The influencer voice is so out of control. Please stop talking like that, making it sound like there’s a period after every word

    Ads are too long
Would be a great podcast, but the ads are too long and they sound extremely scripted.

Body love ... with almost 30 ...etc
Liked the spirit of Chuck better - gritty , work hard. This felt very woo woo/fluffy/and heavy at the same time. Been a lot a gut health / nutrition lately - would like to see you go outside that. Feel like you’ve covered it now with many guests and experts. This is constructive criticism since you ask for it with your episodes. Most of your ratings are “5” though. So, I may be in the minority and your may not appreciate this review. I do love you honesty/openness about your beauty and sobriety. So much respect for your journey.

So many ads. The episode contents are the bigger ad. And now conspiracy theorist for controversy sake. It’s so hard to find a way to enjoy this podcast anymore. Arielle has officially jumped the shark.

    Most guests are amazing
Arielle has a plethora and diverse cast of (mostly) highly educated professionals that are the pioneers and leaders of the health, beauty, and wellness arenas which I love. She is also transparent about her own beauty and wellness and it’s like going to a friend for some beauty advice. I also follow her on Patreon. Most recently she went from a brilliant Stanford trained Doctor, Dr Casey Means, that educated everyone on research backed facts. Then a week later had Jamie Mcquire on and that was like, woah. 😬😐. A woman that promotes an animal based diet and no sunscreen based on ‘her own experience’ and because she can tan without noticing ‘immediate’ sun damage 🥴🤦🏽‍♀️. That was really rough 🤣 . However most all episodes 5 stars ⭐️. Keep them coming!

    So many ads
So many ads in this podcast. I know you need to make money but the amount and length of the ads are negatively impacting the listening experience. She’s mid-sentence and all the sudden an ad for kitty litter pops up, she’ll talk for 10 minutes and then spend 5 minutes on ads.

    Drink some water Arielle
Episodes are absolutely riddled with ads and the sound of her dry mouth is whatever the opposite of ASMR is.

The Blonde Files is a Keeper
I’m personally not into all things wellness, but i love listening and have not found a Blonde Files podcast that I didn’t really enjoy. Arielle comes across as very intelligent and relatable. But not spending $6 a month on Patreon to hear her life details, sorry. Not making the rich richer over here.

    The best
Arielle is incredibly smart, a great interviewer, and is able to remain neutral

    Longtime Listener
I’ve enjoyed Arielle’s podcast for a long time and still do but recently really noticing the amount of ads and ad breaks are greatly disrupting the flow of the episode, in the words of Taylor Armstrong ENOUGH!

    A+
This is by far my favorite podcast. Arielle is smart and relatable. Her content and interviews are thoughtful and thought provoking and her guests are always informative! I feel like I’m listening to a friend.

    Just Awesome
I absolutely love this show, so much science and info. Arielle is very relatable, we’re similar in many ways.

    Out of touch
Every week I try to give this podcast another chance and every week it becomes more and more out of touch. Every episode is a new “debilitating” illness caused by the most privileged circumstances. I can’t. Miss girl, how can you always be ill when you have access to the best food, the best doctors, the best everything! Maybe I’m not in the right tax bracket to find this show relatable anymore.

    Best show
She consistently puts out interesting and engaging podcasts. I don’t listen to many, but this is one show that I always want to hear. She has great guests on who aren’t boring or too information heavy, and Arielle is so authentic and real and a great listener with guests. It’s the best show.

    too many ads
really good interviews. WAY to many ads.

    Good podcast but annoying ads
I enjoy this podcast and Arielle has a very calming voice, but i absolutely hate all the “wellness” sponsors, please get them all out of the way at the beginning so we can all just fast forward and not deal with listening to wellness frauds that cause health issues and are expensive. I would never buy anything advertised by this podcast. Just fun easy listening while doing other tasks.

1/3 of the show is ads…so disjointed
I want to love this podcast but every 10 minutes there is 5-8 minutes of adds. It make for hard listening since it makes it choppy and just cheap. Good luck to those who love it and the ads.

