    I can’t say enough about this podcast. They keep things relatable and simple! There isn’t a ton of mindless chatter- its a quick introduction, relevant information related to the topic, tips, and then you finish with an action after every episode!!! The actions are simple so I can walk away knowing its something easy for me to think about or do!
