I’ve learned so much from NAPS over the years in various classes they offer. I now get to be a part of this awesome company. The podcast is such a good way to hear all of the context behind big parenting topics - the good and the bad. I appreciate how thorough this podcast is!

I love how real-life Boston NAPS are. The podcasts are exactly how they practice- realistic advice that supports parents, which in turn makes us the best parents we can be for our kids. The focus cannot be only on the kids, but an overall look at what is best for the family. Thanks Boston NAPS for giving that resource and insight.

Jamie and Emily are always speaking the truth and sharing real situations we as parents find ourselves in. So refreshing to hear authentic parenting stories, advice, and the ups and downs of life with kids. Nothings perfect and they allow us to appreciate that! I love them.

Emily and Jamie are so honest and spot on

Just started listening to the podcast. As a nurse and lactation consultant I agree with most of what they are saying, however the way it is delivered is a little off putting. It seems as though the adjective ’f__king’ is the only way they feel they can get their point across or to reassure someone that they are doing a good job. Would have been a five star rating had that word not been used so often!!!

Emily and Jamie are the best, BIG things to come!!!!!!!!!

I love podcasts and consume them at a rate that alarms my husband. This one is my new binge! I’ve been loving listening to Jamie and Emily’s unfiltered mix of professional and personal experience.

Emily and Jamie continue to amaze me with their ability to guide parents through practical and medically supported advice. They are such a gift to parents everywhere. It’s wonderful to hear them via podcasts now.

This is the podcast I wish I’d had when I first went home with my son (now a toddler). Jamie and Emily share lots of helpful knowledge and advice, paired with good humor and sensitivity. I also appreciate that they both come at this from the perspective of medical professionals (who support moms and babies) and as parents themselves. It’s like having a conversation with your smart, cool friends who truly get it.

Looooved the “what is it costing you” episode. Laughed out loud and had more than one “uh oh that’s me” moment. Appreciate how honest and relatable the podcast is and can’t wait for more!

Every soon-to-be or current parent could benefit from this! They are so relatable and funny, but deliver the content parents need!

So relatable, they're like the older sisters I wish I had in this motherhood journey. They're honest, empowering, and teaching that being vulnerable is ok. Owning the challenges and celebrating the beauties of motherhood together, with such a strong background in labor/delivery and nursing, is what makes this podcast unique and helpful.
