    Love this podcast!
The training on a treadmill episode came out just when I needed it. And the Pinky and the Brain reference at the very end was the cherry on top!

    Fun & informative
Lively conversations all things running by two serious female runners but not taking the fun out of the runs. Definitely can related, learn from their experiences and their expert guests. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start running (but too intimidated) or already a serious runner! “Run Forrest!”
