mommidwifeChanged my lifeI found this podcast through the Andrew Weil Fellowship alumni website. I was curious about it because of the award mentioned on the website and was drawn to listen because of an acute back pain episode I had recently experienced. It is not easy to find hope for the tool chest, but it did give me hope- an essential tool to reclaim some sense of possibility. I was told I needed to have several vertebrae fused following laminectomy by two surgeons at excellent academic centers in Michigan. Thank you for the interviews with Esther Gotkhale and Dr. McGill. I’ve taken Esther’s classes and I am walking differently, using my body differently at 67 years of age and I am without back pain almost 100%. Thank you for making this information available Dr. S. I have given the book to providers in my area and wonder… why isn’t this information shared with anyone who comes in for an evaluation of back pain?

Stephanie R. Ganter DDS, MSWe need more of this!!!I met Dr. Lakhia through our time taking a 2 year Integrative Medicine Fellowship out of the University of Arizona School of Medicine. He is a wealth of knowledge and I continue to learn from him. Love that he is doing this podcast. Latest episode I’ve listened to is with the amazing Dr. David Schechter. Mind body medicine and stress reduction is key in effectively managing chronic and resistant pain. As a periodontal and implant surgeon in Dallas, Tx I manage and treat chronic inflammatory oral conditions including several mucocutaneous diseases, chronic inflammatory periodontal disease, and V3 neuropathies. Keep doing what you’re doing Sanjiv!!
