A Millennial Mind

A Millennial Mind is a podcast about perspective, because when you understand someone’s mind, you understand their world. But we all live with limited data. Our beliefs, experiences, and knowledge are just a few dots. And if you don’t collect enough dots, you can’t connect them and you can’t grow. That’s why this podcast exists: to gather those dots. Each episode, I invite experts, thought leaders, and change makers to challenge how I think, on everything from mental health, hormones, and habits to relationships, identity, and success. We bust myths, reframe narratives, and explore what it really takes to shift your mindset. Because when you change your mind, you change your thoughts. And when you change your thoughts, you change your life. So if you’re ready to think differently, welcome to the reimagined A Millennial Mind.Hit subscribe and let’s start connecting the dots together.

Feel so compelled to write this
Pros: - Topics that are women to women are so raw - You feel like you’re sitting over coffee with your girlfriends - Such a great job and connecting back to the immigrant / first-gen experience which is such an untapped conversation - Connection connection connection there is so much of it with this host and her openness 🤍 Cons: - There doesn’t seem to be a common denominator to the guests tying back to millennial minds. Some of the guests are phenomenal but I don’t know that all of the topics are ones where millennials are dealing with or even most people can feel connected to. There’s 100% a way to bridge even the most challenging of topics to connect to the audience through the questions asked. - There’s almost a defensive undertone to the way the host is trying to make a point which can feel a bit jarring. Women deserve to heal, point blank. We don’t need to carry the weight of our pain in each chapter of our lives. Truly, the host seems brilliant and I think with a bit of coaching, she can uplevel how she facilitates and sets the tone of the podcast. Rooting for its success because we love a brilliant woman trying to change one listener at a time 🤍
