. I had much ground to make up for years spent in R&D but Martin’s common sense approach to leadership gave me a leg up on my peers and helped fast-track me through 3 promotions — Manager, to Senior Manager, to Director. I now lead an international team of 50 engineers, designers, and operators. The clarity afforded by Martin’s leadership advice sets me apart from my peers, and I have the performance numbers to prove it. I am now considering roles in executive leadership. Right podcast, right person, right time. Highly recommend.

happy walker 2019Inspirational and practicalConsistently high quality content that is inspirational, thought provoking and practical & relatable. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to make a difference at work whether in a leadership role or not!
-
vmatikovExcellent for DevelopmentAbsolutely love the podcast. It was recommended to me by my boss – and in turn I’ve recommended it to numerous people, including my peers at work and others that I know who are interested in leadership. I present it as a culmination of every leadership aspect I’ve ever been taught, heard of, read about, etc., wrapped up in a clean, concise package, that makes me question all of my approach and how to stretch myself daily. I now have to actually limit how much I listen, because I cannot retain enough information if I listen to too many episodes in a day!

JH, CTPowerfulMarty does a fantastic job breaking down the work of a real leader into digestible and actionable parts. If you’re looking for direct and honest leadership advice this is your podcast. More often than not I’m sharing episodes with my executive team, friends and colleagues. No BS, this is a podcast worth downloading and subscribing.
