    My fave podcast
I came across Alex by accident when Caleigh Hardy shared the episode she was on. The spillover has became my fave podcast and changed my thinking for the better as a mother and also educated me on non toxic living. So much to learn on here! If you’re a mommy and/or a woman with traditional values- please listen!! You won’t regret it! Alex will be your new bestie🫶🏼

    Alex is my Fave!
I love the variety of content available to listeners. The guests on the show. The questions that Alex asks. It’s truly enjoyable and makes the mundane household chores more doable. Alex is HILARIOUS, my favorite hostess ever! We are besties and she doesn’t even know it haha My husband and I both agree that no one does ads like Alex. Who enjoys listening to those? Well we do! when it’s on the Spill Over!

    #1 Podcast- trail blazer
I just have to say I think Alex is a real trail blazer with this podcast. She covers such a wide variety of topics and interviews the BEST guests. No way you’ll agree with All her guests because they are all so different but you will always learn and be entertained. Love Alex forever since Louisville baby!! Pay attention because Alex Clark is going places.

    Bold & Unapologizing
In an age full of political correctness and a watering down of truth, Alex and her guests are standing boldly in the gap. Truth is not relative, research is research, and feelings… well, they cannot hold up the mountain of information found in these podcasts. I started listening in December and have since burned through the podcasts with a vengeance. From her guest Sally Clarkson (who I wish could be my grandmother) and being a good hostess, to her guests like Dr. Erica Komisar on the effects of daycare on childhood development, I am hooked. Alex is not afraid to speak the truth, and in a world that doesn’t like to hear it, I’m sure it can be daunting. If you are not afraid of hearing things that could change your perspective, listen to this podcast. It will blow your mind!

Found Alex recently and I have not been able to stop listening. I went back to the very first episode to start from the beginning because I was so obsessed. Have recommended to all my friends.

Is there a such thing as over sharing?
The best podcast ever. I found this podcast via a click bait title on the YouTube channel & I’ve been hooked since. I’ve loved listening every week to all the health & wellness education interviews. I’ve learned so much & have never shared a podcast..(or anything for that matter) as much as I have this! Everything is so relatable & appreciate the interviews that give me a whole new perspective & confidence in being bold & standing up for my beliefs. I look forward to listening each week! Thank you Alex & team for a great pod! (& yes I’m now hooked on poplitics too)

    Thought provoking
I love so many episodes that Alex puts out! As a mom to a one year old there are so many thought provoking episodes and interviews that really help me think about my role as a mother. I love how she’s not afraid to get a little “controversial” with topics and is able to ask questions to help the audience see both sides. My favorite episode ever was about daycare and that really shifted my perspective about the importance of being home with my baby every day. Love The Spillover so much!

The Only Show I Make Time For!!
I have shared this show with relatives, friends, & even some of my patients as an RN. I’ve been listening since this show began 3 years ago and I love this new focus on health & wellness along with marriage, family & traditionalism as I enter the stage of marriage personally. I love the true crime & pop culture aspect as well of course 😊 Alex is an AMAZING host. So funny, intelligent, & feels like I’m listening to a conversation with a bestie every week haha ❤️

    MUST LISTEN!
This is the BEST podcast out there! The topics are so relatable AND are topics that need to be discussed because they weren’t for so long. Alex is a wonderful interviewer and her voice isn’t annoying, so it’s easy to listen to!
  • afg791
    Life changing
Alex is one of the only ppl out here in the conservative space actually changing the world. A lot of ppl just talk. Alex DOES. She has made an impact on my life, and now I stay home with my little girl because of the Suzanne and Erika shows. I am so blessed by Alex’s curated content and it is the best podcast out there.
  • dopplegangerpearl

    Episode with Claire Denault
Loved your podcast with Claire Denault! I have been homeschooling my 6 year old and have been sooo stressed about his reading. He is super hyperactive can’t sit still and struggles reading. But loves math. Hearing Claire’s story eases a burden that I was doing something wrong or that my son is behind. Going to definitely take her advice and take a step back and ease up on the forcing to learn to read until he is really ready! Taking my time and not getting stressed out. Being a public school kid myself, you really don’t realize how they indoctrinate you while you’re in school. Having to tell myself that just because that’s what public schools require doesn’t mean it’s right!! Also what was said on parents not being able to homeschool because of jobs. My husband and I both work. He works 4 days and I work 2. We switch days, it’s hard but it’s worth it and our kids get to be around us all the time!! Most work places will work with you. All you have to do is ask and be a hard worker!

    So refreshing!!
As a young married mom of two in my mid-twenties, I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to listen to Alex’s podcast! Finally—someone who speaks the truth without hesitation about health, motherhood, history, etc. I wish my generation would start waking up to what she’s saying here!

    Amazing podcast
Love Suzanne’s message! this has been one of my favorite person you’ve had on. Couldn’t agree more and it’s so important for our girls to hear this message.

    Wow!
Speechless after listening to the birth episode with Dr. Stu Fischbein! Pregnant with baby #5 and I feel so seen. Thank you for giving a stage to the topic and opening my eyes wide open.

    S6 ep13
I am so happy I recently found this podcast. Ep 13 is exactly what young people need to hear today. Would’ve saved me so much trouble if someone would have guided me better when I was younger. I’m 30 years old. I had a heck of a time dating with all the awful advice I was given growing up. Love my mom, but she was wrong. Megan 💗

    LOVED the Costi Hinn episode
I am re-listening to the interview with Costi Hinn—so good! Thank you Alex for having him on! Biblical, unapologetic, and so courageous in speaking the truth.

