Any Sharks fan's #1 choice for a podcast. Cannot recommend more!

Good weaving in player interviews, coaches perspectives, and analysis by Ted Ramey. Ted provides great content on this podcast. I think this podcast could improve by replacing the music at the beginning of the podcast (the beach feel “morning tide” music) and cutting out the intro music sooner into the podcast. Also, Ted has great stuff to say but sometimes it feels like he’s trying to defend himself against the haters out there lol but Ted’s got great stuff to say.

When this show first started, I found it kinda meh and with teal-colored glasses. As the team has struggled this season, the host has really grown into the role and offered honest critiques. He, like many Sharks fans, comes off even a little gonsmacked at the team’s fall. Lots of good analysis of coach and player quotes. Replaced my previous review and rating of 3 stars.

This one’s different — in a several ways — and well worth checking out. If you’re like me, you’ve tolerated as best you can the other Sharks-based pods, suffering through the insufferable — whether it’s the laughter at the podcaster’s own humor, which generally isn’t in the first place, or the incessant biases that get harped on in every episode, or it’s the unawareness of audience as they constantly allow themselves to get distracted by private chat room comments that the rest of us can’t even see, sharing a chuckle or side conversation with people and comments we are not privy to in the first place, or the tedious explanations about tech issues and limitations of the moment, or even worse, when they are fortunate enough to get to interview management folks and players whom we really do want to hear from, the inane interview questions just squander the opportunities, time after time. Ted was always the one guy on KNBR that would talk Sharks hockey. Glad to see him find a home here. First few episodes have been really good. Great to have more Sharks pod content.

As someone who no longer lives in the Bay Area, this podcast is a great way to get Sharks news and interviews (Center Ice usually cuts out before 3 stars). I hope it keeps going during the regular season!
