Every time I hear these fellas talk about hoops their prognostications always turn out to be incredibly incorrect. Clayton isn’t a true point guard? Maryland is going to be Florida’s biggest challenge? And those are only two of the latest. Don’t buy it if you can’t drive it, guys. I guess critical thinking is dead.

Been a Gator hoops fan since Norm Sloan so I go way back with the program. Great to hear this Kind of coverage that’s honest and sees what the fans see now. This program is elite and needs this kind of coverage. Go Gators from Vegas.

Really enjoyed the AU breakdown since I was unable to, do you guys think that wacie will end up following a similar path to tre Mann where he come back and plays well next year or do you think white will start to ramp up his play? Also, a combination of trendon watford and tremont waters would be terrifying. Keep up the great work!

Neil and Eric host this fantastic show that never disappoints. Their analysis of Gator BB players, coaching, recruits and opponents is entertaining, detailed and consistently thorough. Being a longtime fan of Gator basketball (but not quite an expert on the sport), I always come away with a better understanding of the game after enjoying an hour listening to FBH. Thanks guys! My only complaint is: More frequent episodes please!! :)

Host shows a nice grasp of basketball mechanics but the glutton of data is nauseating. Show is way to long to have these numbers recited constantly. Can’t listen to the show any longer. No excitement. Sorry fellas

Florida Basketball Hour is absolutely the best analysis out there of the Gators Basketball team (along with Eric’s great coverage of the team on gatorcountry.com). Neil and Eric truly make my favorite sport podcast and I can only hope that they keep making it forever. This podcast literally goes to the top of my playlist anytime there is a new episode. There is no sensationalism, no shouting, only intelligent well reasoned (and well researched!) takes. If you appreciate Florida Basketball, you must listen to this podcast!

...and you work hard to keep it going, but why so negative? College basketball is fun and doesn’t have to be ALL about defensive analytics and schemes. Please talk more about the players and what they’re doing well! “Hey Eric, what is Omar Payne doing differently that’s led to his improved play over the last few games?” Eric: “Omar Payne is playing terrible pick and roll defense...”

Your criticism of the team is justified but I do wish you guys would talk more about what the players are doing well also. Seems like more criticism all the time than what they are doing good.

These 2 guys provide the best analysis that you can find regarding Gator basketball. It is better than I have found on any website or in any paper. If you are Gator basketball fan, this is the one and only podcast you need.

Florida is more than just a football school!!!!! Florida Basketball is a top ten program most years and I am actually happy to hear a podcast dedicated to the team I love playing the sport I love! Incredible insight every show. Occasionally good guest.

I have finally found someone who covers Gator basketball at a thorough level. I look forward to each episode. I’m not a basketball expert so I appreciate the break down of the players, what each position does and how the offenses and defenses work.
