The absolute highlight of my week
For an Aussie living overseas, there is nothing quite like the joy of getting a notification that the latest episode of a podcast from home has dropped. Kate and Mandy, you’re officially my favourites (don’t tell Annabel and Leigh, or Myf and Zan, ok?).

    Honest, real, and funny
Mandy and Kate tell it like it is to be a twin mum and a mama of kids with special needs. It’s like a refreshingly honest, real (and sometimes rambling but in an endearing way) conversation with the friends you wish you had.

Want to be a better human? Start listening to this podcast!
When I first started listening to your podcast, I shared it with all of the people in my life that had multiples. I then started sharing with others who worked with children of all different types of abilities. Then I realized that if I indeed wanted to change the minds of the outer rectums, I would have to start sharing it with anyone and everyone! Keep talking ladies! The whole world hasn’t heard you yet.

    Real
Real, honest, hilarious, heartbreaking, and so educational about the challenges faced by kids with special needs and their families. Kate and Mandy are amazing - thank you!

If you only listen to one podcast. Make it this one.
I wait eagerly for this podcast every week. Mandy and Kate are so funny and real. They are so authentic and so thoughtful. Whether it’s talking about ordinary, every day things or difficult times, every moment spent listening to them is a joy. If only we could be so thoroughly connected to the present and so authentically engaged with our own lives as much as these two ladies. I simply love them.

    You had me at sewage!
From the first episode I appreciated their raw honesty and ability to laugh at some of life’s hard things like raising a child with special needs. I am busily catching up on episodes, taking my eye-makeup off ahead of time knowing there will be a good laugh and cry in there! Thank you, THANK YOU for speaking to my heart. Looking forward to sharing it with EVERYONE in the New Jersey/ NYC area and for all the great conversations to come!

    A must listen!!
For anyone out there who wants to feel like your “understood”, any mom who has experienced a NICU journey can especially relate and shout out YES finally someone is speaking my language! Love love love it

    Friends in your ears
This is one amazing podcast! Hosts Mandy and Kate have an incredible friendship and for an hour sometimes longer a week they generously let me be their friend to laugh and cry with them. I have learnt so much, reflected an awful lot and it has made think and act differently - know better - do better - be better. Not a Pea or a Mum, I am an Aussie living in America and each week they are my antidote to homesickness - thank you ladies. Recommend this to everyone, constantly.

    Fun and Informative
I am a twin mom with identical twin girls that were born at 32 weeks. They both have CP and other health issues. Finding this podcast that I can relate to has been wonderful. I have laughed, learned, and even cried a little.

    Love love love
As a mom of twins, born at 26 weeks, I struggled to find a podcast that would fit into my every day life. As a parent of special needs children, this podcast Has all the feels and is spot on in my life. I’m glad to finally feel part of something and not alone on this parenting journey.

    Truth, honesty and kindness
I can’t tell you how much I enjoy your podcast and how much I have learnt from your stories. I am living overseas without ‘my people’ at the moment and missing my close friendships and the strength they bring. I returned home after a particularly difficult school drop off this morning and immediately put your podcast on. Your infectious friendship and kindness got me back in my feet and ready to tackle the rest of the day. Thank you!

    Thank you! ♥️
I’m a mom of a singleton, but also dealing with the lasting effects and diagnoses due to a premature birth. I so admire you both as moms of multiples, as well as your ability to laugh (and cry) through your honest journeys. Each episode, I find something deeply relatable that makes me feel like I am sitting down with two best friends. Thank you so much for being that for me. I wish more people around me empathized with the ins and outs of our family’s every day, and I really think your podcast as helping bring awareness to that. You’ve found a loyal listener in me. 💜
