simonfairweatherMind OpeningI found this podcast via an interview with Simon Sinek and was hooked. Initially thinking it would be about leadership, it provides insight into the people who have success in a way that reveals incredible human insights. I learn something incredibly valuable with each episode.

Chris PVARUSHBrilliantJake and Damian Thanks for sharing your passion and dropping knowledge bombs every week with every guest. It makes people know that everyone’s journey is unique however there are many things that are the same! Would love to hear Sir Alex Ferguson, Eric cantona or Mike Tyson on the pod. Thanks for being part of my journey. I’m a British born Cypriot who now lives in the U S and A. So many of the guests and stories take me back to my childhood and teenage years. Thank you for making a difference with your work. Peace love and respeck Chris Panayiotou

LORD ORLANHigh Performance Podcast, mind set is key to the journey.I came across the podcast purely by chance and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve totally enjoyed listening to entrepreneurs, Athletes, Actors and everyday people tell their stories on how high performance is key to their drive, ambition and self development. I’ve loved every episode and have started learning more about myself than I have over the last 63 years of my life. You have to share this with your friends and family it’s a life changing podcast.

beccasearnsHands Down One of my Top PodcastsI love this podcast. It’s introduced me to tons of athletes, business professionals and more people I’ve never heard of. And I’ve taken away more lessons than I can count to apply to my own life. I’d recommend a listen to anyone who wants to take a step forward and grow in any area of their life.

BobTheBottleFlipperFantastic podcastAbsolutely cutting edge - mental conditioning comes from inside - listening and learning - and this podcast inspires one to look into themselves in order to be a better individual as well as helping others! Everyone can learn at least one thing from each podcast! My husband and I listen separately, share with others and use each other as sound boards on the issues that are brought up! Wonderfully intriguing and worth every minute! Thank you

klhuk2usaTotal Game ChangerThis podcast is one of the most inspiring ones out there! HPP completely takes aspects of high performers and makes those lessons accessible to every. A must listen!

TaahakoppI like this!Right off the bat, this is a solid, high-quality podcast to listen to for anyone wanting to apply high performance into their day-to-day lives, particularly in the midst of the mass mediocritisation going on in our society. The questions and matters discussed are practical and can be applied by anyone regardless what field they’re in. I look forward to seeing more high-value, genuine guests on the show.

Arizona_JBrilliantI am a senior partner at a global investment bank and have found this podcast to be an outstanding source of great content - for both my personal and professional life. Jake and Damian do a fantastic job carrying a wonderful natural conversation with very successful individuals, while being able to skillfully dive into the particulars of what makes that person tick. I take away very valuable bits from each episode. I have recommended many of the episodes to my colleagues and clients - all with very positive feedback. Keep up the strong work! If possible it would be brilliant if the team could do a podcast with Kristen Holmes. Kristen is currently at Whoop (VP of Performance) and has a very impressive sports background - former member of the U.S. National Field Hockey Team and one of the most successful coaches in Ivy League history, having won 12 league titles in 13 seasons and the first national championship ever for Princeton University and the Ivy League.

codybartlowBest learning tool everI’ve recently discovered the pod and have been bingeing it nonstop. As a college soccer coach in the US being able to hear from top professionals such as Robin Van Persie, Dina Asher Smith, and Toto Wolff have been enlightening. I’ve taken notes, reflected on my own culture, and really grown because of this podcast. Thank you for this Mr. Humphrey and Prof. Hughes!!

Thomascoles88Constant MotivatorI’m a 32-year-old from Wellingborough in Northamptonshire, which has been consistently marked as a place with one of the worst scores for social mobility in the U.K. But, I’m about to graduate with a Legal Doctorate in California. Throughout this experience I’ve had an overwhelming inferiority complex the whole time. This podcast has helped me more than anything. As a United fan, I loved Rio and his absolute commitment to winning at all costs, and Phil Nev’s relentless push for success; but, as a person, listening to Stevie G talk about the complete immersion of failure and how that drives him forward was the realest conversation you’ve had. Thank you for pushing boundaries, for asking real questions, and for providing such an insight to the relentless mentality of success!

Fasttrack2BrilliantBrilliant podcast. I am a youth football coach and director now living in USA. I was told about this podcast by a colleague who works for Everton. I was hooked from episode 1 and had to catch up on everyone I had missed. I have now told all the coaches, families and players in my club about this. There is a message in every episode that will make you better person.

OFPhellyeahRequired ListeningReally enjoyed the interview with Eddie Hearn, anyone that believes he is not the real deal will be set straight listening to his insights, commitment and drive to succeed. Excellent job providing the right atmosphere to elicit the best from your diverse range of subjects. Anyone wondering ‘how far has the acorn has fallen from the tree?’ can hear Barry interviewed by Dodge Woodall on the Eventful Entrepreneur, but the answer is ‘not far’, they seem to compliment each other extremely well. 1+1 = 3, and it would be great if you were able to get Barry on your show. Keep up the good work Jack and Damien!

