thelydacrewFavorite podcastThe Ancient Health Podcast is by far my most favorite podcast to listen to. Love Dr. Motley and his plethora of knowledge, Courtney and her spice for life, and Dr. Axe’s care for people. I know that when I turn on this podcast that I am going to learn something good today. Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge and love to people!!
-
*Jess29*HelpfulReally helpful to hear alternative routes and thoughts on handling anxiety and how the body handles and stores emotions. Wish there were more like this with suggestions and sources for people who consider a more holistic path
-
CoachCoriJGood, but…Courtney talks way too much! I really enjoy the topics and the information being presented, but Courtney really needs to stop and take a breath so that the guests can speak. I end up skipping to the end of her episodes.
-
Danielle Sch.Easy to understandI love the way things are explained on this podcast. Dr. Motley especially does a great job of breaking things down in a way that is easy to understand and the information is easy to digest. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge and taking the time each week to help others through this podcast! Please keep it up!

Lindsay pupDr MotleyDr Motley is the best!! So much helpful information given! Love learning from him!
-
LlandcooljWealth of knowledgeDr. Motley is a wealth of knowledge. It’s so hard to find information on some symptoms like hives and eczema, but this podcast provides so much that even doctors and other practitioners seem to lack.
-
lostmeatbillgatesHighly recommendLove Dr Motleys episodes. Filled with so much knowledge but also explicit steps on how to heal. Thank you Dr motley!!!
-
LindaMizAppreciate the insight and info…Just think the host (Courtney) needs to let the guest do her thing sans all the long winded interruptions . : ). Sorry for being a bit negative— just a little FYI for a better podcast 😊

allnamestakenmollieHappy To Find!Years ago, I started researching holistic healing under Dr. Axe. I usually just did a search and got on the website. I’m so happy to come across a podcast to listen to!
-
Steve7442ReferralWould you possibly have the names of holistic physicians in the Denver area. I would very much appreciate it. Thank you! Linda Cowan

Jennywawa88Forgettable. Not A Lot About Ancient Medicine…This podcast reminds me of The Dr. Oz show. It’s what I call pop-health, or coffee table-health topics, meaning, trendy, “woke” health topics. Also, they endorse some supplements that I know for a fact don’t work, so that’s always a red flag.
-
Tbc37373847Great info; wish the audio quality was betterI really do love this podcast, but have a hard time staying focused because the sound quality is so lousy (at least compared to other similar-type podcasts I listen to).
-
Jamieth2025Great podcastI do love the information you give and the interviews! I have been learning stuff from Dr Axe for years and it is great!
-
Jinger BittInteresting contentGreat way to add to your natural health education. I don’t miss an episode! I would love to hear an episode on the sinuses and problems/ solutions related chronic rhinitis and that area of the body. Keep up the good work guys!!
-
Mbrew2Exceptional & Trustworthy PodcastI have learned so much from Ancient Health podcasts. All the hosts a have become like wise friends over the months of listening. The topics are fresh and relevant, the information sound and with enough depth that I feel a part of the thought process rather than just getting a data dump. I always look forward to seeing what new topics are coming. Thanks for your efforts, please keep the podcasts coming.

ilovepresidenttrumpMimiThank you !! Your podcast is giving me so much help !! I’m a mess and your awareness of how I feel is so enlightening !! Yes Decluttering is so triggering !! I will listen to this episode over and over and breathe and thank you!!! You are definitely a five star podcast and I left you five stars, and I shared you with friends!! 💪👍💖thank you I’ll go look now about your Friday group !
-
MellovoloFavorite podcastI truly truly truly love this podcast. Something here for everyone. Courtney and Dr. Motley are the best hosts, I learn so much from them.
-
MJ4SamHosts…The topics are usually really good and could even be better if the hosts remember to let their educated guests do some talking. Courtney is notorious for cutting off the guest and taking over the episode… Do better

Ebay BucksGood health information, please stop with the religious stuffThis is a great podcast for health and alternative health information. The only issue I have with it is all of the over the top religious stuff. I love that you love your god, we all know at this point, you don’t have to KEEP saying it. This is a health podcast though, right? I get that spirituality can be linked to health but so can atheism and devil worship for people that choose those. I’ve seen unhealthy people in ALL groups, your chosen beliefs don’t make you some super fit hero suddenly. Anyways, the constant proselytizing is coming off as reverse “surely thou dost protest too much”.
-
LuckySydGreat Information!!I would to learn more. Part 2 please. 😊
-
JennieT25More on trapped emotions and physiology please!!!Love this episode! I kept saying “yes” “yup” “exactly”. Can’t wait to learn more!
-
Owie3515Boring and uninformativeThe latest episode with Bethany Cameron was absolutely cringe. She (Lilsipper) has openly admitted to having an eating disorder and lies about having serious gastrointestinal problems to sell products and gain social media popularity. The NEDA symbol tattoo on her foot says it all. This podcast lost all its credibility, sorry won’t be a listener!
-
Eric Burke 1Great podcast & topic requestGreat topics thanks for your work in putting these out! I think Dr Motley mentioned putting a topic request in a review…I’d love to hear your opinions on whole food based supplements (smaller amounts but better absorption theoretically) vs traditional supplementation and higher dosing (Orthomolecular, Thorne, Designs for health, etc these sorts)…i like the concept of food based and naturally occurring, but have a little FOMO and want to optimize my own health and the health of my patients (with budget in mind :) Could be good to hear your opinions on what everyone should take at minimum and what to take for optimal health with of course a quality diet. Anyhow, hope this perks your interest to hear your opinions! Thanks either way!

