KelsiOdellHelpful for ANY Healthcare Provider! Not a OBGYN, but still so much of this podcast translates to what I do in the healthcare industry. I am so much better able to identify certain tendencies of burnout and implement strategies to change my course. Always excited to listen to the next episode!

Reagan SaigLove this podcast! As an OBGYN who has struggled with burnout more than once, this podcast has really helped me. Amanda gets you to look at your thought patterns with compassion and gives tangible ways to get off the stress hamster wheel. I just finished listening to the Fawn episode, and I was blown away about how many things I did (and did not do) this week that contribute to struggling w satisfaction/dissatisfaction. Thanks so much, Amanda Miles! You’re the bees knees!

tARheelamieQuick and ApplicableI have found so many little tidbits that both help me (and subsequently my patients) to take care of my mental health as a busy OBGYN and Mom. From the morning routine, clinic and charting to appreciating my littles in the bedtime hour, I have enjoyed listening to Coach Miles while doing dishes or on my morning commute, taking suggestions into my daily life. Thanks for all that you do!! It really matters!

anmapowBetter than therapyI stumbled on this podcast last year while studying for oral boards and it has been such a breath of fresh air. I feel as though the topics are all so applicable and Dr Miles somehow knows exactly how I’m thinking haha. There are topics broached here that have also been brought up in therapy but somehow seem more relatable in this podcast as an OBGYN. I always leave an episode feeling a little better prepared on how to tackle challenges at work.

EricabtheobExceptional podcastAmanda had great tips for life that obviously relate to any ob/gyn out there, but her tips work for any busy person ever. She nails down the brain-controlling issues that can be fixed by leading to manage our minds. This fellow ob gyn truly appreciates her funny/stressful/sad stories and all of her tips on how to get out of burnout. She helps me remember why I love this job and how to continue to improve my life relative to work, home, and meeting my own needs.

Allessa S.Career improving podcastThis podcast has been so helpful over this last year. As a busy OBGYN and busy mom to 2 yo twins I felt like my family life and career were both suffering. I stumbled upon this podcast on OMG and started listening and was hooked. I didn’t realize that we all had the same thoughts about work and made me feel less alone. It gave me new perspective on both family life and work and helped me enjoy both again. It is amazing how changing your thoughts can affect so many things. I’m more productive at work and able to be more present at home. I’ve joined the Happy Gynecologist group as well and want to thank Amanda for helping me at a crucial time in my life. I recommend to all my OBGYN colleagues whether they are burnt out yet or not. Thank you for all you do. Happy 100th episode!!
