John, I just wanted to thank you for your boldness in Christ. Also, I was able to take my two teenagers to the 2025 Winter Jam in Michigan. It was so awesome seeing Skillet finally! We couldn’t remove the smiles from our faces watching the Skillet mind blowing show. You sir! have some serious awesomeness. 🤣

It’s been a while. When will you make another?

This podcast is one the few that speaks out against our culture, and the rot that is in the church. John speaks the truth in love, and is not afraid to criticize Christian’s who have let culture shape them, instead of God’s word.

I agree with that last review. You speak for people like me. Thank you for all you’ve done through your awesome music and this podcast! I hope to hear from you soon.

What happened to your podcast?? I understand about being busy with your music, Lord knows the world needs that, but the world also needs this podcast!! Please tell me its just because you have been busy and not because you have been culture-canceled, or that you threw in the white towel. The lost and dying world needs to hear your voice John!! Please come back!!

I’m a fan from way back and I love the music and iv been to a few concerts and there always amazing and they always give credit to God This podcast is so much more amazing then that and I think better then some church he’s iv been too and iv been to a lot of sucky churches John cooper gets it right, strait out of the Bible. My mother for years was worried that since they were a rock band and getting so big that skillet would eventually end up like evenecense and disown God and become secular. We’re both so glad she was wrong she is a big fan and a big fan of the podcast too. We got the two books also and they are very informative and well done, we’re looking forward to more stuff from John copper and skillet. P.S. the new songs rock!

Mondays are the highlight of my week because I know there is a new Cooper Stuff episode!!!

Listening to John’s insight into culture through a Christian lens has helped me find my own voice and has given me the courage to stand up for what I believe. But lately I have been disappointed by a lack of content. If he is going to end this podcast, he should let his audience know instead of going weeks without doing a podcast. 😪

I want to so bad listen to this podcast, however, after downloading the shows they simply will not add to my iPod.

I have listened to Skillet for several years and they are my favorite band! John’s podcasts are amazing to listen too and I love how he talks about conflicts of the world and how we should respond as Christians. Thank you for your amazing music and podcast!

Your weekly podcast is like comfort food. Not always over the target, sometimes "phoned-in" but always feels genuine. We all know you are busy being a rockstar, but remember to squeeze us into your schedule, include Korey if you have to 😳😉

John is doing the job of the church. The church is in a state of failure. It should not take rockstars on a podcast to disciple Christians. Love the podcast. Rock on.

John is great at explaining the Biblical implications of current events and encourages Kingdom living better than any other podcast in my opinion. Skillet’s music and Cooper stuff have pushed me closer to God and my sanctification by the grace of God has grown immeasurably by the work God is using John for, can’t say enough.

Love listening to skillet and cooper stuff. Great to see Christian’s actually standing for the truth-especially those who are in the “big leagues”. Since John won’t be getting any woke cookies-maybe we should give him based bacon?

Wow, I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Strong, clear, unashamed, grace and truth together. No wishy washy, made up junk. Goes straight to the Word of God. Huge encouragement to believers. Keep up the good work. I love how you stand up what is right. Holy boldness: The righteous are as bold as a lion!

I really wanted to give this 5 stars. However, John’s level of ADHD is a bit much for me sometimes. (John, if you are reading this, I’m a committed panhead but I have to be honest brother. )

Love John’s subjects, he tackles very tough issues with Grace but speaks TRUTH! That is missing from the world we live in today. I often find myself thinking I’m out of line with others at my Church but this podcast reinforces that I’m not the one being fooled.

I’m not a new Christian but I am a new Christian I rededicated my life to Christ next to my wife earlier this year, after living a life full of addiction and lies and worldly views, your podcast has became my new tool in my journey of sobriety and living for Christ, I have 3 small children who need to learn about and be comfortable with the word of god your show is helping me as a father teach them the right ways. I always said after my time overseas that god couldn’t help me because of the things I’ve done and seen while overseas in the military and now I know I was wrong and oh man I was so wrong THANK YOU for helping me spread the word to other veterans like myself

I’ve listened to Skillet for as long as I can remember. I love the person he has become since he started in the late 90s. Everybody should listen to these podcast.

