sirgagalooxoI understand.I’m listening to your Rabbit Hole episode at 09:57 and I’m intrigued because of the “if you expect it to happen, it will happen” line. for YEARS since I was a teen at least I’ve had this way about me that what I expect to happen it will happen. I never really understood it back then but I definitely acknowledged this ability. so I’m DEFINITELY listening to you and LOVING what I hear!

oceancEthical?I can’t believe he actually says at the end of an episode “like, share or comment on this podcast, otherwise you’ll have sleep paralysis” thanks so much for planting this into the subconscious of someone drifting off to sleep : )

DatabanktwoWould Almost Might Have Integrity If It Weren’t For The Used Car Salesmen TechniqueMy instincts are rarely wrong, and they say no to the high speed used car salesman, carnival barker style sales pitches. He spoke like he was on speed, so fast that the guidance was essentially useless. Telling the listener to go to his Ratings

DavethanamanSleeping faster & rememberingThe first episode I listened to was an instruction on how to fall asleep fast. I honestly didn’t think it would work, but 3 nights in a row I am falling asleep quick from those techniques & I’m able to fall back asleep when I wake in the middle of the night. Plus, as a bonus I’ve been remembering my dreams. The rest of this isn’t really a review of the podcast, but rather more about dreams. So you might want to just stop reading now. I use to be able to lucid dream just by thinking about it before bed, but I haven’t been able to do so in a long time. Some things in the dreams still trigger it, but not often enough. So that’s why I started listening to this podcast. Lucid dreaming first started when I was a kid drowning in water or quicksand. Once I sunk and couldn’t hold my breath any longer, then realized I could still breathe I then shot up out of the water and started flying. The quicksand was not so much fun. Yes, I realized I was dreaming, but I couldn’t move no matter what I did. I was probably twisted up in the sheets lol. Other times I was being chased by Freddy Cougar, or similar. Once I realized I was dreaming I then started chasing the bad guy, or protecting others. It got to the point where I wished for those types of dreams. Maybe that means in life if I address something that bothers me I will find a way to enjoy the process. One time I told a classmate in my dream they weren’t real and just a part of my dream. The person immediately transformed with great velocity to a monster like form & told me never to mention that again. Then just as fast transitioned back to the person again as if nothing happened. That kind of terrified me for a while as a kid. But eventually I tested it and mentioned it many times over & nothing much came of it. So perhaps this meant to not let others discourage me. Happy dreaming

StephaniielaineHelpful Tips - I Really EnjoyI’ve been listening to this podcasts for about a month. I’ve been lucid dreaming since I was about 6 years old, but I recently went a year or two without having a lucid dream. I always thought they were just random experiences until I realized people can practice techniques to allow lucid dreaming to happen more often, which got me interested in this podcast in the first place. I’ve been following all of these useful tips and finally had a lucid dream this weekend. If anyone is actually serious about achieving lucidity during dreams, this podcast will help a lot, but you also have to *want* it enough too! Consistency of the fundamentals is key!
