Will from CowpensShort episodes are 🔥Mike has wealth of knowledge that he provides in a, mostly, non-technical way. Perfect for me. His episode 50 on fast twitch muscles was 🔥. Recommend to anyone trying to get fit or improve at golf/life.

s806577Enjoyable and InformativeI like the discussions - it’s helpfull to hear not just the findings and conclusions, but also supporting research evidence summary and scientific rationale. I also like the personal anecdotes, and “lessons learned” that help a great deal to put things in perspective. As I’m working through the back catalog of episodes, I just finished #15, and with all due respect to Dr. Campbell, based on the comments, I don’t think he understood (at least at the time of recording) what Aimpoint is or how it works. KD8811Very informativeThe “Strokes Gained” episode was tremendous. Great insight and has led me to view the strategy behind the game a bit differently. With the advent of metrics and analytics across all sports, I thought this episode was a great listen to get a glimpse into what SG really means.
