This pod is great for getting perspective from people around the kings, the league, and basketball in general without having to skip through a 5 hour radio show. Brenden Nunes is carving himself a major slice of the Kings media pie, and I’m excited to see where it takes him. It’s fun to watch a media member grow with the team. Hopefully both will be seeing some major success in the years to come.

Provides great in-depth coverage of the Kings. The podcast has really hit its stride since Rich left, please don’t bring him back for guest appearances.

For being real and not necessarily aligning with the Kings organizational rhetoric always. It’s refreshing to have a perspective not influenced by the Kings organization.

These guys are smart and fun to listen too!

After a game winning buzzer beater, these guys are talking about how it’s disappointing and the worst case scenario, and how the team should be tanking. Normally I respect the things these guys say, even when disagreeing, but this was a bit pathetic.

These guys are way too negative about the Kings and the roster. We all know we don’t have a great roster but let’s get some more positive vibes about the kings. Telling us to tank for higher draft picks is absurd. How about going into the season positive about our guys and let’s see how they play together first. Give them 15 games and then start seeing the direction of the team. They practically crapped on all our offseason signings and had nothing good to say about anyone. Are you even kings fans or was this the only podcast you guys can jump on and bash?

Absolutely love this podcast , in my opinion these two guys give “their “ true perspective on kings happenings unlike so many other kings podcasts where the hosts are just throwing around the things that fellow journalists ,radio personalities and poders spit out with out using anything that has come from their own mind. Like this pod so much this is the second review I’ve given it in the last 5 months !

Kings Pulse is not just a great podcast for Kings fans but for hoop fans in general. The hosts are likable, charismatic, true students of the game, they ask interesting questions, and consistently have quality guests. Enthusiastically recommended to any hoops junkie out there.

Love this pod and the consistency of it! Has become apart of my regular schedule, Rich and Brenden have a great balance between them. Very professional sounding and creative with content during the slow offseason.

Great podcast! Right now, they post three times a week and shows can run past an hour. If you like depth that comes often and about the Kings, then this is DEFINITELY your podcast and cannot be matched by any other show. They use both stats and what they think based on observing games. Both Brenden and Rich know the whole league and brought that in during free agency and the offseason team preview period. They get great guests who are very knowledgeable. There are no hyperbolic takes. Both hosts seem very reasonable but are not boring. You can tell they prepare for each show. They do not waste your time. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of the Kings or just good sports podcasts!

Every podcast I listen to instructs me to rate it 5 stars -- including this one, I think. I rarely bother. But this one is really worth 5 stars. They cover the Kings in depth but what I really like is that Brenden and Rich are NBA fans -- their interest in the league doesn't start and stop with Sacramento. They're knowledgeable and not full of themselves. They seem to actually prepare in advance (!!) and the half dozen season preview episodes I've heard so far have been excellent because they ask insightful questions about the team that their guest covers. This podcast deserves some love ...

Brenden and Rich keep the content coming without it becoming dull or uninteresting even during this LOOONG off season. Love the team previews. Love their takes. Good combination of stats and opinion. Love the consistency of Kings content hitting my ear drums. Please keep it up!

This podcast is an amazing teaching tool. The pedagogy demonstrated in the banter between the hosts is a fantastic model and what podcasting should be like. Rich’s analysis puts even some of the classic sports commentators to shame! One of the best non-sports bro podcasts on air today!

The pedagogical approach Richard takes towards his ontological commentary about the game is second to none.
