-
ErinnmalySo wise!Hard to trust anything now of days with health, but this podcast is so informative and helpful with all things health + the women’s body!
-
stflachI learn so much!I find so much good helpful information while listening to this podcast! It is a great place to start when researching health issues especially regarding your cycle! Truly thankful for a source speaking natural health over pharma solutions!

jhavlat2What I (& probably you) have been missingThis podcast and Teresa Kenney’s (APRN) approach to women’s health are exactly what I have been missing in trying to solve or heal ongoing problems that I previously thought I would be stuck suffering with forever. Listening to this podcast is making the all-important effort to take care of yourself. Having Teresa in my ear by way of this podcast is like having a brilliant HCP in the family at the Thanksgiving table, brimming with expertise and willing to share generously.

**HannahR**AMAZINGI found out about this podcast when Teresa came and spoke to a group of us at UNK, and I am filled with gratitude that I was given that opportunity because it changed my life. This podcast changed the way I look at myself entirely! I went from feeling confused and annoyed by my period to seeing the beauty of my cycle as a whole! My soul is so at peace and filled with joy from being shown, by this podcast, how beautifully God created me! I am SO thankful to the ministry this podcast provides. If it weren’t for the podcast, I wouldn’t have even known that many of the symptoms I was suffering from were caused by low progesterone. Now, those symptoms are completely gone! I’m getting married in December, and my fiancé and I have learned so much together through this podcast that I actually think it should be part of marriage prep! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

GabrielaVBCan’t get enough of it!I started listening to this podcast in April and I’m almost through season 3 and it’s June (and I have 2 young daughters that keep me very busy). I teach NFP CCL method and planning to become certified in others and I am just loving all the great content and wonderful way to deliver it that these two hosts have. Thank you for continuing to empower women through understanding and knowing more about their bodies working systems!

Aprillauren15Eye-opening!It’s amazing how uneducated we are about the female body! Culturally, we really know so little about natural women’s health, and not only that, but the uninformed worldly influences around us are what has shaped our ideas about women/sex/cycles etc.! Ugh… This podcast is eye opening! These ladies do an amazing job at educating, and empowering women with the knowledge they need of their own bodies! I am so glad to be learning this information and I hope to put it to good use in my own life. I have 3 young girls to pass on this understanding to! I’m happy I have something better to give them than what is generally available!
-
podcastlistener4Lovely and InformativeThis podcast is full of information explained in easy-to-digest terms that really does empower me to take charge of my health and also gives me extremely practical ways to do that! I feel so supported and encouraged by these women.

AkaultHormone Genius JunkieThis podcast is my favorite… so informative (cycles, hormones, wellness), rooted in truth, and shared by two amazingly talented women, FOR women (and a couple episodes worth sharing with the guys! ;) This podcast inspired me to become a hormone coach via the FIAT Institute and FEMM teacher so I can share these truths with other girls, their moms, and even grandmas. Great for those in their 20s and up through perimenopause/menopause. Watch one episode and you will be HOOKED!!

LeiGattaWorth a ListenI’m so grateful this podcast exists. It’s such a great resource and provides quality information from a perspective that we don’t get to hear from often enough when it comes to women’s health. If you are looking for women’s healthcare beyond birth control, do yourself a huge favor and check out this podcast. Thank you, Jamie and Theresa, for doing this important work!
-
Catherine TJGenius is right!I recently went to an appointment with a friend of mine to meet with Theresa at her clinic in Omaha. Her knowledge, her caring, and her underlying philosophy towards women’s health, blew me away! As a registered nurse of 30 years, I have never been exposed to her depth of understanding of hormones and women’s health. I went to my annual appointment with my female nurse practitioner in April of this year, and when I asked her about menopause, hormonal symptoms, weight loss, and hormonal therapy - her answer was to cross her arms and not her head like a genie granting wishes. Experts like Theresa art clearly few, and far between. I listen to these podcasts and take notes. So interesting. Thank you both!
-
jilliansmith.rdNew go-to!!!As an RD in the health and wellness space, this podcast has become my go-to learn about balancing my hormones + understanding them! I love Jamie and Teresa’s mission about empowering women to learn about and love their bodies. I simply cannot recommend this podcast enough!!

