Balance and fair, a breath of fresh air
We are fortunate to have this podcast. They truly look at all sides of a topic, and present balanced, intelligent conversation. I think that political wingnuts probably wouldn’t care for it. However, those of us who still think and care for facts will love it!

    Too right wing
Balanced reporting? I think not! The way they were gleefully celebrating Trump’s win and making false claims about his concepts of non-existent policies and lies that Harris had none was shameful. Not my cuppa tea.

    Murdered???
Doesn’t it seem that Mike Lynch was murdered? What are the odds. I mean. Just saying.

Solid conversation, but beware of the nitpicking.
As an American, this is my favorite UK news podcast. Generally, they have thoughtful criticisms of the powers that be in a easy to follow conversational format. I will say that sometimes the audio quality could be better and sometimes they will spend an entire episode nitpicking.

    Too chatty
If you’re looking for a “Good Morning, America!” Chit-chat around the news in Britain, this is your podcast. I was looking for a replacement for the “Two-Minute Briefing” and hoping the longer form would have the quality I’ve come to expect from the Telegraph’s “Ukraine the Latest”, which is the best podcast I’ve come across. This isn’t it. It’s too chatty, skims the news, and only seems to dive deep on non-consequential or fluff, even when the hosts are talking about important things. (It’s in the way they do it.)

    Loved it!
    Looking forward to more episodes!
  • why??$??
    Where’s the 2?
The 2 minute briefing without too cute chitchat - where’d it go?

    Worst production value - ever!
IMHO. I used to rate this mini two minute podcast as Five Star as it was well put together and well communicated. Now, with the change of personnel, it sounds like the recording is begrudgingly made at home on an iPhone during other activities, like preparing for dinner. This is a great brand and is not currently being served by this particular production.
