I’ve listened to every episode and look forward to future episodes. In addition to discovery and trial tips, Bell does a nice job of shining light on the truth of the matter, while debunking decades of false insurance propaganda.

I just started listening to Face the Jury and have come away with so many great tips on how to manage the messy things that can happen in life during a tragedy. Mr. Bell does a great job of explaining so much about the justice system and your rights. It is a well woven story. His guests are actual clients, lawyers, doctors, judges etc… This podcast is for everyone. I am a better health advocate for my parents and friends after listening to Face the Jury. Susan

This episode was particularly informative and useful (and I’m a physician, not an attorney). Very interesting insight into what right now is still a “niche” topic, but as was pointed out, will soon be universal.

I thoroughly enjoy listening to this podcast. Lloyd does an excellent job listening to the person who he is interviewing. I have worked with Lloyd over the years and he is meticulous. I have seen him cross exam a number of witnesses. I particularly liked this one of Judge Wong learning how he got began his legal career and his suggestion to not over try the case. Allow the jury to arrive at the right verdict. They will do so.

What makes this a great podcast is the same reason Lloyd is so successful with juries; his common sense and relatable approach. Anyone who tries cases or is involved with juries would enjoy this podcast.

Worth every minute of listening time, but wisely kept brief to not burden listeners with too much information and to not interfere with their days. I listened to the Podcast on my way to the gym. I listened to the first two episodes of this podcast discussing medical malpractice law and really enjoyed them. Lloyd Bell has a pleasant, engaging manner that makes this an easy listen.
