For a frightful ghost or alien pest. Spray (a little) static guard inside the house. This advice is for the Florida man. Turn on all ceiling fans for 10-15 min. With a window open at each end of the house. This method helps in my home. Repeat on regular basis. Maybe once a month. Don’t make these special things special. They may not be…… but for sure they are tricky.

I’ve been listening for several months on and off. I can’t understand why they just abruptly cut an episode off in the middle of a conversation. It’s hot or miss on whatever they’re talking about.

Bigfoot milking cows lol. Typical goofy Bigfoot podcast. Take it with a grain of salt and just be amused.

This was a great episode. I always enjoy your podcast, but this was a really good. You guys had talked about native legends with Bigfoot. You should look up the Pikuni Bigfoot story telling project on you tube. Micah hanks had these ladies on his show as well.

Interesting, but not the right name. Interesting tangents about county fairs and funny stories. Not much “from the shadows” talk, so kinda misleading. Still worth listening to.

Shane, Jason and crew do a great job on this podcast! The format is light and conversational with great guests and first hand witness accounts. Topics range from cryptids like Bigfoot, Dogman, Mothman, Jersey Devil, etc to UFO’s and paranormal. The Midweek Howl is a departure from those topics and is a series of funny, true stories from a retired cop that goes by the pseudonym “The Ozark Howler”. Quite possibly the best story teller I’ve heard. The guy is hysterical. I like the conversational format with the guests because Shane has the ability to ask the same questions the the listeners are wanting to ask. Overall it’s a great podcast and my go to source of entertainment whenever I’m driving! Keep up the great work guys!

Gypsi Moon’s one star review with a list of made up LGBTQ grievances is gold. It’s a rambling wall of text that loosely translates to “Hey guys- I’m really mad at my dad.” It’s funny to think that my made up theories on Sasquatch are more likely to be real than the made up LGBTQ grievances Gypsi so angrily typed out. Any podcast that can be the reason someone needs to take time away from the internet is a podcast I need in my life.

Sometimes when I’m down I come here and read Gypsi Moon’s 1 star review. The fact that someone’s sense of humor can be so fragile makes me love the Midweek Howl that much more.

So I’m listening to this former cop go on, and it’s ridiculous and boring. However, that is not the reason you lost a listener. The cop goes on to insult LGBTQ community. He goes on to insults with his transphobia. He continues by mocking people and their pronouns. And then he has the audacity to use the word “retarded”; saying something to the effect “… You have to be retarded, too…” And that was it. It is absolutely repugnant behavior. The fact that you never corrected him, stopped him, edited that repulsive remark out also demonstrated your character. Do better. You owe people an apology. In my community, LGBTQ, community, and people who were born with disabilities and delays and grew up being called “retarded”. #DoBetter not to mention, one of your yahoos was unwrapping candy, or some such nonsense, and I had to listen to that while trying to hear the other person talk. For God sake, get some professionalism. When I look at the one and two star people, there’s a lot of similarities in your unprofessionalism.

I have binged everything over the past year and now I’m all caught up. These guys are great from the Howler to Shane and “The Barrister” to the Super Producer Jason. Great chemistry, great stories and an overall solid show!

The stories are interesting, and the voices of these two guys are so deep and smooth. Barry White has nothing over these guys, especially when they laugh. ❤️

Found this podcast and was really enjoying it. Until the remarks ridiculing those “believing the election was stolen.” Really? You buy into bunches of theories that have much less evidence? Do your homework. Had to unsubscribe. It’s a shame, because they had some otherwise interesting topics.

