    Where is the new content?
    I love Autumn and this podcast! So much good information and has inspired me to get one of the books or 2. But where is the new content? I know she is a busy woman, but I don’t like how old/original episodes are being released as new.

    Needs some work
    As much admiration as I have for Autumn, she is not a very good interviewer. Her questions aren’t thought provoking or interesting and she spends way too much time telling her own story. She constantly retells her perspective rather than focusing on the person being interviewed. This is not only repetitive between episodes but with other content she has put out, specifically her book.

    Why do you keep reposting old episodes and there’s no new content? I love your content but I want new content. I’ve been a listener and super fan of your brand since the beginning.

    I can relate to every single thing you both were saying how refreshing to hear that you’re such a real person Autumn and thank you for creating something that I feel like is really going to change my life something I’ve been struggling with for 40 years. Erin Hopkins has struck such a chord and will be hugely responsible for changing my life.

    This is such a worthwhile priority. Each week it means 45-60 min of self nurturing me time. Topics and guests are so on point. Thank you for continuing to give us all amazing resources we can grow and thrive with. Positivity and inspiration in the most authentic discussions. Resources to take away aren’t bad either ;)

    Like most, I fell in love with autumn after doing 21 day fix, extreme, 80 day, her maternity workouts..(the list goes on!) but this podcast has shown my favorite side of her! So enjoyable and genuinely interesting topics! ❤️ please keep the episodes coming!

    Too Salesy. Inauthentic.
    Some good guests/interesting topics, but far too many ads and it’s clearly intended for believers of the MLM she works for. I’m not a customer of the company but still had interest in some of the guests & topics. The shows haven’t delivered in terms of quality content IMO.

    Right now I’m seeking out positivity and motivation during this pandemic. I started doing Autumns 21 Day Fix and only 11 days in I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! She is so real, logical, and motivating. Her voice pushes me through a slump. Her podcast is like a friend pushing you to be a better person. Keep them coming Autumn!! You’re making a difference.

    I love Autumn! I started my health journey about 4 years ago and it start with Autumn and 21 Day Fix Extreme and I haven’t looked back. She is so motivating and caring. I look forward to this series. I’ve tuned in to all the podcasts so far! I haven’t seen anything for August! Are these over?

You are such an inspiration to me and have changed my life! I’m 12 days in to 80 DO (did it in the past, doing it again!). You are strong and brilliant and relatable. Can’t wait to keep listening! 💜 Loved the interview with Denise Austin! She’s an all time favorite of mine along with Autumn I was happy to hear this episode!     Encouraging and Real
    If you don’t know who Autumn is, then you need to find out! I discovered her when she released 80 day obsession - an exercise program on BeachBody. I keep going back and doing this program because of her uplifting words each workout. After an hour of sweat and sometimes tears I’d default back to my “I’m not ______ enough” talks. This podcast gives action steps to fight that mindset and be a better you. Autumn is so encouraging and real! She simply wants to help you do life. Do all the things: listen, share, subscribe, download! It’s worth it. I promise!

    If this podcast ran daily I’d definitely listen daily . I’m sad when I have listened to the one for the week and have to wait til next week for a new one. Autumn gives plenty of nutritional and fitness info . Love this !

    Always brings the positive
    Autumn has such a way about her. Every time I listen in, she shares relatable stories and makes things seem possible (even with a crazy life). I’ve appreciated how willing she is to be vulnerable and share her struggles. Prior to this, I had seen her as a positive, goofy Beachbody coach who seemed to naturally have an upbeat outlook. She’s always encouraged me on set and I love it! What I love even more is hearing her talk about depression, doubt, and challenges. She does a great job pulling back the curtain and showing that not every day is perky. Challenges and pain happen but they don’t have to be the end of the journey. All in all, a great podcast if you want a broad spectrum of topics all geared to help you live your fullest life. (With lots of commercials)

    Can’t get enough of Autumn!
    I love Autumn! I’ve done her Beachbody workouts in the past and energy always pushes me through. I always get so excited when a new podcast is released. I love them all but the ones about food and nutrition have been my favorite!! I’ve pre ordered her book as well!!

    Good tips- too many ads
    This podcast has so many practical tips and I like listening to the host but there are so many ads! As breaks appear multiple times in the podcast for several minutes.

    I wish I had someone like Autumn to emulate long ago! I can always find something positive to take away from your episodes; Autumn enables my internal cheerleader! I get that you need sponsors/ads, I typically fast forward through those that don’t interest me.

    I really love Autumn and this podcast and I understand you have to do the promotions but I feel they are too many! I think two per podcast would be more tolerable! But I love the content and will continue to listen!

