    Liberty track club
I just loved Molly's interview with the ladies of Liberty track club. As an older runner. I really appreciate hearing from ladies of my generation! Thanks Molly for a great interview!

Love their choice of diverse podcast guests!
In my opinion, Keeping Track is the top podcast focusing on women’s running out there. That is because they give a platform to pro runners who are women of color — people who have been overlooked by many of the other big running podcasts out there. The diversity of voices and opinions on Keeping Track is refreshing, and I appreciate the podcast’s willingness to tackle tough issues, such as talking openly about race in a very white sport. Hats off to the ladies of Keeping Track for highlighting excellent and interesting pro runners who bring a unique perspective to their sport!!

    Lauren Fleshman
💗Love💗Love💗Love:episode with Lauren Fleshman! Can’t wait to read her book!!! Loved the comparison of young boys would never be professional male singers before puberty-but you’re body-scanning teenage girls…yikes

Want to love it more but the audio…
I really want to love this show. Fans of the hosts, like the guests, but the audio is not strong… volume levels shifts so it’s loud for one then quieter for the next, echo in the back, etc. Some inexpensive microphones and a podcast board to adjust volume could solve this. Again, great content but the audio is too distracting to really enjoy as much as I would like.

    Great podcast
Really love this podcast. It’s great to showcase a variety of womxn athletes, and raise awareness on the lack of equity in sports marketing & coverage.

Brings attention to athletes and issues
Great podcast that brings visibility to athletes and issues that deserve our awareness.

    Love this podcast
I have loved listening to this podcast the last few months. I enjoy the interviews and the dynamics between the hosts. Great support for women in running.

    Great coverage, needed perspective
I was an avid reader of Running Times and cried when than folded into Runner’s World. But this podcast, along with others, has filled that hole and formed a mountain on top of it. I love the conversations the hosts have about current events in the running world and events in their own lives that runners, especially women and moms, can relate to. Stoked to have a new way to stay in touch with the sport.

    Okay
Not as professional or formed as other running podcasts. Frequency is spotting, structure flexes often, and pre-interview banter is lengthy.

    Favorite podcast ever
I love this podcast so much. I love the thoughtful questions and especially appreciate the part when the hosts give guests a chance to talk about aspects of their story that are not usually heard. I am a marathon runner and had to spend last winter pool running after an injury. Listening to this podcast in the pool saved my winter. I recommend this to every runner I know.

    Keeping Track
OMG, my new favorite podcast! Thank You, ladies for providing a Voice to educate, inform, entertain, enlighten, and inspire us! As an amateur athlete, I feel that I relate in the most minuscule way... you are speaking my language. I especially liked the question at the end of Gwen’s interview about how can the public support & demand equality in sports sponsorships/media coverage etc for BIPOC athletes. We, the public, idolize you all. And, I, for one, am very willing to help sponsors & governing bodies support athletes as they should be supported! 💪💫

    Inspiring Convos with Inspiring Women!
Keeping Track is so informative, incredibly eye-opening, and (of course!) entertaining! I love the way each episode makes me think, and it feels like such a privilege to get an inside look into running from these three women!

I thoroughly enjoy the realness of the conversations and the stories told by all the women on the show, including the hosts. Thank you creating this space for women to talk about athletics and the array of issues they face!

    Thank you
Thank you for these conversations. I’ve listened to all of your episodes but after listening to the episode “Running While Black”, I had to write a comment to say an extra thank you for that really important conversation.

    A fresh set of voices
All three of these women are exceptional. There are so many running podcasts, but this one fills a void for sure. I love the format and I love how these women are having hard conversations about real topics in our sport. The Dawn Harper Nelson episode was my favorite. All three are so thoughtful and intelligent and I love hearing what they have to say. Keep it coming!

LOVE! But Get These Amazing Ladies Some Recording Equipment!!!
Guests, awesome. Flow, great. Advice and wisdom, cannot be beat. Recording quality, unfortunately low. Can someone buy these ladies a setup? I wanna clearly hear everything they have to say!

Love these ladies, such an insightful and interesting podcast!

