    Great show, great perspective
This guy pulls no punches. I am a mechanic and shop owner. Love his insight on the mechanic business, and the inner workings of what goes on in the shop, and what the outside world thinks about us. Entertainment and informative.

    Rough
I’ve been a technician for 9 years, have mixed experience in heavy duty diesel and light duty automotive. Was really excited for this show, listened to a couple episodes and less than impressed. Not everyone in the industry is out to get you.

    Service advisor
Uncle jimmy you are by far one of the coolest and most REAL person/tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening and learning the BMW trade from. As an advisor whose dealt with advisors thinking they can judge a persons pocket and make the judgement call themselves is absolute CRAP it’s infuriating and unprofessional. Keep up the awesome podcast work sir.

    Uncle Jimmy is the best
As a young bmw technician, it’s hard when you’re not turning a lot of hours and the daily grind of dealership kick your ass. Just listening to his stories of struggles and still learning, even as a master tech, really makes me feel better about my progression as a tech. Thank you so much for this.

    Great podcast for auto techs
Uncle jimmy hits the nail on the head with most of his topics. I find myself agreeing with most of the things he talks about. Might not be for everyone but the can grease the wheels and find a different podcast.

    Funny & Relatable
Very relatable topics he has and I’m glad he’s getting the word out there about this occupation and the struggles that go unseen/how unappreciated technicians are.

    Awesome and hilarious humor
Uncle Jimmy rules and his experience speaks for itself!! Love his mentality hahaha.. Anybody who gives a podcast a 1 star review that is this good is definitely a yelper who gets their food spat in. People need to realize the importance of reviews and how childish it is to neglectfully throw around 1 stars to an awesome podcast like Grease The Wheels!!! Rock on guys and keep it up!

    All killer, no filler
Informative and never dull, this guy will tell you what you need to know to navigate the auto repair world. He’ll tell you what goes through the minds of technicians and how to make it easier for the consumer in the long run. Fun to listen to, too.

    Uncle Jimmy is on point
I’ve been a tech for 18 years and this podcast is very enjoyable to listen to as a tech. I’ve experienced almost everything that’s been talked about. Keep up the good work.

    I’m not one for reviews
I was excited to stumble across a podcast from a tech about working on cars. I am ASE Master certified, with a brand specific master certification. (One of the garbage manufacturers that you don’t like) I had high hopes for a good podcast to listen to. I suffered though number 4-9. It seems like every one turns into a rant about one thing or another. Kinda disappointed. Sorry “Uncle Jimmy.” Your auto work may be good with BMWs but your podcast could use some help. Good luck!
