    Worth the listen
He’s been called unprofessional. That is what makes this pod listenable.

Darren is an encyclopedia when it comes to hockey fights and fighters and at the same time manages to be entertaining while discussing his every day life as well as delivering his opinions about all things related to the world of hockey fighting and enforcers. cant wait for new episodes to drop !

    Show 138 Paul Ferone
Though he didn’t have a lot of fights in Raleigh (Icecaps) there was one he forgot to mention. We were in Upper Marlboro MD playing the Icebreakers, who was coached by Chris “knuckles” Nilan. After the whistle Paul skated to their, jumped in the air throwing a punch at JP Charbonneau who was chirping. The one linesman pulled Paul away from the fracas and he pulled a Denis Lemieux coming out of his gear to break away to get back to the their bench to throw more punches. Paul was a good guy and fun to drink a couple of beers with!

    Sean Burke?
Great episode tonight, listening as I type this you were talking about the Potvin-Hextall goalie fight and trying to think of the name of a New Jersey Devils goalie that was a good scrapper and it could have been Sean Burke, he started his career w the Devs and he might have been who you were thinking of. Great show as always

    Best Hockey Podcast
Darren’s deep dives into the careers of yesteryear’s hockey enforcers will appeal to more than hockey fight fans. Every episode will give you more information on the list golden age of minor league hockey and the wild woods that are Canadian Junior Hockey. Come for the fights, stay for the history as told by the people who lived it.

    It’s back
So glad to see this has made a comeback. So few people give fighters the attention they deserve, and this podcast does it so well. Really glad the episodes are re-posted.