The Spillover is one of the best!
Alex Clark is amazing! She has such a knack for interviewing and has interesting guests. I appreciate the topics she covers and only wish I would have known the information she shares 15 years ago. You’re doing great work, Alex! Keep it coming!

Can’t get enough of this podcast!
I genuinely look forward to this podcast with each episode! Alex is a GREAT interviewer and each guest is entertaining and educational. I also actually enjoy the ads and learn about great clean products that I actually want! Can’t go wrong with this podcast.

    Must listen
I am a bit older than the target audience, but as a former radical leftist, turned homeschooling conservative, I think this podcast is a must listen for any woman in our crazy present social, commercial and political environment. Absolutely one of the best podcasts I have found, I recommend it to anyone who will listen.

    Over it
I used to love the spillover. Alex is a wonderful interviewer and like another fave, Megyn Kelly, asks hard and interesting questions. I was excited to go on her wellness journey with her but I have become so exhausted by her views as a single woman on parenting. I am sick to death of the all or nothing approach to health & wellness and Alex really beats it over your head with a bat. The non toxic homebuilders episode was the last straw for me. Alex, you complain about people berating you telling you they can’t afford to be a SAHM and bring on a couple to scare people into buying min. $800,000 houses?! You’re kidding me. So out of touch, interesting, but out of touch.

    Amazing information in here!
Love listening to this and learning about new things. Very eye opening.

    Future Bestie
Where do I even start? Alex has the personality you would want your best friend to have. She is funny, loud (but no annoying) and asks all the questions you would be to scared to ask. The guests on this show are so freaking interesting (hello Food Babe and FBI agent Jennifer) and I have had to listen to certain episodes twice to get all the information. I found this podcast one week ago and I am currently binging all the episodes. So Alex, can we be IRL BFFS? 💜

Entertaining conversations about what you’re already thinking!
I love listening to Alex Clark. It’s like she knows what I’m thinking about, and am interested in. She dives deeps with amazing interviews with experts on all the subjects!! Bonus note, I love the cover art someone draws for each episode, super creative and appealing! Bonus bonus, my husband can hardly tell the difference between her voice and Allie Beth stuckey which I think is a compliment.

    Holistic Dentistry for the win!
Insightful interview with a holistic dentist. I had no idea the importance of having your silver fillings removed safely. I am going to look into this for sure! Thanks Alex!

    Ahhhh
I love this podcast! Alex interviews so well and I love the guests she gets. I’m excited to listen every week.
  • MaryEdith
    Excellent interviews
Alex does a brilliant job at choosing her guests, really doing her homework, and then allowing her guests to have the space to discuss their areas of expertise with helpful guidance and solid questions. Love it all.
  • EPetska
Love the Spillover, but I’m dying that y’all didn’t discuss X-rays!
Alex, I really appreciated this episode, but he almost lost me when he started talking about “energetics”. Additionally, I can’t believe y’all didn’t talk about dental X-rays! Being pressured into getting radiation at every visit is the reason I’ve changed dentists 3 times in the past decade and I REALLY wanted to hear his take on it.😭. That being said, I love the Spillover!

    I LOVE this Podcast!!!
I love you Alex. As a stay at home mom, I look forward to your podcast every week to keep me entertained and give me food for thought. Thank you for all you do!!!! 💕

Be careful going down the holistic/naturopathic rabbit hole!
As disappointing as healthcare has been its natural to look more natural. HOWEVER, Alex and listeners, be careful! Look up an image of Traditional Chinese Medicine‘s 5 Phases (“Wu xing“) or Ayurveda’s 3 doshas 5 elements—does that shape look familiar? Even chiropractic has dangerous origins (Joe Rogan clips cover this actually). You can be natural with your health but remember God is the first One you should turn to, and then look for natural solutions, but any sort of “liver tincture” or “meridian” or “this is the root of your ills” should make you pause and pray! It really is the same business model as a “pill for an ill”—just less processed 😂. I got lost in the rabbit hole and am working to climb out now. I’m worried for listeners who were so disillusioned after Covid that they will get into things they should not so I’m changing an older review from 5 stars to a 3 star rating sadly.

The spillover is always so fun and informative, but I am loving the new crunchy holistic journey we are going on this year! Keep it coming Alex! 😊

Once you listen to the Spillover, you’ll never stop.
I just listened to "Digital Heroin" for the first time today; my daughters are four and seven. I do not do any screen time, and they are always complaining that they are bored, but my seven-year-old constantly draws and writes letters, and my four-year-old has the biggest imagination, always telling stories, although my seven-year-old says that everyone in her class has an iPad. I am glad that I stick to what is best for my family in this podcast, which justifies my decision. Thanks for what you do. You touch on a lot of important topics for moms!

    Attachment style theory
This has been my favorite episode recently. Very interesting not just beneficial for raising kids but just to learn about yourself to help you with your relationships. Definitely looking into taking Adam Lane Smith’s course!

This podcast has changed my life. Thank you, Alex, for bringing these important topics to your platform and helping us live healthier lives.

This was my favorite show literally ever
I loved this show and I loved listening to Alex. I was a huge fan until she blocked me and all my associated accounts on Instagram because I sent her one message on Instagram - a guest recommendation for her show. She could have just ignored my message. Totally uncalled for. Not sure the type of person she is now..
