DRH EnterprisesPowerful Leadership TopicsGreat leadership involves a lot skills, behaviors, practices and techniques - and this podcast provides a regular reminder of best practices even for those who are very experienced leaders. Why do the best golfers and tennis players have coaches? They’re already the best at what they do, but recognize that constant improvement can only come by being challenged, and staying in practice mode. Crestcom’s Leadership Habit podcast can help leaders at every level to stay practiced and reminded of best practices.

SailbikeskiReally practical, not solely lofty ideasThe focus for this podcast is full of practical tools and tips to use. It’s not just the usual “leadership” stuff, leaving you thinking: “but how next?”. It actually ties the knowledge to practice. And benefits. And challenges. And methods. It’s also timely. CRESTCOM addresses the topics and issues we face right now. Even in these different and unexpected circumstances of 2020. Well done CRESTCOM!

lkwanieHabits are createdI love that this podcast addresses leadership as a HABIT. So many of us forget that our habits are a series of things (cue > action > reward) and that we can change our actions to create better habits. I also really enjoyed the Simon T. Bailey (author Shift Your Brilliance) interview than unpacked the idea of 'Vuja De': going there, doing that -- and how to "let go of what is comfortable and convenient to embrace what needs to happen, in order to move forward". Boom!!