    So. Many. Ads
Gahhhhh I really like Areille. I think she is articulate, well spoken, gives great advice and has an interesting life. But. There are so so so many ads it’s unbearable. I am currently 14 minutes into a solo episode. I have heard five ads. FIVE. That’s insane.

    So much more than wellness
The topics are well-rounded and Arielle’s voice is so calming. And thank you Arielle for always explaining the procedures you’ve had done and everything. It’s helpful in so many ways.

    Favorite wellness podcast!
Arielle is such a great interviewer and she hosts such an amazing variety of podcast guests. It’s an approachable, yet expert led conversation and I always learn something. Her guests deal in complicated topics but share them in an accessible and conversational way. I especially love the episodes that touch on emotional wellness, which is something we don’t see enough of! Arielle is truly one of the best in the often crowded podcasting world.

    SOLO Q&A Life Updates.
I really appreciate you sharing your life updates. I feel like it’s a good reminder that we all go through stuff, good and bad, and if you can do it we can do it. I also think it’s a good reminder to be gentle with each other because you just don’t know what people are going through. Love your show. ✨✨

    Best podcast
My favorite podcast! I find myself listening at night and it feels like I’m hanging out with a close girlfriend. Lots of great wellness advice and Arielle expertly delves into topics that others avoid because of various stigmas. I’ve learned so much and highly recommend.
  • nicola demko
    Marketing machine
her podcast is one big commercial for supplements and beauty products. It’s reprehensible that a “wellness influencer” be pushing so many products. When taken together, my doctor said the supplants (that I have purchased after getting Arielle’s discount codes) were actually causing the health issues I was concerned about. She should be ashamed she is peddling so many products to women who are trying to achieve a healthy lifestyle, all the while detrimentally harming her audience.

    Love listening and learning
I love this podcast! I’m an older gal. I love learning from the guest and host. Lots of professional DRs that come on and keep us all updated on what works and what doesn’t.

    My New Favorite Show
I’m a podcast junkie and when I discovered this show 6 months ago, I loved it immediately. Arielle keeps it honest and real, and she asks a lot of the questions women have but are too shy to ask. Her guests are top notch and she’s even answered a few of my questions via DM on Instagram (and she’s incredibly kind). More importantly, this podcast has inspired me to take a deeper look at my own health in ways I would have never expected (such as seeing a functional medicine doctor). I’d recommend this show for any woman who is interested in bettering her health and beauty routine!

While I do like the content and topics in the podcast, there seems to be an ad every five minutes so I never finish listening to each podcast.

    This podcast changed my life
I know this sounds dramatic but I am serious. I stumbled upon this podcast during a very challenging and low point in my life. The tools, guests, recommendations and rawness have helped me to live a more fulfilled day to day.

    Disappointed
I didn’t know Arielle was taking a stance in being pro-Israel. This was my favorite podcast. I didn’t hear her talking about anything going on in the world so I assumed she didn’t want to on her platform to avoid conflict and offending anyone which I completely understand. HOWEVER I never followed her on instagram and after randomly looking at hers I found that she is pro-Israel and collected donations for Israel. If she had collected donations directly after October 7th and THEN educated herself and talked about Palestine after with the ongoing genocide I would’ve been okay with that. But only speaking about one thing and never bringing any attention (after over a month) to Palestine, genocide, or apartheid is giving rich white privilege and it’s so gross.

Arielle has such a grounding, centered energy. I love her approach to wellness, and I always feel inspired after listening.

    Ritual 🙏🏼
Arielle Lorre is my constant. I listen to her new episodes religiously every week. She has educated guests with different backgrounds that contribute to her overall message - wellness. I think a key to growth is collaborating and learning from others. Arielle’s platform is just that. 💯 Recommend.

10/18 Episode title/description is not correct
Hey! Love the show, but just wanted to let you know the 10/18 episode title and description is the same as the last episode, looks like it was not updated.

    👏🏼👏🏼
A fan of your shows, guest or solo, I always learn something new! I was so moved by the latest episode with Adam Sud. I cried, I smiled, I cried again. He spoke so clearly to the topics that his points and outlook will stick with me.
