I awoke in the middle of the woods of Oregon back in September. It was spontaneous and despair/psychedelic induced. It has put me on a mind-bending path of complete (incredibly painful) transformation. At first the spirit was led to Ram Dass. Now I’ve been led to Christina. I am beyond grateful for your work, Christina! You words come home to me when I’m nervous or uncertain of what’s ahead and when I’m faltering in my ego. I can’t thank you, enough!!!

Christina, the Heart Alchemis, is awesome! I have no idea how I found her; she just popped up on my YouTube page one day. Her continent is amazing. I have been working (though a different coaching program) on insecure attachment, “feeling my feelings” and healing old wounds and triggers. Christina‘s content has helped me to clarify some of the things that are hard for me to grasp and work through. She simplifies and gives great explanations of psychological issues from a spiritual perspective and understanding. I just started reading her first book. (My name is Kristina Marie, too!
