As a practicing veterinarian, I love the idea and diversity behind this show. However, with at least half of the episodes, the sound is typically off. Usually it’s the interviewee and their volume is so soft that you sometimes can’t even make out the words they are saying. Just wish the audio was a little better quality.

I love the wide variety of veterinary guests showcased in this podcast demonstrating how versatile a veterinary degree can be. The icing on the cake is the delightful personalities of the cohosts, who always find a way to connect with their guests.

Marci and Anna have a great rapport with each other and their guests. They're not afraid to get into tough territory like exploring gender and racial disparities in the veterinary field. There's plenty of amusement to be had, and it's an overall interesting podcast experience. Go check it out!

Kudos to Drs. Kirk and Reddish for initiating such an important conversation about diversity and inclusion in the profession. I look forward to hearing more episodes that cover this topic! Keep up the amazing work.

I really enjoyed the creative episode on Leslie Knope! I am not a Parks and Rec watcher, but even without the added context, Marci and Mia brought her to life for me and drew some great parallels to vet med. If you aren’t already a regular listener of this podcast you should be!

It is so inspiring to hear from so many successful veterinarians and learn about their struggles, failures and finally their successes. It really gives me hope that I too can be a great veterinary leader one day. I love all of the little life lessons and often tell my peers about a podcast I listened to.
