I LOVE this podcast. Even though I am in the middle of a continent, far from any ocean, this podcast makes the sea and its largest creatures come alive. The topics, pacing, interview choices, and much more are all top notch! Thank you for your dedication in sharing science!

Amazing facts especially the orca facts but could there be a episode about deep sea whales, and more sperm whale facts!!!!!..........pls😀

I enjoyed the topics and information, it just felt like the topic of each episode was only talked about for less than half the podcast. The rest was taken up by other material; patreon plugs, whale stories, and other topics that didn’t have much to do with the topic.

I love this podcast!!!! It makes going out to mow the lawn so much more fun! Personally I’m very into the southern resident orcas, and so when I looked this week to see your more recent podcasts, I could have jumped up and down when I saw your June orca awareness month podcast!!! I can’t wait to hear it!!! I am learning so much! Who knew that bards beaked whales had up to 14 stomachs!?!?!

Only 30 seconds in and they’re already othering all male listeners...plenty more podcasts to listen to than to have to put up with this any more