StevoYankImpactfulCan’t rate this pod enough, love the processes that are being preached by these high performers, success always starts with a process and hearing all these different approaches helps provide such awesome perspective for listeners to incorporate various components for themselves

Boyejo64You saved my lifeI cannot thank you enough, this has truly been a life saver for me. I started 2020 at the end is my wits, I almost gave up and really didn’t do much more than work, at a time life had no meaning to me. I started to listening in January, today, I feel like my whole life is ahead of me and it’s mine to shape however I want it to be. You guys are an inspiration, these should be passed down generations. Great jobs guys. Blessings David ‘Boyejo

BillyHank1UnbelievableUnquestionably the best podcast I’ve listened to. Despite the elite arena tour guests operate in you’re making high performance relatable. If I had to choose a favorite Tyrone Mings is such an eloquent and insightful person, and was able to share some amazing insights.

konstantin444Life ChangingRVP and Jonny Wilkinson podcasts have truly changed my life for the better. Thank you guys for providing the world with such inspiration, guidance and motivation!

SeanfhutchinsonGreat life lessons in short formI pick up so many small mantras from this podcast that influence my behavior and I have noticed an uptick in work results (sales) as well as a better balance and outlook on life. Positive frames of reference and fountains not drains is a daily mantra. Can’t get enough of it - they just keep reinforcing the positive and applying it to daily life. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Appreciate the work fellas.

Coach GyuriczaBest podcast out thereI am currently a full-time football (Soccer here in the USA) coach. I work as a full time assistant in division 3 soccer and also full time at a high end club in Milwaukee Wisconsin where I coach U11-U16 boys. I dream of one day coaching at the highest level of college soccer (division 1) and even in the professional game. This podcast has been my go to listen every Monday morning. The reminders of chasing your dreams, being persistent, embracing the journey and learning from it has been medicine for me. Please keep up the great work and thank you for everything. Future guest suggestions: I think it would be great to get someone like Jesse Marsch, the head coach of Red Bull Salzburg. He is the only American manager to have coached in the champions league. I recently had a conversation with him at the club I work at because he’s a native Wisconsinite and was visiting his parents. His take on his leadership principles and wanting to see how they worked in Europe was captivating and he’s a great listen. Also Pat Fitzgerald, head football (American football) coach of Northwestern University. He has transformed the smallest school in the Big 10 conference into a champion, and he does it through culture and his non negotiable’s. Look forward to hearing more.

nelsgrahamChallenge Your Perception of High PerformanceWhat is High Performance? That’s the opening question for each guest as Jake and Damian delve into the lives of top performers, but the real question, is how do I realize high performance for me? That’s where the magic lives in this podcast! We find ourselves being given the little nuggets of wisdom and truth that we have heard all our lives, but from the perch of someone who actually put those lessons into practice and found their own High Performance. Yes, a bit of God given talent is helpful, yes, hard work is required, yes, persistence and a real desire that creates a passionate road map are necessary, but so is kindness and belief and mentorship along with manors and all the little bits that build the character to reach High Performance! This Podcast says to me, you can change your mind set and put into practice the right lessons and give your own life a chance to achieve your own High Performance! It’s hope and it’s brilliant! Thanks so much!

Andy WisemanIn my top one of go to podcastsDespite only starting in March, the High Performance podcast is in my top one of podcasts. The variety of guests, the quality of interviewing and discussion is streets ahead of anything else out there. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone with any interest in high performance, and you don’t need to be from the world of sport to listen! Keep up the good work guys 🙌

Scottmalcolm95Interview mental health expertLove the podcast and appreciate the detail and commitment from both of you to get beyond the surface level of each individual on the podcast. After listening to numerous episodes I am finding a theme of many of the individuals compromising their mental health for “success”. There is of course not only one way to be successful and I would be interested to hear from an expert in the field of mental health/ performance psychology on how it is possible to combine striving for elite performance without compromising mental health. Keep up the great work! Keeps me learning during my workouts throughout the week!
-
Irishpete1Top class introspectionPlease put Jonny Wilkinson and Matthew McConaughey in a room and press record! Lots and lots of reflection from every guest on this pod. For anyone seeking wisdom, this is the podcast for you

Easle07Inspiring and Insightful.Stumbled across this in the US and so so glad I have. The conversations between guests and presenters is exceptional, inspiring and educational. I am only halfway through the first season but loving it. The mix of guests and content makes me look at a lot of different perspectives and continue to learn and take into my day to day. Keep up the great work and thank you!!

Ummph!Lotus EliteI grew up in the days of Colin Chapman, Jim Clark and Graham Hill. Lotus was the Elite name in motor racing and they have chosen wisely in sponsoring this High Performance Podcast. The presenters keep delivering great guests and finding an honesty and authenticity that are usually missing in this ‘sound-bite’ era of simply thanking my sponsors and my team! The podcast provides great insights into some great people, but just as importantly, they keep coming up with insights that we can use to excel in our lives and pass on to the people that we work with, coach and impact on a daily basis! Thank you.

Emily TillmanBest podcast out thereAs an emerging sport psychologist, this podcast is so insightful and inspiring to be able to have genuine conversations with such a wide array of high performers. I love that you can apply this to real life outside of the sporting context! I am yet to finish a podcast without making several pages of notes.
