    New review, more issues
If you are a new joshi fan, DO NOT LISTEN. You are better off trying to piece it together through google translate on twitter. I had to remove my previou review because afetr giving this podcast another chance, 2 stars was way too kind. This show is not good, the new co-host seems to dislike most joshi just as much as the old one. It feels like they are only still doing this show because its one of the first that pop up when people search 'joshi'. They seem to want companies that don't do wrestling 100% of the way THEY want it done to fail, just so they can be right (like the ridiculous time they tried to push that Bushiroad regretted their Stardom purchase with zero facts to back it up, only that they preferred Stardom "the way it used to be"). I don't like giving negative reviews like this but I don't want new joshi fans turned off as easily as JBA will turn them off

    Not good don’t recommend
Honestly this show is bad both hosts hardly cover anything. Every show they talk about upcoming shows and then say they won’t cover them because they won’t be “relevant” which is a terrible excuse not to mention they tend to just look at Stardom spoilers and talk about the shows that way instead of waiting to see the match before “reviewing”. That’s just terrible and lazy and not the quality I expect from VOW network shows but that isn’t even the most egregious thing they do they also tend to make up supposed “rumors” like Bushiroad wanting to sell Stardom or StarLight Kid leaving for college. That’s the stuff I expected from click bait dirt sheet sites not a VOW Network show. Hard don’t recommend and I hope someone at VOW has a talk with them about how bad they run this show or just replaces them hosts with people who want to review shows and have some idea on what they’re talking about

    Hipster and Pretentious
It's not often a podcast is in a well known network where I question the knowledge of those involved. The hosts of JBA take directions and opinions into a territory of constant conjecture. This is unacceptable with the platform they are on. They even admit on episodes that they don't cover full shows, nor even matches that have been released while reading results to then form incomplete opinions on matters and spread false information with little to zero research involved. This is not just a joshi wrestling podcast I say avoid at all costs, but I hope those whom do listen learn from somewhere else with a simple fact check on the internet from actual reputable content.

Oof - Voices of Wrestling should be embarrassed
VoW is, in my opinion, one of the more reputable wrestling websites when it comes to stories and recaps - but my goodness the knuckleheads VoW have put in charge to host their Joshi content are unlistenable. I question how much they actually watch Joshi wrestling outside of buzzworthy matches, ChocoPro, and Diana (of all promotions?!?). Diana is fine and all but I think like 3 matches made one of their hosts top 10 moty - silliness. I understand watching the lesser known companies to build some sort of credibility but 3 top 10 MOTY candidates for Diana shows the complete lack of care in actually covering the scene while focusing just on ‘my favorite promotion you never heard of.’ Hipster punditry and it’s not even done well. Additionally, the podcast drops roughly every two weeks where they admit they don’t watch parts of shows they’re recapping and make unfounded claims with no proof such as ‘Bushiroad is looking to sell Stardom’. This seems to be their M.O. as they make other ridiculous claims on their AEW podcast except there’s at least someone there to fact check them on their nonsense. This type of lack of willingness to learn about what’s actually happening in Joshi while providing absurd takes with no merit would be fine for a fan-made podcast but not for the VoW website. Not what I’ve come to expect from the quality of VoW over the last year. I hope whomever is in charge looks at this show and shakes up the hosts - complete disservice to the fanbases of these promotions, wrestlers within these promotions and any fans who may be interested in learning more about Joshi. Much better content out there via google search - do not waste your time.
