    My #1 political podcast
When asked for podcast recommendations, WAC is always my #1. Corinne has taken her expertise from many facets of her life, and created the best political podcast I’ve listened to. She is truly focused on the truth, whether it’s comfortable or not. I’ve been listening to Corinne for nearly a decade now, so it was SO exciting to be able to donate to her campaign for NYC mayor. I think most people who listen to her podcast will also find her more than deserving and qualified. She is a genuinely GOOD person who wants the best for this country.

Helping me stay informed but still sane
Corinne is doing valuable work. In a time where the tsunami of news feels overwhelming to keep up with, she presents the most important events each week in a calm, logical, and balanced way. Mike loves to play devil's advocate but his "takes" add minimal value to this show.

    A neoliberal hellscape
Corinne does not seem to realize leftists are not liberals and we do not want to be lumped in with the Democratic Party which is essentially “Diet Republican.” If you identify as a leftist you may as well listen to Chapo Trap House or Trillbilly Workers Party for better insight.

    Get a different producer please…
I really like Corinne and have been listening since the beginning of this podcast. Unfortunately I find myself turning it off lately-not because the news is so depressing (it is), but because of the “producer” Mike. I’m surprised she puts up with the guy who voted against women’s rights and then backs it up by saying it’s because of gas prices. Guy has a daughter and a wife, and works for a woman. I just can’t put up with him bloviating about it anymore. You don’t need to kowtow to that.

    My poor ears
If I wanted to listen to a trite unhappy woman complain about stuff she isn’t even knowledgeable about, then add in an in nerving shrill voice just for extra irratation, I’d rather just call my mother in law. Thanks, I’ll pass on this pod 👎

Every week this is a highlight for me
This is one of my favorite podcasts and the best media I consume weekly. Keep it up Corinne!

She’s committed to being a white feminist
She’s dedicated to her white feminism and claims to “challenge” the status quo and what the mainstream media is saying — but actually she just regurgitates the info you can already find through any of these biased news outlets.

    Needs more diversity of thought
I’ve listened to this show for a couple years now and have always enjoyed it. I do like Corinne but the essence of the show was always about hearing a wide range of viewpoints in order to form your own opinion. I really hope there is a consideration to add another co-host (or 2!) as I believe it would encourage more candid and open discussions that would ultimately be more beneficial and enjoyable to the listener.

Corinne is so desperate to be edgy she has lost her humanity
Not standing for anything and taking a “neutral” stance is taking the side of the oppressor. She clearly has no understanding about the difference between being discriminated against, and being systematically oppressed. Which is why she would often find tension with Shayne. Saying to her large audience that from the river to the sea, is hate speech is SO IRRESPONSIBLE. Form the river to the sea calls for the freedom of Palestinians, free of apartheid, free to walk the streets of their homeland, freedom of mobility across the whole territory that used to be theirs. To imply the freedom of Palestinas means the gen-c-de of Jewish people is a FASCINATING case of projection. Maybe if she ever decided to listen to anyone other than people that look like her she would understand, but alas, white feminists are gonna white feminist.

    Neoliberal fodder and genocide apologia
I used to like this show. Shayne had some great historical facts and differing opinions to add. I still enjoyed hearing Corinne’s takes on pop culture and SA, but lately the show has turned into her opinion corner. The articles referenced are liberal or republican (two arms of the same American imperialist monster) which leaves out a huge population of American leftist viewpoints. I’m not sure if she realizes leftists are not liberals. In regards to the coverage of Palestine, she boils it down to a religious conflict, while making assumptions about all the world’s Jewish and Muslim people, saying “the groups don’t like each other.” How about addressing colonization and vilification of Arab people happening? I also want to point out her defending a genocide using the phase, “well someone’s gotta end it” is abhorrent. I just can’t recommend this show to anyone who wants to understand the news, because to do so involves also being knowledgeable about geopolitics, history and American propaganda. I know this is supposed be a “fun” way to intake news, but unfortunately news is not always fun and should be delivered with care and attention to detail.

    Used to be better
There was more diversity of opinion when there was two hosts. Now it’s 2 hours of Corinne just reading us news articles and one liners from Mike every so often. Not much discussion on topics anymore.

    Love me some Corinne
Politically homeless and without a country follower here for some Corinnes.

    Update ****
I’m not big into politics and news, can’t tell you the last time I turned it on HOWEVER, I came here for Corinne and can’t stop listening to the show! It’s informative, it’s comedy, it’s 2-3 different sides of a story and I really enjoy listening. One of my new favorite podcasts! Corinne and Mike are the perfect duo for this show! I’m eager for every episode each week and todays episode reaffirmed my love for the show!

    Love this! But-
I love this show! Corrine is the best, I look forward to listening every week. But - please make Mike stop talking! It’s obvious that he thinks Shaynes departure left an opening for him to host from the booth and it’s unbearable. He gives a conservative viewpoint which is good, but he enters arguments in bad faith and just tries to be antagonizing. It’s nauseating how ill informed he is.

    Informative/funny/dark
If you’re going to have to stay educated about highly upsetting news why not have it delivered with a fun dark witty twist. Corinne is passionate, objective, and smart. I truly look forward to listening every week.

Great show, abortion episode is so important even better now that Corrine is the solo host
Perfect way to get updated on the news!

    Phenomenal, no notes
The drag queen episode specifically should win an award. I sent this episode to everyone I know on both sides of the political spectrum. Corinne and Izzy were a powerful duo!

