I’ve always loved podcasts about true crimes, and for me Rotten Mango is the best choice! It is a fantastic podcast exploring well-chosen crime stories, accompanied by decent research and a well-practiced narrator. I especially love how Stephanie makes every crime seem like a personalized story. The only small problem I have with this is how sometimes Stephanie makes a big deal about small details of crime (for example, if a mom is convicted of murder, Stephanie kind of over-analyzes everything the mom did before the murder, acting like she’s a horrible mom, even though the mom was acting normally). Overall, this is still a cool podcast that I will definitely be updated on! Strongly recommend🥳(would give this 4.5 ⭐️rating)

I love the fact that her show has her HUSBAND that’s called a team!!! I think it’s cute that he’s engaged and involved.. it helps me b/c he be asking and expressing what I be wanting to know 😅.. go HUBBY 🙌🏽🙌🏽👍🏽🎉🎉🎉 I’m all caught up on her podcast.. I just started last year with listening. Yeah I’m hooked 🤷🏽‍♀️😩😂 I even took note of some of her desserts when she was doing the baking a mystery

Used to be a good show but last few years it’s just an obnoxious PC woman telling men how bad they are and her lap boy saying yes because he knows where his bread is buttered!

I'm literally in LOVE with watching her, she goes into so much detail and it's just amazing how she describes everything.

I stumbled upon this podcast and was immediately hooked.

She explains each story with such detail and her husband asks the questions the listeners want to ask so it just feels like we're part of the conversation !

I always go back and listen to the episodes over and over again! I started watching Stephanie on Youtube but this podcast is an amazing production in audio format. Stephanie and her fiancé don't just talk about the case, they go into the background of the subject, the life of the victims. The episodes are so detailed I feel as though I really grasp the story with emotion and I feel for the subjects involved.

This is one of my favorite podcasts. I love that her husband chimes in and is usually surprised by the details. Stephanie is engaging and tells stories marvelously. She’s very respectful of the content and victims. Yes, she has opinions, but I enjoy them. I like that she never strays off point; too many podcasts get sidetracked

I love Stephanies personality and energy. it seems to lighten the load of scary and traumatic info but still cuts deep enough to make you feel, yk? but her husband and her are like the best duo. its funny to hear his reactions and the questions he asks, because they're actually helpful and relatable questions. i think Stephanie deserves more credit for how much time and work into making an interesting, informative and deep podcast all in one. anyways thank you soso much stephanie you are lovedd 💞🫶🏼

Ok this is my fav true crime podcast for sure!! I see a lot of reviews saying they don’t like the cohost, but he makes it a lot better imo! they’re very sweet together and he slows down the story if it ever gets a little confusing. it’s such a good pod!!

It isn’t well researched and the way she talks is ridiculous

I’ve enjoyed Stephanie’s storytelling of stories that I’ve actually never heard of or are not widely spoken about! I don’t understand the role of the “co-host” guy that just chimes in here and there. I feel like he’s barely getting the storylines or the points and doesn’t contribute anything at all for me. I think the show would benefit from removing him or introducing a more engaging co-host that actually asks intriguing questions or makes interesting points as opposed to “ohhh really?” “What the heck” “wow” …… Have to take two whole stars off for him

I wasn't into true crime for the longest time. No clue why but my algorithm kept recommending it to me anyway. Eventually, I caved. So, I gave this one a shot and now I am a true crime fan/junkie 😂😂😂

This is my third podcast and it is absolutely amazing. If you love gory topics and true crime this is the best podcast for you. I’m only on the second episode and this is amazing. I watch Stephanie’s YouTube channel and this is right up my alley it is the best mix of gore and drama. SOOOOO GOOD

listened to one whole podcast and dont think I'll listen more. passionate presentation is engaging and an easy listen As much as they like to research, host likes to judge too definitely. Sees things far too black and white. and it's a poison to the work.

Her story telling really brings such humanity and realness to the victims and cases. The amount of adds some times is a bit annoying but the amazing quality of the podcast makes up for it. Oh and thank you for supporting Palestine!

My favorite podcast ever I’ve been watching her mukbangs on YouTube for years then I found her podcast I’ve listened every one and just sit and wait every week for another to drop. M.O.T.S is my second favorite but I really miss the B.A.M podcast.

This is the best true crime podcast out there. Stephanie is very informative and does a good job at talking about cases I haven’t heard of before. It’s always something new with this podcast. It keeps me busy on my long car drives and while I’m at work. 10/10 would recommend .

I’ve been watching Stephanie on YouTube for a little while, maybe for a few months at most, and in the beginning I was hooked, watching episode after episode while walking to the store or while cleaning. Contrary to most of the other bad reviews I’ve read, I don’t find Stephanie’s voice to be annoying and I don’t think she talks that fast but it absolutely grinds my gears when her husband speaks. He adds nothing of value and it just seems like he’s not paying attention half of the time, not a whole lot going on up there it appears… I know he’s her life partner but she could benefit from having a more engaged cohost. What annoys me though, is when she does the baby voice when she’s talking from the point of a child, it’s strange.. My other gripe is the very odd ad placement, and the frequency of them. Most YouTubers I know put them in the beginning of the video, like deadmeat for example, they always do their ads in the beginning and they’re just covering fictional media, not cases about real people! It just feels extremely inappropriate and insensitive, and frankly downright disgusting. I will continue to listen and watch Stephanie but she needs to do better.

I like the style of the story telling. I can tell the research is well done. Just please stop using SA and the R word- just say what it is. I don’t think it does any justice for the victims to water down what was done to them. If we are choosing to speak of these crimes, we should not be allowed to make it more palatable for ourselves to say or hear- being sexually assaulted or raped is not palatable to those that have experienced it and it is not okay for the world to try and make it so.

I love Stephanie but this podcast is so boring it just seems like she’s reading a book, I immediately unfollowed.

I been listening to podcasts for years mainly true crime. I use to love S&S TCO & crime junkie. This podcast stands out from the rest because the host starts off each episode painting the scene for the story she’s about to tell. The way she tells the stories are very well researched and done in such a respectful tone for the victims. Such an amazing podcast

I love love love the episodes but my only qualm is the fact that it’s so good and she doesn’t post enough lol. I love the deep dives and everything about this podcast but queen… WE NEED MORE EPISODES!!!!🙂

Im sorry but she started talking about one thing, jump to another story and then another and another and another… I don’t understand why?! Why the Reddit story in the beginning?

Something about her storytelling has changed. It’s like for some of more recent cases she doesn’t have enough information to fill of a full episode (this is not to me criticism the cases). As someone who is so thorough will your approach, Her storytelling has diminished in quality and it gets kind of annoying when you can pick up on “filler”, almost irrelevant, information.

One of my fav podcasts these days. Stephanie’s cute girly pop voice telling the darkest true crime stories, in detail, is super iconic. PLUS she talks to you like she’s your friend and humanizes the victims really well. I love this show. I also love her husband he always says what I’m thinking & asks all the right questions. Beautiful power couple I hope this show is successful for many years

I started listening/watching true crime cuz of Stephanie, her podcast is awesome and she gives us a detailed and descriptive breakdown of cases, definitely an awesome podcast

The coverage is good and the grief is shown for the victims and their families. There are a lot of ads, sometimes have to endure or skip a good 2-3 minute, so 4 star instead of 5
