BDP has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. The engaging conversations, insightful content, and fresh perspectives never fail to impress me. I feel like I learn something valuable every time I listen. I highly recommend BDP to only your coolest friends!

I think both Matt and George are awesome when diving into dental practice management and even general business topics. Feel like this podcast kinda turned into amateur political hot takes that are a dime a dozen. Hopefully they can focus on what makes them unique again.

This show has brought up so many feelings I didn’t know I had inside. You guys have been incredibly human and real. I love how you guys make me crack up and cry on the same episode...such a breath of fresh air. I love it!!! The good, the bad and the ugly. Thank you so much for sharing and for inviting us to live those moments with you. Keep it up 🤩

I enjoy my Sunday mornings more thanks to you both! Refreshing to just be able to listen and not having to ‘learn’ or takeaway which is what I usually like to do from podcasts.

I love the chemistry, vulnerability, and sex appeal of the show! It makes me feel like I want to join in on their conversations and be a part of it. It’s definitely opened me up to doing therapy and reading up on Mel Robbins and Brene Brown in order to be able to relate more to some of their content! It’s so great to see Dr. George so honest and accepting of himself. Can we get a campaign going where if they get 50 reviews, Dr. Ashley has to see a therapist? Win win!

Great to hear two dentists talk about everything going on in their life - especially the hard stuff. Addressing mental health, family difficulties and stress from the job is good to hear. Also, obviously, great sex appeal.

One of the best dental podcasts out there. It’s refreshing to hear two successful dentists open up and be vulnerable about their experience with dentistry and life. If you need a breath of fresh air you need to listen to this podcast!

The latest episode (“I wish I WAS a sea horse”) was one of the best episodes. Getting multiple phone calls and having to dismiss someone resonated so much with me. You guys are great, the add structured podcast episodes are the best.

I started listening to George on Shared Practices and to be honest when I heard Ashely say she wanted to a podcast with him I just thought “how would that ever work?” Most of what I had heard on SP was analytical George with some short bits between him and Matt goofing around, but I LOVE these 2 together. Ashley brings out a side of George I had trouble seeing before and I love these 2 together. It is awesome seeing how real they are and I love listening to you guys laugh. You have inspired me to really look and my life and prioritize what is important and how to get more of what i want out of life. Thanks guys. Can’t wait for the next episode.

As a current dental student this podcast gives me hope about the future of dentistry! These are the important and real conversations and topics that we don’t get taught in school but are so essential to not only become successful providers but also just fulfilled well balanced human beings. This is everything I never knew I needed! Thank you!!!!

Ashley and George take the BS out of dental podcasts and talk about the personal side of dentistry. I look forward to pouring my giant glass of Syrah and listening along, I feel like I’m there with them. I’ve never related to two humans so much. Despite all the self-help podcasts and books I’ve read, who would have thought a DENTAL podcast would make me reach out to my parents after a year without speaking (not going to spoil how this is relevant, guess you’ll have to listen to find out). I really want to be wittier with this review, but I’ve learned to limit the explicitness in reviews. Just listen! Have a drink, drop some f-bombs, and enjoy the ride! Thank you Ashley and George! Maybe one day I will drink with you in person rather than pretending on a podcast!

Dr. Ashley and Dr. George are two of the best dental podcasters out there! After hearing them on shared practices together, I'm so excited they've decided to do their own show!
