    Dear Katie, I never leave reviews until I came upon this podcast. It has weathered me through a lot of storms good and bad. So I wanted to share with everyone my experience, strength & hope. Listening at night guiding me to my most inner self. Sometimes falling asleep. From never meditating to at least once a day. I have been listening for about gosh I don’t know months and months. Anyhow thank you so much 😊

    The sessions are to short
    I really like this podcast. Her voice is very soothing at just the right amount of pauses as well as background music and it does help me relax but I find the sessions way to short especially because I’d like my mind to pick up the positive messages subconsciously.

    I have been so stressed lately and waking up in the middle of the night panicked. I started listening to this podcast and it helps me go back to sleep and sleep the rest of the night. If any of you have had this issue you know how important it is to get a ramped mind to slow down. Thank you

    This is something I didn’t know I needed! I truly enjoy the network. I follow a lot of the different meditations that you provide and they’re so helpful! I went on a solo trip and meditated to these on the beach with the waves in the background! Very relaxing, calming and purifying. Thank you!

    I wish I would have found Katie & the women’s meditation network a lot sooner! I just got into meditation a few months ago & have since struggled with finding guided meditations that I truly enjoy & especially voices that are soothing enough for comfort.. until I came across Katie! I Recommend her to any & every one especially mamas! I listen every single night & sleep a lot better. So glad I came across her channel & don’t see myself listening to anyone else anytime soon 😂

    I am so grateful I came across this network a couple of years back. I was having trouble falling asleep and my negative and intrusive thoughts can be quite pushy. It’s incredible to be able to scroll through and choose the podcast I need for that day. Whether it’s self-love and body positivity, or just shutting down my mind, there is always something to help me. Episodes like Detach From Your thoughts, even though a year old, is always one I can go back to when I need my brain to be quiet, and being in college that is very tough to do. I can’t remember the exact episode, but one of them says the line “you don’t need to hear every word. You will hear what you need to” and that sticks with me throughout everything and brings me so much peace of mind. If you need a calming, gentle voice with incredible words, this is the place to be.

    Great podcast! It’s so relaxing, and I always fall asleep before the episode is over. I just wish the ads were a little more mellow. It goes from super energetic ads right into the relaxing vibe.

    Ads are not relaxing
    I totally understand why you need ads for revenue. However, I wanted to calm down for sleep and I heard “yo-yo yo“ read by some football player. I don’t mind the ads, but these ads are not aligned to your brand of relaxation and sleep. If you could tone down the volume and energy and align with the mood it would be much appreciated.

    Really love the meditations but loud ads are counterproductive!
    This has helped me so much to get back to sleep after intermittent wakening. Recently the ads were super abrasive and loud that threw me way off and was so counterproductive and would wake me after getting to sleep. I get the push for people subscribing to premium but there must be another way.

    The ads are so abrasive, they startle you. You can’t really fully relax.

    Someone said there are too many ads and suggested placing them at the end and I totally disagree! I think the beginning is perfect because once you’re into the meditation you will want to fall asleep and not be woken up by an ad at the end! Love all your meditation podcasts!!!

    I started listening to these guided meditations when I started therapy to give my mind time to “unwind” and they have helped so much and I’ve quickly become a form of comfort and relaxation!
