I never realized she was an athlete on top of being a lactation super star. Thank you for covering such important topics. I love your show!

Great Concept that is Well Executed
I’ve loved listening to episodes of this podcast! As a disabled person who struggles with mental health, I have enjoyed so many episodes of this podcast. I have listened to some episodes before seeing the movie and it has inspired me to watch. I have found other episodes after watching to see if their opinions matched mine! It’s so great to think about how we get portrayed in media as this is something I’m constantly thinking about! As a podcaster and host of The Milk Making Minutes the show is well executed!!! Even the long episodes are very well done!!!

    Wow!
So this show tackles some serious subject matter, but does it in a way that is engaging, respectful, and quite enjoyable. It’s wild to see the different ways movies have portrayed real, dire problems both well and… not so well. Also the production value and the episode notes (my god, the episode notes) are amazing!

Fun and informative at the same time
Through the lense of film she tackles serious issues with a sense of humor, which is the best ingredient these days.

    Interesting Insights + Viewpoints
I love the concept of this podcast! I particularly resonated with the Clueless/ADHD episode. The hosting style is warm, welcoming and makes me feel like I’m in the room with them. Great job!

    Sass but no substance
The host is far more focused on drumming up controversy than making compelling points. If she disagrees with a respectfully contrasting opinion, she deletes all comments and disables them (ooh, I used the word disabled there… you’re welcome, psychocinematic, for your next 1.5 hour review!). Find someone who values true representation over shock value.

    Fascinating viewpoint
I’m loving the flow and content of this podcast. I started with the Simpsons episode and Nathan was an excellent co-host. Now I’m working my way back and all the other episodes are top quality. Please keep it up!!

The hosts are informative and I love the idea of dissecting film and characters in this way. Really fascinating! They make me want to join into their discussion. If you like Why are Dads or You’re Wrong About, you’ll enjoy this!