    Great Content
Love the content of this podcast. The women are great at asking new and interesting questions to tell the stories of women in running. The recording quality isn’t great and can sound like it’s in a tunnel sometimes. If sound quality was better easily 5 stars

    So, so, so good
You know that podcast you save for just the perfect time, when you know you won’t zone out and maybe miss something amazing? This is that podcast for me. The hosts are INCREDIBLE and having such insightful, fresh conversations that tell stories you don’t hear anywhere else.

    Unique & Insightful
I always love getting new episodes of Keeping Track! They have a wider variety of guests than the typical running podcast circuit, which leads to some really interesting and insightful conversations. The hosts are doing a lot of good for the sport off the track, and it’s much appreciated!

In depth conversations from athletes in the know
Pro female runners talking running and a little bit about life. This is a required listen, especially the most recent episode with Dawn Harper Nelson. Molly, Alysia and Robison dig in deep on things runners care about and ask good questions.
  • Alison Runner
    Hear from the true pros
They are the true experts and ask the questions no one else even knows to ask. Such a good listen. Thank you for giving women the opportunity to tell their stories.
  • bktrackmom
    Best running podcast
This is the best running podcast hands down. Pro runners with years of top level experience talking with the runners I want to hear from. Thank goodness keeping track is here! Can’t wait for the next years worth of Molly, Alysia and Roisin’s work!!
  • Cindy.Kuzma
    Insightful and interesting
This podcast is a welcome addition to the running media world—having top athletes interview other athletes leads to lines of discussion that even fans of the sport might not have considered. I love getting ongoing glimpses into the lives of the three co-hosts and they balance each other out nicely in their style and interests when doing interviews.
  • amynasher
    Great interview!
Your interview with Obsie Birru was such a great way to spend my drive home. She is a delight. Many people would benefit from taking the approach she does to running and life. Thank you for introducing me to yet one more athlete for whom to root!
  • Nvmom
    Love it!
Three ladies I admire talking about important issues in sport, couldn’t ask for better.

Fun conversations! Love that topics are timely. Awesome guests too.

    Much Needed Women’s Perspective
I am really loving this podcast so far. The guests are top notch and the host’s experiences as elite athletes themselves gives them great insight and allows them to ask really deep, meaningful questions. My only suggestion for improvement would be to perhaps rotate and only have 2 hosts at a time. Having 3 hosts asking questions can be a bit overwhelming and often times people ended up awkwardly talking over/interrupting each other which sort of ruins the flow of the conversations.
  • bethvixxen
    Great podcast!
Love the women’s perspective and honestly sharing experiences. Would love to hear interviews with more women juggling an elite career with work, motherhood or both (Sarah Sellers, Roberta Groner, Sara Hall, Sarah Vaughn—just to name a few).
  • Abbjmc
Much-needed perspective of women in running/track
I love that this podcast is giving a voice to women in the sport. As a fan of women’s running and track and field, I don’t see a lot of media covering this. So glad to get the inside scoop from Molly, Alysia, and Ro. I appreciate their honesty, authenticity, and passion.

    Enjoyed this one !
Thanks for launching this insightful podcast. I enjoyed listening to Lindsay about her NYT op-Ed. Also good balance of questions from the presenters. Would recommend !

A podcast for the Paradigm Shift!
These stories and conversations are what’s missing from both track and field and our national dialogue as a society.

    Sprinters represented!!
Thank you for having a sprinter on, really enjoyed hearing Nia Ali’s story, there are very few interviews done with sprinters, seems like it’s much more common to hear from mid distance and distance focused athletes. Great questions and great insight!
  • Bobcabigail
    Great running show!
Excellent commentary from some truly knowledgeable elite women. Great listen.
  • Tara Little
    So needed. Thankful!
I can’t believe these total role models in running and in life are so accessible. Important subject matter already—maternity, race day nerves, highs and lows of giving your all. Can’t wait for more.
  • apacheco61

Inspiring athletes & excited to subscribe
What a great line up. I am so delighted to hear from these world class athletes. I love their goal of addressing the inequality in coverage of women’s sports.