Came here because of my girl Allie Beth. Saw her retweet you AND I freaking loved Skillet in HS. The audio quality was bad on first ep I listened to, I tried to listen to the students loan Ep and I just couldn’t get through it. After listening to more eps I guess that was just a weird ep, the quality on others have been much better, so here to stay!!

Ex.. - Kevin Max - Holy Post - The After Party - Tim Keller - Beth Moore - Christianity Today I don’t agree with all of what the above say but as a whole and in my Faith, other than Kevin Max, they have all encouraged me in my Faith. Especially the Holy Post and The After Party. John, I really enjoy your sense of humor and I do think you mean well and have had a lot of fun listening. Until now…I will regrettably unfollow. I wish you well bud. In general, stay encouraged in your Faith man. I just think your way to far off on several specific things to look past them anymore. As far a continuing to listen. Affirming a Pelagian heretic in Billy Graham and a woke devil like LeCrae shows this show lacks in discernment.

I paid attention until he revealed how blindly biased he is, and how little he actually understands Christ’s teaching or the Constitution. there’s a lot in your life I think you could replace with meditating on both of these documents until you see your and yours’ blind spots.

Christians, or as I like to say, followers of Christ, (Too many people use the word “Christian”) need to stand up for what our Lord says is righteous, and hate the satanic sins that He died for. We need more people like John Cooper. We need to stop being ashamed of Christ! -Cruxader

This brother is absolutely on point. The good, the bad, and he ugly. Pointing to truth, and exposing the lies. No wasted time, gets straight to the meat, well articulated, and pulls no punches. He chooses his words well, and even as he gives a brotherly rebuke he is filled with love and open arms to reconcile with those he brings a rebuke against. Biblically founded, with a smart brain to boot!

I absolutely love what John Cooper is doing here! He’s biblical and thoughtful and honest. He’s so easy to relate to and understand. Love it! His podcast is a bonus for Mondays!

I’ve was raised with Skillet! Been a favorite of mine my entire life! They’re still up there with Stryper and Disciple! Cooper Stuff as well has been helping me to look and modern life and politics through God’s word and pushes me to bring my concerns and worries and stresses about the world to God! John Cooper is truly a modern Spiritual Giant. Thank you John!! Keep living for Christ!

Cooper Keeps it real. He tells the truth like it is and does not make light of heavy topics that need to be discussed. He tells you when he does not know everything about about a subject but he tells you what the Word of God says about a subject.

It is a sad day when the lead singer of a Christian rock band has to make a podcast talking about how Christians view current events and politics, but with that said, one of the best if not the best one out there. I hope John reads this review and is encouraged that not every Christian is wimpy weak and woke. If he does read this, I hope he takes the video part of the file out for the audio version on this platform. I love watching the video on YouTube, but it takes so much space on my listening device I hardly have room for anything else.

John cooper is a man who has strong faith, his songs are rock and aggressive but stays true to his faith and family!👍totally recommend!

I’ve been a fan of Skillet since their first album self titled “Skillet” with a picture of a skillet on a white background for the album cover. Had some great songs on that first album such as, “I Can”, “My Beautiful Robe”, “Gasoline”, I could go on. Back to the podcast! I stumbled upon John Cooper’s Cooper Stuff back when he’d only down like four or five episodes, and been a huge fan ever since. I love how he’s using his platform to share the Biblical Worldview that’s so many are missing out on, or don’t know exists. As John said in episode 190 “ Politics is morality applied to life.” John explains in simple terms why the Biblical Worldview matters as the world around us hates God and its ambassadors more and more. Keep it up John!

John Copper is a hero of the faith. When all the other Christian artists have clammed up and act like everything is fine, John Cooper is pointing out that the emperor has no clothes. There are many crowns waiting for you in heaven. I hope you have made the way for others to stand up and speak out!

He speaks my language! Simple, true and with love. So thankful he feels led to teach biblical wisdom in this culture. Has helped me grow in my faith and to not be weak & wimpy. (I was never woke! Lol)