Finding-JoyHormones and HopeI just switched to the Creighton method of charting and I am blown away with how much I’ve been learning about my body. This podcast is wonderful and it’s so great to know that I’m not alone in my struggle to find answers related to women’s health problems. These women share a passion of upholding the dignity of women and that is a breath of fresh air. I’ve been struggling from crippling anxiety that relates to my menstrual cycle and felt so hopeless because my doctors were only able to offer birth control and anti-anxiety meds. They said that anxiety or PMS was a normal thing for some women so I tried the anti-anxiety meds for several months because I was desperate. However, I did not find the relief I was hoping for and my quality of life was diminishing. I had a family and 2 little girls to take care of and I was a mess most days. I wanted help but I felt so alone. I sought some help through counseling and spiritual direction but I felt like something was missing. If the doctors couldn’t help me get to the root of the cause, then who could? Now that I found an instructor to teach me all about NaPro technology and the Creighton method of charting, I am so hopeful that I will be able to get to the root of what is going on with my body. Even after 2 weeks of charting my instructor was able to tell me so much just based on my cervical mucus and point out certain biomarkers based on what I was observing. Maybe something with my hormones could me causing this intense anxiety or there’s an underlying problem that can be addressed. It is so fascinating and incredible that there are fertility practitioners, nurses and doctors out there that are invested in a wholistic approach to women’s healthcare. I have an appointment with a NaPro OBGYN next week and I finally see light at the end of the tunnel. More women need to know that there is hope and they should not settle for less.
-
citygirltofarmwifeEvery woman needs this!As an RN, I’ve witnessed first hand the lack of educating in women’s healthcare. I’ve experienced it personally as I brought my own children into the world and have watched my friends experience how pregnancies/ woman’s body are treated as an illness to managed and not like the amazing thing God created it to be! Every woman should hear these episodes. For yourself, for your daughters, for your mothers and your friends. We deserve better healthcare! Thank you ladies for reminding us how wonderfully we were created and for taking a great step towards re-introducing women to their REAL bodies.
-
MrsAMRudyAudio quality made me stop listeningThe content of this podcast is informative and helpful, but the audio quality is honestly the worst. This is season 3 now and I was hoping they would’ve invested in better microphones at this point. Jamie and Teresa, you are amazing at what you do. PLEASE invest in better technology so you can have the quality of sound match your quality of content!!!
-
dm3nzFavorite Podcast! This podcast has been incredibly essential in my health journey with PCOS and endometriosis which I’ve been diagnosed with while my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the last 3 years. I’ve learned quickly that you need to be your own health advocate and I have learned SO much listening to these ladies and their amazing hosts. Hands down my favorite podcast! It’s awoken a passion of mine to teach other women about their bodies (especially young women) - not sure what I’m going to do with it yet lol, but I’m discerning!
-
AFeministTrue FeminismI’m so happy I stumbled upon this podcast. The information I have learned has really help me understand my own body. This is true feminism!

DewswimAddictive podcast to learn about your bodyThis has become one of my favorite podcasts. The hosts are fun and passionate about helping women be advocates for themselves and learning about their body. So much information that is in an easy to go to place from a trusted medical provider. Michaela.e.r.Informative and Actionable! This podcast explains and teaches about our hormones in an easy-to-understand way. It also provides wholesome advice on things to try when something goes wrong with our symphony of hormones. MoiraRose00Please give it a listenI am 22 years old, and this podcast has changed my life. It contains quality information that’s easy to understand. For years, I have had extreme cramps and recently starting using the creighton model to chart to fix the underlying issue before I have kids. I started my first job as a nurse this month and have never been so motivated to continue my education to be a women’s health nurse practitioner. This podcast has LIT MY SOUL ON FIRE!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Teresa and Jaime for putting in all the time to share your knowledge
-
GstoolProviding the knowledge to truly empower women! This podcast speaks so much truth about the natural beauty of women’s biological functions! Science supports the natural treatment of women’s fertility. Everyone should spend time learning more about the natural processes of women’s body. The Hormone Genius is a source of scientific information promoting a culture of life. Thank you ladies so much for the commitment you have to restoring truth in our society.
-
Alli ShambroEvery woman needs this info!A wonderful podcast shedding light on a topic that has been cast in the shadows by mainstream women’s health for too long. Recommending to all the women in my life!!!
-
Katy_DornbosEasy to pass along to friendsI love that because of the professionalism, facts, and experience highlighted in this podcast, I’m confident passing it along to friends and family. Women’s hormones are not dealt with regularly or deeply enough in schools (much less in families), partially through no fault of their own. I’m grateful that the hosts take the listeners seriously, treat us like we are smart and curious, and provide questions and answers steeped in experience.
-

-
KatEm!So informative!!I am LOVING this podcast! It is so informative!! I learned a natural method of charting when I was about 15 years old because I didn’t want to pursue the option of birth control to avoid pregnancy. Fast forward about 17 years... (what 😳 how am I that old?!) I have had emotional/hormonal issues since having my second baby. I have learned the Creighton Model of charting, I am currently undergoing hormonal treatment with a NaProTECHNOLOGY trained doctor because we discovered my estrogen & progesterone levels are very low. This podcast has reinforced my desire to advocate for my health AND to share this great info with my friends!! Thank you for providing timely information for all people! 💕 Sincerely, Katherine
