    So much promotion of consumerism
I just listened to her latest episode on the fit and fierce blueprint and it was like a commercial for all the products she uses… that sponsor her show. She has some good things to say but there is too much commercialism for me

    Love this so much!
It’s in the podcast name — Jenn simplifies health for all women with such great information-packed episodes. She covers all different topics in women’s health — hormones, menopause, nutrition, and more.

    Excessively wordy
Great info but delivery is excessively wordy and hyped. Fast, machine gun, speech leaves the listener gasping for air. Similar to young Fox News weather reporters fearful of pauses in speech or even worse -moments of silence. This dilutes content, potentially driving listeners elsewhere.

    Ads
So many advertisements outweighing the content

As a functional med RD, I’m a big fan of this pod!!

    Lost me forever
I loved this podcast and the information it gave but I can no longer listen to it in good faith with her disclosing her anti-vaxx stance. That was extremely disappointing and dangerous information. The vaccine is safe and effective and any other information given about it is deliberately misleading. I’m saddened that she is ‘big wellness’ and I hate that people who care so much about health and wellness can’t also see the validity in the SCIENCE of the vaccines. These two components can coexist beautifully and it’s a shame more people don’t get that.

A podcast that quiets the noise!
I LOVE listening to this podcast. There is so much noise out there when it comes to health and wellness. I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach certified and I STILL get confused on how to eat. Jenn meets you where you’re at and isn’t judgmental. She simplifies everything and quiets the noise. Listening to this podcast always lowers my stress and makes life feel less hard! When she recommends companies or products I know I can trust them because Jenn doesn’t mention anything she doesn’t believe in. I’m so happy I found this podcast (thanks to Jesse and Marni)!

    Amazing information!
I love Jenn’s straight talk about all things women’s health and hormones and all the lifestyle factors related! I really liked her podcast on alcohol and I appreciate her straightforward approach and honesty about these topics and I wish more people took this approach. I would rather know the truth then having sugarcoated

    Life changing
I set put on a journey to be the CEO of my health last fall. I just listened to various podcasts on natural health. Jenn is my favorite. She helped me to tune into my intuition and just educates you on basic concepts regarding your body. I had a radical hysterectomy so I don’t have the hormone issues I once did but this all still applies to me. I just joined Sync. I am so excited to dig in deeper with Jenn. I trust her and I know she is doing this out of her own passion for this topic. I think that is why she is my favorite. Thank you so much Jenn!

So glad I found this podcast
I first heard Jenn as a guest on another podcast, and I immediately knew I wanted to hear more of what she had to say! She is so passionate about teaching women about their cycles and bodies and presents the information in a way that I find so easy to stay interested and engaged in. I have learned so much from her. If you are a woman looking to learn more about your period and ways to live a healthier life, this is a great podcast to check out.

    Game changing advice
I have been listening for awhile now and currently a member of Synced. Your practical, matter of fact advice is like hearing from a trusted girlfriend. Because of your wisdom on cycles, I have changed my life to be kinder to myself and respect which phase I’m in. I’m working less hours but happier and healthier than ever. Your videos go deep into the different phases providing the type of health education I so desperately needed as a little girl. Never have I felt more in tune with my body. Can’t thank you enough! -Emily W.

    Informative, but...
Great informative podcast. Jenn can be a bit condescending to make her point. I also notice that the podcast introduction, sponsor information, and program advertisements take up at least 15 minutes of time! That seems like a lot of time, especially since it’s geared towards busy women who want simplicity and ease.

    Amazing
I thank you Jenn for this amazing podcast and for finally raising awareness for us woman. You have been a total game changer and you have changed my life for the better. The dr would of definitely put me on medication for my pms. You have taught me and the rest of the women suffering about seed cycling, the four phases of a menstrual cycle. I love listen to your podcast and it’s been educating me that my husband even sees a difference thanks to you. I can’t wait for one day to be able to join the hormone project. I have been spreading you’re name to a lot of different woman. Thank you again Jenn!
