I originally reviewed the podcast in January 2020, seems longer because it was just Ty and his cohost back then. The new hosts now insult people for not being able to afford a new PC in order to play the game., So when they now ask why would a console player listen to the podcast, even though it is a joke, they now repeat the statement. I'm older and on a fixed budget, so I'm showing myself to the door. The original review is below. The hosts are excited about Elite Dangerous, and bring that enthusiasm with each episode. Maybe it's my old military background, but the hosts tend to interrupt each other, and it breaks the flow. For me, listening at work, it's hard to follow because an intro to each topic is stopped with repeated, "can I stop you right there?" or "can I just say this?" the problem is that the intro to the next topic is halted so the other host can speak their mind, this results in, "well we're behind, and we need to move onto the next topic." Maybe when they are creating the show, talk for as long as necessary, then have a producer edit out all the interruptions. There is a lot to the game Elite Dangerous, so as a player it's great to hear how other players approach the game. Whether it's combat, or lore, or whatever, it is an informative podcast. You guys are doing great, give yourselves a chance to complete a thought.

Just found this podcast started listening from episode one going through each episode and it’s just very entertaining very info full it’s great love it recommend

Just semi-random discussions about the game amongst members of a squadron, follows a rough set of show guidelines yet also pretty unscripted. Great stuff if you love Elite Dangerous!

Best show about Elite Dangerous! Mostly because the accents are understandable and not from mysterious and mythical far away lands. Down to earth and personable and having a friendly discord are also pluses.

When you’re weirdly passionate about something, you end up enjoying listening to others talk passionately about it. Turns out I love Elite Dangerous, and Loose Screws is a great companion piece to the game. It’s a fantastic podcast that won’t give you Ear AIDS. Essentially, it’s sonically safe sex for your ears...about ED. Not erectile disfunction, but the other ED. I’m not good with metaphors. Listen to Loose Screws!

Ty is very informative and insightful in the stuff that he talks about. I’ve finally caught up on the episodes and I’ve found them funny and informative with plenty of content to keep me listening throughout the episode. Keep up the great work guys and I will keep listening. Highly recommend.

I heard about this podcast on Lave Radio and checked it out right away. My first impression was good sound quality, which I know is a must for many of us. The hosts are very natural speakers, and I felt more like I was jumping into an existing podcast than hearing a brand new one - which is a great thing. I know these guys are going to blow up if we can spread the word. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!
