Great info, too many ads

This show has great information and I really appreciate the conversational nature of it. Thank you for providing incredible value for us listeners. I do have one complaint though, the number of ads are getting ridiculous. One episode seemed like it had 6 or 7 ads in a 30-45 min episode.

Too many ads and some bad advice

Ken just recommended Surety Bonds or Flex Deposit instead of getting a security deposit before move-in and that’s the straw. Unless your strategy and your niche is dealing with the lowest income tenants without money, please please please DO NOT accept a surety bond instead of actual cash from tenants! Too many reasons to list why you’d never want to do that. They recently tripped the ads during the show but that was offset by nuggets of good advice. But last week they explained how investing in a 401k for 30 years could LOSE you money lol. Ok. I get it. He’s a syndicator and he wants you to invest with him, but this is such solidly terrible advice. His arrogance has been offset by his awesome wife and cohost, but its not good enough anymore. Please be careful who you take advice from. WHY are they giving you such advice.

Instead of idolizing Brandon Turner, why not ask him about the keys he's handed back to the bank? It's challenging enough to deal with all the Limitless promotions but how about ask guests what they've learned after losing tons of investor money.

Great Real Estate Mind, Not Much Practical Advice

I’ve read Ken’s book and listened to a lot of his episodes and lately it seems the focus is on how bad the economy is, how dire the market is, and that’s about it. Instead of just discussing our poor economy, it would be great to have more episodes where tips on how to thrive despite the poor economy are given.

Every interview and board talk has graduate level information. Real estate is about financing everything else is way to pay off asset. Raising money, real life dealing with tenants that lost their jobs, city mandated improvements insurance seldom covered on anyone’s podcasts. K and D do a great job, best of any real estate show💯✅💯

Hit or miss

It mostly sounds like the hosts are shooting the breeze about real estate related things-nothing is particularly well-researched. That being said, given Ken’s experience he does drop useful nuggets every now and then. While I appreciate Danille’s perspective, she could really benefit from a voice coach.

Good info, but mixed feelings

It’s hard to rate because some of the episodes have great information. But I can find it hard to listen to Ken. He acts like everyone else is dumb and talks down to Danille constantly. He treats her like a child and makes fun of her, and while that’s not my business, it makes it me cringe when I listen. Hopefully it just comes off that way on the show, and isn’t how it is in real life.

Best real estate podcast on the market

I have been a real estate investor/developer for over 15yrs. Would encourage anyone interested in real estate from beginner to seasoned vet to listen weekly. There are usually several incredibly valuable nuggets of advice each episode. Thank you Ken for teaching an old dog new tricks.

There’s alot of people out there talking shop. Personally, I get comfort hearing Ken and Danielle’s ;) (sorry if misspelled) opinion because it comes from that deep knowledge base stemming from 30+ yrs in the business. It’s undeniable. Less Vapid/Soulless Guests Please!

Ken, I love your podcast and your human/pragmatic/21st century approach to real estate - however, these dentists/medical professionals/etc that you sometimes bring on are like listening to nails against a chalkboard. We get it - they are only obsessed about money and became medical professionals for the money and had a privileged upbringing. Their perspective on real estate is so binary and devoid of empathy that is makes me remember all of the scum landlords I’ve dealt with myself that only care about the bottom line and nothing else. You guys are so much better than that and I have a feeling many other listeners agree.

Excellent show! One thing to improve upon is when Ken gives a longer answer or tells a story, he tends to speak softly. I listen with a lot of background noise and I often struggle to hear Ken.

Helpful for new investors

My husband are just starting to put offers on properties and the idea of seller financing has been new and helpful. Most people don’t think about that, but it makes sense especially with the rising interest rates.

Ken is very interesting and educational. Danille is not only a very novice investor, but an awful host. The word ‘Button’ has two Ts in it! Nobody cares what you did last weekend… get to the topic! This last episode with Danille explaining basic financial budgeting just brought down the level of discussion even further. Just stop…

Movers & shakers!

In your recent interview with Kim Kiyosaki, I really enjoyed hearing her talk about her experience as a real estate investor. I must agree with what she said about getting started being the hardest part. I've experienced this myself, it's hard to know where to start, or what steps to take first. But I think it's important to keep pushing through and taking those first few steps. Once you get started, everything becomes a lot easier and will start falling into place. Overall, it was a great interview and I'm glad I listened to it. Thanks for doing such a great job!

I have learned so much from this podcast!

Ken is the man! I learned about Ken via the bigger pockets podcast and signed up for his free newsletter and started watching YouTube videos. I found listening to the podcast on my commutes to/from work, is giving me the tools I need to begin investing in real estate on my own. My favorite podcast!

I own/operate a licensed cannabis cultivation facility in California. My partner put me on to Rich Dad Poor Dad which then lead me to Kens books then this podcast. I have always wanted to invest into rental property and this podcast provided incredibly informative strategy’s as well creative ways to get financing!