    Love this podcast and love Autumn but the last episode was disappointing because of how the ads were incorporated into the content. Made it feel less authentic. I’d rather have a break designated for ads because I understand they’re necessary, but I was really turned off by how the content turned to the importance of sleep, only to tie into why sleep number beds are so great with a promo code. After it happened with the second product, I tuned out. Sorry :(

    This lady does not fail to deliver! I love everything she does. This podcast is so down to earth with great advice on health and overall wellness! I love it and tune in weekly!     I love Autumn’s relatable, realistic advice. There’s no sugar coating things, but at the same time she provides tools for success. I love how she identifies an issue or obstacle, then breaks down how to overcome it. There’s not typically a super quick and easy route to success no matter the venture and she is up front about that and it’s encouraging to hear someone talk so openly about struggles they’ve faced and the ones you can expect to face in your journey.

    Thank you so much for sharing your issues that you have had with food sensitivities! I have been dealing with stomach and gut issues for a long time and in the last few years it has started to get worse. I have been trying to figure out what foods bother me more than others and have been thinking I may have similar issues with food sensitivities. I appreciate you being so open and honest with your journey with all this! Next steps for me is to talk with my doctor about a test to help me find out what foods may be not helping me! Thank you again and p.s. 21DF was my first workout I did 4 years ago that I actually stuck to and helped me stay on this fitness journey to help me find the best version of me!

    I already loved Autumn from being an awesome trainer, teacher and motivator with Beachbody programs. And I love her in this media just as much! It’s like she knows what I need to hear right when I need to hear it. I’ve had many struggles in life. And the June 4th episode really spoke to me. I was paralyzed from the neck down in a swimming accident when I was 6. It was horrible. But I survived and healed, and it pushed me to push past what others told me my limitations were. And those struggles have shown me that I can do whatever I put my mind to. Autumn, if you ever read this, thank you for doing what you do!!

    My favorite motivator!
    I personally don’t have as much of a struggle motivating myself as most people I know tend to have, HOWEVER! Just like ANYONE we all need some push from elsewhere at times. I feel like this podcast is my perfect peace to my chaos when I just need a good listen to remember that I’m not alone in the struggles of life. We all have them. They may be different or the same, but Autumn perfectly covers the ones I feel we all share the most & you can even relate the motivation she has from other topics to things that are going on in your own life as well! I just feel refreshed mentally & at ease about the things that rush around in my mind daily when I’m reminded that I GOT THIS! Added bonus: She’s funny too & who doesn’t enjoy laughing thru our daily struggles!

    I’m so glad Autumn has a podcast now - I love it! Autumn shares such encouragement for those of us who are trying to fit healthy habits into a busy routine. I trust her! A future episode idea I’d love to pass along: so many of us want to get her take on the ketogenic diet again, since more prominent doctors and nutritionists are now supporting it! (I watched “Fat Fiction” by Dr. Mark Hyman on Amazon Prime and thought, “I can’t wait for Autumn to comment on her thoughts on this!” I always love her thorough reviews on nutritional theory. Thank you for helping us wade through what is fact and generally slay at life Autumn!

    I love Autumn and discovered her through Beachbody programs, I was so excited when she decided to do a podcast. She’s the best go listen to on my afternoon walks when music gets old. The convent is relatable to daily life and definitely assists in motivation to be healthier and “do life” a little bit better with her tips and tricks! I get so excited when a new episode pops up and can’t wait to see what else she discusses in the future!

    As I am on day 45 of 80 day obsession round two I just have to say I really appreciate you. I am actually doing 21 day fix as well with a friend and finishing up 10 rounds. You are such an inspiration and like you always say you’re not always motivated every day but you are determined. I was wondering if you could actually do a podcast on how to much working out can actually hurt you. Because as you can see I know I am doing too much I’m really not getting the results I am doing intermittent fasting and struggling daily. This has been my life though for at least23 years now. What are usually do is a Beachbody program plus running but because the gyms are closed during the pandemic running is really not an option right now. I hate running outside unless it’s for a raise LOL. But you can do something along those lines I would really appreciate it looking forward to hearing from you keep kicking ass

    So far I have loved all your podcasts! Your most recent one really was special to me. My 13 year old son has a connective tissue disorder that has caused him chronic amplified pain in the past. He had a team of therapists that helped change his life when he did an inpatient program this past Fall. My biggest fear is that the pain will return. I plan on purchasing Lauren’s book. I try to learn as much as I can so I can help him live his best life. Before my son’s issues I had no idea how our connective tissue works. Thank you so much for what you do!

    I walk most mornings before a workout. I walk hills to get my heart rate going, get my steps and levels in. I love the fresh air and listening to your PODCAST. This particular morning I am listening to Your Power Source with Lauren Roxburgh. The entire time I am thinking this is TOTALLY me.. I Need this!!! My fitness is pretty on point right now and I forever struggle with my body image. Nutrition is difficult,I have fallen and jumped back on the “wagon” SO many times. I am determined to get this RIGHT! For me, for my family, for our family. I can’t wait to dive into Lauren’s book and website. Autumn, thank you for doing life with US!!!
