I’ve listened to every episode and my initial impression was that this was an excellent podcast for woodworking business startups. Somewhere along the way it seemed to repackage and repeat his previous episodes. Same info, but packaged into a numerical hierarchy that will bring success. Also, everything is about scaling a business, which is not always the best path forward. Zach can clearly talk about how he grew his woodworking business and then sold it, but that’s not a one size fits all template. He claims he’s the only podcast specific to creating a woodworking business; however, Working at Woodworking is a much better woodworking business podcast. It covers far more about running a woodworking business. Not every business is trying to create a million dollars in revenue. I think he should shift into entrepreneurship podcasting, especially since he is not really in the woodworking space.

Since finding this podcast I’ve implemented what Zack has been talking about and I’ve been getting more reach and response for my business. I’m not anywhere close to where I wanna be, but know what direction I need to. I will be doing the accelerator program as soon as I’m gone from my carport shop and in a more fitting shop to scale. Listen to him, he knows more then I do and he loves God so I trust what he has to say. Thank you Zack.

Absolutely the best podcast that I have found that is related to business for woodworking or any kind of handmade item. An absolute must listen if you desire to grow your business. Fundamental principles who grow your self and your business. This is followed up with a course on handmade business hero. I will be joining that program as well. Happy journey on your business trip as well as improving your personal life.

I really appreciate this pod cast. I do about 2500 online sales a year in hand made iron work. I find this post cast very helpful

I came upon him on tiktok…. He flaps in the wind like a flag… he doesn’t point out anything, he points out literally everything…. It’s like he goes into the dictionary and just starts reading every definition of every word. No new information and frustrating to listen to. I’m sure if he keeps at it he’ll get better. Listen to Brad Lea, Alex Hormozi, Andy Frisella, Jason Haugen, The One Thing, Ed Mylett, etc. all this guy is doing is repeating what the greats have said in a less interesting way and he hasn’t surrounded himself with successful people to interview. I’d rather listen to Ethan Abramson, Ryan Hawk, Real Business Owners Podcast, etc.

A good show. Lots of sound advice and unique approach to a “woodworking” podcast

Zach does a great job of hitting many of the mental (and even spiritual) aspects of being a wood entrepreneur. I’ve learned a TON of business shortcuts from his podcast and am now part of his Business Accelerator Program as a coaching client. I highly recommend!!!

Randomly found Zach on TikTok and thought I’d give the podcast an episode or two. Now I’m almost caught up to the current releases and looking forward to what’s to come. We need MORE Zachs in this world!!! I am so glad God lead me to this podcast. It popped up out of the blue on my Facebook page. I wasn’t even a podcast listener(that’s how I know it was a God thing) but I decided to give it a listen. Boy am I glad I did! I was already considering a “rebranding” for my business and when I listened to just one of Zach’s episodes I knew for sure that’s exactly what I need to do. He has helped me in so many ways by only listening to a few episodes. I have set goals now that I want to accomplish and I’m starting to learn more about how to achieve those goals. I’m good at the hands on part of making things in the wood shop but it’s the business side of things that I struggle with. I’m in my second year of business and I’m ready to start seeing better profits. Thank you Zach for being the leader that God has called you to be and for paying it forward to help others who are where you use to be! May God continue to bless you and your family!

Zach’s knowledge is some of the best I’ve heard. He honestly just wanted to help and see people succeed. It took me two days to listen to every podcast and send Zach several PM’s at random hours of the night for help. This podcast is legit and will light a fire under you!

I feel like I can relate to his story! I have been trying to get my woodworking business going for 4 years now. Working hard at it Full time and having a rough ride. My wife is losing patience but has supported me the whole time. “One day away” is my motto! I am one day away from being successful...but am not sure which day yet! Thanks for the info thus far! What you’re NOT going to get out of this podcast is hype marketing techniques. Zach is the real deal, and if you’re serious about taking proven steps toward growing your side-gig to full-time (like me), then LISTEN UP! I’ve watched his business grow from zero to SUCCESS, so you know everything he does now is because he’s found the truth through “real-world” testing, and sweat and tears. SO GOOD!

Zach has walked a hard road to be where he is today and I know him personally. He is real, raw, and cares about the listeners success. When it comes to becoming successful in your handmade business, this podcast is the one to turn your ears toward. 🙌🏼
