She talks about balancing life and business which includes children. Interestingly, I don’t have children but still find the stories and lessons relatable. I love this podcast! I get a lot of value from hearing about Real Estate from a successful woman who is considerate and caring. I feel like a lot of the male podcasts are very aggressive and not very relevant to my personality and attitude. I only gave 4 stars because I have heard Karen say that she records this from a voice memo app and I feel like it really affects the audio quality. I absolutely understand that it’s easier for a busy lifestyle, but the lower quality audio does make it harder to listen to.

Great advice on forming solid relationships with vendors that not only helps the buyer and seller but also the client. Especially giving the client referrals to vendors they can use moving forward with their recent home purchase beng confident that they can trust your recommendations.