H. CashmanToo many “likes”Courtney please quit saying like, like, like…it’s distracting. Great podcast otherwise…thank you!

NotTheDemographicAinck--shentGood info. Just need Courtney to pronounce ANSHIENT without pronouncing the hard C. Almost didn’t keep listening but she stopped saying it. It was like fingernails on a chalkboard.
-
HealthHutJennDr Axe and his crew are awesome!I so appreciate the resources and information that this team gives. It’s invaluable in so many ways.

drumnut9Episode 213 Consent to breast implantsI have listened and learned from so many episodes and can't believe I haven't commented before now! Wow! Thank you warrior women! I am passing this on to my daughter in law who is a health and hormone and period charting coach in Omaha, NE. Surely she is seeing some of this in her clients. By the way I believe she was helped by an episode you did over two years ago concerning endometriosis and infertility being helped through acupuncture. Several months after me suggesting she try that (she did) she became pregnant and she and my son have a healthy, beautiful, 5 month old boy:). My daughter in law, Taylor, has been interviewed on The Hormone Genius podcast a couple of times talking anout the dangers of birth control pills and how that can lead to endometriosis (as it did in her case). Anyway, God Bless the work you ladies are doing!!!

Sleeping Like a Baby!!KasiaLove your content! Thank you for not being afraid to speak!

RinnswimmerReally helpful2023 update: I have been really loving the interviews on the podcast this past year, and also Courtney’s shorter rundowns! It’s so freeing to hear that there is a whole world of health solutions as simple as small diet changes, supplements, and understanding female seasons & cycles!! Thank you for this invaluable free information. 👏 // I’ve learned a lot from this podcast, and it helped convince me to start seeing a natural doctor rather than continue to see a physician (for chronic issues) who will just medicate me and never try to find the root. They have experts of varying opinions on the show but have reiterated that every body is different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach, which helped motivate me to set aside funds for testing nutrient deficiencies, etc (not covered in my state). My one critical point is that, while I believe the hosts have the best intentions and know what they’re talking about, I often struggle to take in information when Dr. Motley speaks. The language used seems to assume some prior understanding of nutrition and Chinese medicine and often goes over my head. I’m sure it is great information of course, I just don’t always fully understand it.
-
Shana @total_geniusJust what I neededLoved this conversation about emotions and problems with your body. I have been experiencing RA symptoms and have thrown every supplement I can at it and have been feeling nauseous all day everyday. Chris saying to back off the supplements to give your body a break - thank you for the great advice. Stress is real. Less really is more.

shute4wellnessLove this podcast!Loving this podcast. Today’s podcast was absolutely phenomenal with Dr. Connealy. She is amazing. I always learn a ton of new information on your podcast and always look forward to new ones dropping each week. Thank you!

Sarah ‘Soulshine’ CotterOrgan meat lover!I love this podcast and I am an avid fan of everything y’all do, say and advocate!! I am an integrative nutrition health coach and I am back in school to amp up my pedigree and I live and eat and breathe for podcasts like yours! I had to reach out after this episode because of the mention of organ meats and how amazing they are nutritionally, but even our bodies react viscerally to how unpalatable they seem. I was laughing out loud because I was sneaking organ meat into a spaghetti sauce I was making right then @ the stove! Ha! Most of my friends are all appalled at the idea, but I’ve been cooking with a paleo blend from a local butcher where I pick up my CSA and it’s grass fed and finished…and blended with grass fed and finished sirloin…and it’s really delicious! I NEVER thought I would be doing this a few years ago! #healthcoachhacks

104902I LOVE THE TCM TALK!! BRING MORE!!😍Absolutely fell in love with this podcast and all of the trusted and backed people who come in and speak. Also love that Dr.Axe reveals & strings the Bible through so much — Amen!! God began it all, no wonder it all stems back to what he has said since the beginning!! Have been looking for that in medicinal information/teachings and am so glad to find it here. Extremely encouraged! Also would love to hear more from Dr motley & Dr Axe on TCM and herbalism!! Love how they break it down and educate and hope they add in more and more about TCM and Herbals! Cant find anyone who talks about it as well as they do.

Kimberly in SCEasy to understand info on metabolismEpisode 120 on metabolism, also shared easy to understand methods for detoxifying. Applying these lessons should help with weight management, to maximize exercise effectiveness, and inspire detoxification processes. Great episode. Worth a listen.

BP WriterTrusted Health InformationJust listened to a really beneficial interview with Dr. Axe and Dr. Murphree all about Fibromyalgia. Got tons of helpful take-aways and understand this syndrome much better now having listened to this helpful podcast! Totally worth a listen!
-
MSORCESuper Helpful!Dr. Axe is blowing my mind! So thankful for this podcast!
-
theinformedmamaVery disappointingIt’s very disappointing that someone on this show would share and talk positive things about the skincare she uses when it contains fragrance! This is one of the worst things we can put on and around us and she was just talking about putting chemical on /in our bodies. This is misleading for newer ppl in the natural world. I would never recommend anything with fragrance /perfume!
-
ShirsiI heard a fabulous interview but Noticing majority of guests are maleI just listened to a really wonderful interview with Dr. Blodgett. Learned a ton but also really appreciated the interviewers and the depth and connection and thoughtfulness in the conversation! It was a joy to listen to in addition to being very meaningful contact. I’m saddened by looking at all the episodes and seeing only a minority of women interviewed.

MooreMomentumGreat guy and show!Dr. Ace has such incredible knowledge and insight into a unique aspect of health and wellness. Had the joy of sitting down to chat with him and he is a great guy. This is a must listen.
