    Practical Insights!
I just listened to five questions to ask about fundraising for the year-end and it was on point! You can tell Brooke has been in the trenches doing this work because the advice is very practical. Look forward to more episodes. Couldn’t recommend more to any scaling nonprofit leader!

    This is the One!
I jumped on after seeing a terrific plug on LI, but couldn’t imagine where Ms. Richie-Babbage would take me. Her voice immediately drew me into the ocean of knowledge I am relishing in! Nuanced, and timely her topics are GEMS of insight. Each one a thorough consultation. No stone has been left unturned- I am so so grateful for this podcast! A fan for life!

Like having a coach, mentor, and “Jiminy Cricket” on your shoulder.
She’s always right on time, so efficient with the words and lessons, and seems to post an episode about the very thing I’m dealing with each week. This podcast is like she made an encyclopedia out of the notes to every conference/training/keynote I’ve ever been to.

If you’re looking for the best advice for executive directors - stop here!
Brooke 👏🏻 Richie 👏🏻 Babbage 👏🏻. If I ever saw you in the street I would fan girl all over you. You have saved my sanity this last year. I am a first time ED of an education foundation for a very small school system in a very small town. I am a part time staff of 1. My budget for education is exactly zero dollars, so I started looking for a podcast to tell me all the things. I tried several that I found and they didn’t have anything substantial to teach me. I found you and it was like a one two punch in the face of all my questions (and I have a lot of questions). Honestly, every time an episode started I couldn’t wait to hear what you would teach me that day. You have been a constant companion for me this year. Thank you for offering your knowledge to us for free. Can’t believe teachings this great are free but I’m so glad they are. This has been a lonely, confusing, frustrating yet rewarding year and my group makes our way to where we want to me, figuring out how to help all the people we want to help. You have been a bright spot for me. I listen to you nearly every day. I listened to every one of the episodes. Now I’m going back through the topics I need help with now and listening to episodes on repeat until it all sinks in and becomes part of my thought process and vocabulary. I don’t have a consultant to check in with or to advise me, but you have helped me in that way. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. You have truly found your gift and I am grateful that you share it with a generous heart and spirit. You are a beautiful person and I’m so glad I found you.

    A LIFELINE
As a new ED of a growing nonprofit, I am incredibly grateful for Brooke’s somewhat magical ability to translate huge concepts into actionable advice. I feel more equipped to approach my work with integrity and strategy, instead of freaking out 24/7. If you’re looking for a next level lifeline for nonprofit leadership, congratulations…you found it!

Brilliant podcast! Rich and valuable content every episode!
Brooke is an incredible host, and I love how thorough she is when it comes to looking at very possible angle of a dilemma that nonprofit leaders face, and every imaginable possibility to solve those issues to help the organization THRIVE! The fact that her heartbeat is to help mission driven leaders not only launch and scale, but then on top of that, equips them with the leadership tools they need really says it all. Listen to this show!
