    Amazing
This is an amazing podcast, providing really good and evidence based information. Important information for everyone to know and is a free tool for people with cptsd who either can’t afford treatment/therapy or does not live near adequate treatment.

    You are changing my life!!
I cannot believe the comments people are writing here. I found Kina on TikTok and instantly fell in love with her knowledge of CPTSD. I have learned so much from her over the past few months. I love the podcast and the TikTok and can’t get enough. I have been in therapy on and off for 50 years and got NOTHING out of it other than understanding that I am damaged from my childhood. No one has ever helped me repair that damage. Kina’s explanations of what CPTSD is and how to heal with bottoms up therapy motivated me to start EMDR and EFFT. After one session of EMDR I was amazed at how effective it was. It’s exciting to finally get answers with solutions for the first time in my life! I love everything about her podcast and these ignorant comments people make are so off. Clearly they didn’t listen past the introduction. She can say mmhmm all she wants because the content is valuable. Ignore the haters. This is a great podcast.

Just discovered this podcast. Seems v good except
I don’t know get if I can get past the host’s almost-robotic “mmhmm” utterances after the guest’s every-other statements. [It’s MY issue…one of many ;) I realizs that it’s meant to convey active listening from the therapist, etc etc-but it reads as the opposite to me and comes across as disingenuous.]

    Speak slower
Speaks WAY TOO quickly that I thought I had something on my phone that sped up the podcast . I cannot believe one can speak that fast for that long So disappointed

Too much wind noise on first one
All I can hear is the wind. Why anyone would record a podcast outside, much less not edit it, is beyond me. She has a lot of good points but I just can’t get over her way of speaking, like my stuck up cousin. “Like ya, whatevera.” *Flips hair.

    Wanted to like it
The context is real to good! But the background music while she’s talking and the audio sound itself is overstimulating. Which is a bummer.

    Basic
I wanted to like this podcast, although I do not feel like I learned anything new or revolutionary from it. I’m not sure what Kina’s credentials are but I found this podcast to be very basic.

    Deep and Healing
Kina is excellent in unraveling the complexities of childhood trauma. The information she presents and the way she presents it is very deep and healing. She gives great insight, research and explanations about what goes on in the complex childhood trauma brain and how to begin and continue healing. I have gained tremendous benefit from Kina’s work as someone who has suffered with complex childhood PTSD and spent the last 32 years healing. This is a great podcast.
