Sarah// Just Simply SarahSo needed after EX with NPD!Great podcast that helped me understand NPD during my breakup/ divorce. Keep up the great work!! It’s needed!!
-
Jackieks999Advertisements ruined this! The way the advertisements are placed ruined my experience that I just tuned out. I listen to various other podcasts and have never experienced an ad being thrown in the middle of a thought, etc. Annoying!

JenTris4WaterSo helpfulI just got out of an 8 year, toxic relationship. I’ve been in therapy for the last year so it has been helpful for me to get through the end of the relationship and see what I should have seen all along. But this podcast is so validating and has helped me see why I stayed for so long. It’s also helping me heal and know what not to allow in future relationships. Thank you
-
MW CoopLove your advice! You helped me with your solid advice and understanding. Definitely will keep listening and learning. Thank you.

jordanfaith17Sooo transformativeStephanie is like the big sister or best friend you didn’t know you needed. I live in an isolated area and ended things with an ex who moved out about nine months ago. It still feels like yesterday a lot of the time, but Stephanie has helped me so much and understanding myself better, and the dynamics of a toxic relationship. It feels so good to be validated and heard. Thank you for your gifts, Stephanie! 🩵

JJRR00AdsIt’s hard to get into the content of what she’s saying due to so many ads
-
ShecanseeSell OutThe podcast itself is pretty good, but the amount of ads is ridiculous. Not to mention the timing of them. She will be mid sentence of explaining an idea and then BAM an ad that’s almost twice as loud pops in. I get monetizing, but the timing ruins the message and the listening experience. It’s such a shame, but it’s so bad I can no longer listen. Wouldn’t be surprised if she starts losing a bunch of subscribers b/c of it.
-
KungfugeishaWhy are the ads 5x louder than the content? There are lots of ways to manipulate someone and this is one of them.
-
izhernandez23Exceptional AdviceThank you for sharing your knowledge for individuals who have struggled, or are struggling with narcissistic relationships. Your insight is very helpful and feels validating!

JordanJ99Healing homegirlI am so blessed to have stumbled upon such simple, comprehensive, practical knowledge to heal and learn how to deal with abusive behavior.

add a bio maybe?🤷🏼♂️Non educated and spews every cliche from her personal experienceNon educated and spews every cliche from her personal experience Does she actually have any official therapy education ? Or just a self appointed “life coach” echoing the cliche’s she heard her therapist say while she was going through therapy herself for her own personal struggles? 🤷🏼♂️ spews a lot of cliche’s, but not a lot of solutions 🤔

on the road to recoverThis is the podcast I’ve been waiting forI’ve listened to quite a few podcasts as this one along with one other one has helped me more than I could ever imagine. I am 45 years old and went my entire life not realizing that I can fix what’s broken within me. Thank you for putting a positive spin on recovery and giving us all the tools and support to thrive. My journey to heal is far from over but I look forward to each new podcast more than you know. Anyone who listens will find something that resonates with them.

whiskerprinceLove this content!I recently started listening and have found the information super helpful and refreshing! I like how her content isn’t too soft or too harsh. For me she strikes the perfect balance of casual and professional.

Musicminded75LifesavingFound this podcast after being in a 10 year relationship (married for 7) with a covert narcissist. 3 discards later, and all the gaslighting, hoovering, devaluations, lies, triangulation, etc., I’ve finally come to terms with the truth and left her. This podcast has helped me find myself again (it will be a long path) and begin to heal by addressing my issues, instead of trying to “fix” hers. For anyone dealing with a narc, please understand that it’s NOT YOU, and the person you once were still exists inside you. Be strong!

Smug LifeLifesaving ✨This podcast is one of the best sources of informative/educational support for victims of narcissism and emotional abuse that I’ve encountered. Most content on NPD, narcissistic abuse, emotional/mental abuse and toxic relationships isn’t presented the way Stephanie Lyn delivers it which is goal oriented, organized, efficient, productive, applicable and relatable all while promoting positivity and emotional accountability. Every episode feels as if it’s personally tailored to me because her assessment of victims are so incredibly accurate. It’s obvious she speaks from a place of life experience and her encouragement is genuine and altruistic. It’s refreshing to find such a knowledgeable source who not only helps to assess and identify the unhealthiness within ourselves that ultimately cause a vulnerability to abusers, but the solutions and instruction on changing it and improving from the inside out. I’ve been in a very dark place for a very long time and I’m forever grateful for her efforts and abilities because it’s saving me, my life and my children. I have hope again. Thank you for what you’re doing - you’re making a real difference in this world and I’m an example.✨

MJ@2021Codependent HelpersThank you for helping me understand the way I think on the inside. I had no idea why I would do the things I do for the majority of my life with everyone. I have wondered why I need people and why I say yes to so much at my expense. The detailed examples on how to change were life giving. This podcast gave me hope for not remaining in a codependent lifestyle.

Thecommish1988AmazingFelt like my ex listened to this podcast and then acted and said everything word for word. In reality, they are all wired the same and it is great to hear someone validate those thoughts and feelings you had the entire time. Highly recommended.

Kristi in Boring ORShe opened my eyes!!!I was in a serious relationship with a narcissist for the past year and I finally got the courage to leave. I found this podcast at just the right time! I have listened to almost every one in a few weeks time. Each time the pull comes to go back to him I listen to one of these podcasts and I’m reminded why I shouldn’t! I’ve learned what all the therapy labels really mean. I know I’m a codependent now and I know what I need to do to stay out of unhealthy relationships. The topics are so great and exactly what I needed to know. THANK YOU SO MUCH STEPHANIE for making these free podcasts to save women’s hearts and souls from abuse!! ❤️💕❤️

Also learned that being with a narc, helps you become stronger and stronger. Stephanie is an angel, I found her episodes in the lowest point of my relationship and I am trying to figure what to do. I hope I can be as strong as Stephanie one day.

Christian DittelThank you for helping women who have been victimized by monstersYour podcast and YouTube channel are very informative and inspiring ways to cope and discard the Narcissist in the lives of all the women that have gone through emotional abuse. How to kill a Narcissist and cut their supply, being discarded by a Narcissist are some of the most seen topics. The Narcissist could not validate the person they were with, they are incapable of love, I am ashamed to be a man as well as have been emotional abusive, yes I am a wolf in a sheep’s clothing but I am tired of been in my shoes. I wish I could do something to fix things. The only thing I can think of is not having contact with anybody. I am toxic and I can’t stand being this way, I am not seeking any attention I am pro to what Stephanie Lyn and Meredith Miller are doing helping women open their eyes and leave the toxic relationship they live in. You and Meredith are doing the best work in helping all these women that have gone through emotional abuse because that is domestic violence. I hope the Supreme Court passes a law in the United States like they have passed in Europe like in Ireland to have all men like me go to prison. Believe I am not seeking attention I have BPD that has been emotional abusive, I want to die for causing her pain, everyday I go through guilt and shame but I believe death would be the only way she’ll feel completely free. She’s in a much better place but if I am not around in this world it’s best. I listen to your Podcast and also Meredith’s. My name is Christian D.

Beemr11Must Listen for Relationship Abuse & Self LoveI've listening to most of Stephanie's YouTube's, and discovering she also has a podcast I can listen to in the car is another game changer!! I love Stephanie. She has helped me so much in moving on from past relationships dealing with both an overt (several years ago) and covert narcissist (just recently). Thank you so much Stephanie for being the therapist I needed. I watch a video or listen to a podcast whenever I want a pick-me-up and confirmation that I made the right choice to walk away and start a new life for myself, stronger with more self-love.
-