The best news show for people who hate consuming news.
This is my favorite way to consume news. Listen, I hate the news, i know its important to know what’s going on but I just hate to consume the fears of the nation. Corinne makes this stuff palatable and I don’t feel wholly depressed after listening to WAC. I watch it on the weekends when I clean my house and it always gets my week started with a good convo from my boyfriend confirming that he’s on the right side (mine) in his opinions of the world. Its super informative and funny plus Corinne Fisher is truly hilarious and everyone she has on adds to the conversation they’re having in equally funny as well as insightful ways. I’ll miss Shayne but I’m excited for whatever’s next to come. Bonus, if you watch on YouTube you might see a nip slip, and who doesn’t love that?

    Reading News Articles
I love Corinne (and GWF), but I don’t gain much from her mostly just reading news articles at me (that other people wrote). I think the purpose of a podcast is to provide your own material for discussion — obviously, what’s generally happening in the news is not going to be original material, but maybe you need to read, digest, and then “write” your own versions of the news to share with us. So that it’s more of a commentary than just something I could do myself by turning on a news channel. I do share many of her worldviews, so there’s that, but the structure of the podcast needs work. It feels so unstructured and lazy.
  • donutritual
    Corinne is a genius
WAC is so good because of Corinne. She is often misunderstood by her co-hosts and producers/assistants but she always explores all sides of the conversation AND actually formulates her own opinion on hot botton topics while most figures in the industry repeat the most safe/politically correct ideas that are circulating. LOVEE WAC AND LOVE CORINNE FISHER

    Lols & News
This pod is a great way to stay current on the news with a funny spin. The world may be burning around us, but at least we can laugh a bit.
  • EatingTrash
    Horrible
No real substance or anything educational with this podcast. Corinne is so annoying and uninformed on politics I have no idea how this show even started to begin with. If they make Robbie ‘The Fire’ Bernstein co-host maybe I could make it thru an episode.

    Good hosts, decent podcast
I enjoy this show. It’s an interesting and thought provoking way to start my work week. While the show leans heavily to the left, they often source material from all sides. I often agree/disagree with Corinne and Shaynes stance on some issues, but I find it helps to reinforce or open up some of my own. It’s somewhat palatable, if you can get past the constant mispronunciation and occasionally illiteracy.
  • BogiSili
    Dum-dums read the news
If you follow current events and expect well-researched and prepared news stories, then WAC is not for you. The hosts sound like they have not read the news stories or prepared any commentary ahead of time, and they’re not particularly knowledgeable about the subjects they’re covering. Also it’s billed as news/comedy, but it’s not funny. (A shame, because Corinne comes across as funny and highly intelligent on her other podcast, Guys We F***ed.)

This podcast pisses my boyfriend off!
You guys make my boyfriend so mad and I love it. I would give you 10 stars if I could! He’s a republican, who doesn’t listen to logic. He hears it,believes it, no matter the source, and doesn’t fact check anything. Our debates usually end with my shutting him down because he can’t show me anything to support his argument that’s actually real. Thanks to Corinne and Shayne for making a political podcast that doesn’t make me snore and for helping me build my political arsenal! Love you guys!!!
  • mstephens144
    Shayne killed the Queen!!!!
Jk, but that timing though! Love you, Corinne!
  • ShawnBisafan
    Done
First off I am a liberal. That said Shayne just randomly attacking Pelosi and the Clintons is ridiculous. Every episode he goes out of his way to drag them down. He throws out random facts just to hear himself say it out loud. Even when it has nothing to do with what the topic is at the time. If he doesn’t believe me he can joust google it. Corinne is really good, but it’s just not enough.

    I LOVE THIS PODCAST.
Came here for Corinne and was pleased with Shayne replacing Joe. I love both of them (but mostly Corinne) and good luck to Shayne on his substitute teacher endeavors. 😂

    Makes the news bearable
I love the chemistry and flow both of y’all have. I respect both of your stances on everything even when it doesn’t exactly line up with my beliefs - although most everything Corinne says I wholeheartedly agree with. Keep it coming Guys! Thank you for making the news bearable!

How I stay on top of the news
Corinne and Shayne’s chemistry makes this such a refreshing, hilarious, and lighthearted way of staying on top of news that’s pretty much always dark. You can tell they put in a lot of work, and it’s so appreciated. I love starting my Saturday mornings off with a cup of coffee and their news updates :) Edit** Corinne’s episode called Without An Abortion was raw, vulnerable and absolutely amazing. Doin God’s work over here, Corinne

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love reading the one star reviews bashing Corinne on being whiny and stupid. Only the uneducated become self made millionaires and create multiple successful podcasts. She’s definitely NOT an inspiration at all. 🥸 I love Shayne and Corinne’s dynamic. They balance each other out well and often get each other to change or at least understand another perspective. Look forward to the new episodes each week.

    Love this podcast
LOVE Corinne, came here for her and stayed for her. I was excited when Shayne was announced as the new cohost and really liked him, but he’s been making it so hard to listen to lately. He gets so black and white in his thinking and speaks in absolutes. He also speaks a lot from an emotional charged place and doesn’t really address other perspectives.
  • Natblckwll
    One of my favorite podcasts
After listening every week since the inception, I can say that I thoroughly enjoy this content. Thank you, Corinne and Shayne for all the work you put into this. This is such a refreshing and (mostly) rational take on the news. ❤️

    A forever WACKO
This is one of the best ways to find out what’s going on in the news. I appreciate both Corrine and Shane’s takes on the different topics/new stories. An added bonus is that our comrades are both hot and hilarious!
  • savageasshoe
    Wow
I love this show but Shayne and Corinne have never sounded so uneducated when it came to speaking on the Uyghurs and the crimes against humanity being committed against them and other Muslim Chinese in west china. Absolutely disgusting.

    Super capitalist versus male hosts
Increasingly uninterested in hearing Corinne spread privileged, self important opinions that promote the capitalist agenda while slowly alienating her male hosts one at a time. Would love to see this show without her.