Just a heads up the question about dogman, Bigfoot ect. You guys were asking why they come after you, either to actually get you or wanting you away from their property ?.. well I can tell you all the physical creatures are only one subgroup of half animal, half human and are what the Bible calls the nephillum and disincarnated spirits and yes they come after you cause they eat humans, ( aliens do too) they are all hybrids, and eat humans or drink their blood to get the humans’ soul/chakra/loosh God source energy, they can’t live here physically and enjoy material things without it. I heard the judge on wes or tonys podcast and I thought I would check this podcast out and I listen to the one with the chef who lived in Roawell and I was hooked. I didn’t know midweek howl was a thing I thought it was the same episode lol I have to say Thank You Ozark Howler and Shane for bringing laughter into my life again, I haven’t found anything funny or laughed especially till my side hurts and I can’t breathe from laughing so hard for 7 years when I lost my 5Yr daughter in a car accident. I hope you have made a difference in my life and I appreciate it so much for your time and hard work to do this podcast. Jason I wish you would come back and stay healthy because these two need you back and healthy because they have been struggling with the sound and editing they do get an A for effort. Not bad

Back in high school, far before this treasure of a podcast was a thought, I lay there watching the stars with Shane. My head on his chest. He had just made me a glass of his finest cognac. For sipping of course. Jason, a young weirdo, watched us “From the shadows” like a typical creeper. We discussed about how we never went to the moon and how the earth was possibly flat and I thought about how Shane and I would look for the truth about these topics. Well life happened and we went our different ways, him to Ohio while I stayed in Florida. He ended up becoming a mail man and with thighs like those I can understand why. I meant to write home about those thighs but after a terrible accident involving a herpes infested monkey I never got the chance. So I write this to all of you, after all this time. Those this is not the hard core shows like some want . It is very interesting and always fun to listen too. And these are from people who live or did live in Ohio which I can easily know where they refer to in places .

Reading the ratings is difficult because most of the ratings beyond 3 stars seem like they aren’t listening to the same podcast I am. You guys are funny, you guys aren’t know it all’s, and you guys are real Buckeyes. (Don’t change) Your topics are great, the mid week howls are ultra funny and could be a random podcast of its own. It seems like people that were difficult raters of this podcast have other issues. I was embarrassed for them that they even took the time to rate. I live in Southeastern Ohio and your are my kind of people.

I love From the Shadows! I live in Michigan but all of my family and my wife’s family are from Ohio; so, the hosts are like family/friends to me. We are all about the same age so I feel like I’m hanging out with my best friends. From the Shadows is just a genuine and friendly podcast that feels like a bunch of buddies hanging out. It is my favorite podcast!

I really enjoy the podcast and look forward to new episodes every week. They have great guests, and the hosts do joke around with their guests but I don’t find it in bad taste or poor timing. It comes across to me that they enjoy what they’re doing and have a laugh from time to time doing so. Keep up the great work!

I love this people. Amazing Podcast..

Don’t remember how I ended up listening, but I am so glad I did. Have been listening for a couple of months and I am binge listening. The guys are awesome and somehow, despite the scary conversations, soothing. Five Stars for sure.

The one guy has a super loud mic and the other two are lower, so in order to keep your eardrums from rupturing anytime the loud guy laughs or talks, you have to keep adjusting the volume up and down. Don’t bother listening unless you have a hand on the volume control....

It’s a Good Podcast, the experiences told by witnesses confirms there is something else than the regular wildlife out there. The Only thing I really find annoying is, how the guests are being interrupted by the host(s) while relating their experience, that is the reason why I don’t give 4 stars but 3.

I enjoy all aspects of this show... the stories, the insight, and the laughs at every turn! Keep up the good work, gentlemen!

I won’t listen to this podcast anymore for two reasons. First of all The podcasters talk too long before the guest comes on and then interrupts the guest. I don’t want to listen to two podcasters shoot the breeze I tune in for the advertised subject matter. Also I was really ticked when I took the time to spend over an hour to listen to “spooky” stories then at the end they tease that the best story is on their Patreon page which you have to pay for. These guys are just out for money.

I came across this podcast recently and have listened to every episode. These guys are a great combo! I’ve had some recent experiences in my new property that has really turned my reality upside down and have been trying to gain as much insight as possible into what I’ve experienced. The conversations are very informative without being too serious which really helps in keeping my attention. A good bit is downright hilarious too! I only wish they had more episodes to binge on! Thanks!
