MariselaRBGardening & life adviceJust finished listening to episode 50 - living a garden centered year. One of my favorites so far! Great way to end this year and ideas for next year. Thank you! Can’t wait to approach 2021 with all those suggestions in mind.

cassthegardenerLove the podcasts, wish audio volume was betterI love this podcast and all that Nicole is doing, but I have to turn the volume all the way up to hear her... and in my car, I have to turn the car volume all the way up, too. When other notifications come through, it’s deafening. For example, listening to Nicole, and Waze directions come through at the max volume, which is way too loud, but unfortunately the only way I can hear Nicole. I really wish the Gardenary team would adjust the volume of their production so a normal volume would be adequate to hear Nicole.

Cathy 👩🌾What Kitchen Gardens and Yoga Pants have in ComminI wanted to garden like my grandmother, but when I inherited her gardening books they left me cross eyed with questions of why, how, what if..., and where ARE the pretty pictures? But Nicole’s book and podcasts answer all my questions! Yay! She is so fun in her delivery, and her pictures are pretty. It all encourages me to try try try, and then, every morning, I get to enjoy the magic of eating cherry tomatoes ripe off the vine, just like my grandparents. Thank you so much Nicole.

Houston GardenerBugsThis is the 1st podcast I have listened to. I love the way Nicole compares taking care of plants in relationship to the humans in our lives...great therapy and gardening in one. I am so excited to finally have some structure and guidance to my kitchen garden, which up until now, has been sporadic and based on luck. Thank you!!

Kellygirl11Pragmatic and InformativeI enjoy Nicole Burke’s style as she delivers insight, down-to-earth advice, and good information. I started to follow her on Instagram, then got her book, and now I am onto the podcasts. While her marketing efforts to increase her audience and sell her products are clear throughout each platform, she also gives away so much knowledge and shares her “why” clearly enough that I can back her and follow her with confidence. I found myself wanting to know more from her because she delivers information in such a digestible way, with good reasoning while not being overwhelming. FWIW her book is good if you are getting into home gardening.

Elizabeth from HoustonUpbeat and InformativeI am a novice gardener...and have been for years. Haha. I have listened to OTHER garden podcasts and they have all seemed a bit boring and they drone on and on like I’m listening in on a conversation that I don’t want to hear...but not this one! I love that each show has a clear message. I love learning about not only growing plants but things that relate...like nutrition of those plants and history etc. Keep up the good work Nicole!

Sasha NicholasSimply Inspiring! Each episode I listen I think-oh this one is going to be not that interesting - and then it is so much more than I could have ever imagined. I have been a flower gardener for decades and have a biology degree so you’d think I’d know much of this. Nicole makes her message POSITIVE! So far if I had to choose a favorite especially for families it would have to be “Eat the a good Stuff”. I I want to garden so I can live a healthier and more environmentally responsible life. This podcast brings it all together in a simple message. I highly recommend it.

sarahbean5509So Inspirational!I love this podcast! Gardening can be overwhelming (I’m a beginner) but this podcast breaks down all the info you need into well-organized, interesting, and helpful episodes. The episodes have a wealth of information about conventional farming in the US that also motivate me to grow more of my own food. This podcast makes me realize that a kitchen garden is not only totally possible but also totally important.
-

C BaadNicole is gardenspirational!!!!I am so inspired by Nicole’s love for kitchen gardens (don’t you just love that term?). I grew up tending traditional vegetable gardens and row gardens and while those are wonderful, something was always missing. I never had the fresh greens and herbs that I use daily in my cooking and the veggies we grew always got eaten up so fast in our family of 3 adults and 5 kids! Last summer, I didn’t even bother putting a garden in because for me, there just wasn’t enough benefit. But I LOVE GARDENING! So when I saw Nicole’s Facebook group about making garden magic, I was intrigued. Listening to how passionate Nicole is about her gardening has reignited my own passion for growing my own garden but she’s also given such useful advice that I know now how I can utilize the space I have and make the most of our seasons. I can’t wait until her book comes out to see just how she builds her clients’ amazing kitchen gardens!

Perma LinkVery Nice IntroductionThe podcast seems to be a very nice introduction as to what the host is trying to accomplish. I am hopeful that there will be much more information as the podcast continues on guidelines for zones on what to start as the seasons progresses, also things like micronutrients, or special heath issues, such as people who can’t eat some greens due to heath issues, or raw, and perhaps blood sugar issues, or combo health issues. Her presentation was wonderful, however I hope it’s not all about the podcaster wanting to sale to profit from listeners. I understand merchant, but somethings offered are extremely pricey.
